I have taken my vehicle to Boggs Automotive and Boggs Pit Stop for the past several years now. I have had oil changes, new tires, valve stems censors, brake work, driver door wiring and, front end work. I have recommended services to numerous people. This will be my first choice for mechanic service in the future.Good job Boggs Team!!

I recently had my truck serviced at Boggs Pit Stop. They do a great job. They get the job done in a timely manner while I wait. Nice friendly courteous staff. Make you feel like a valued customer

If I could give 6 stars, I would! My wife was visiting family in Warsaw. When she went to make the trip home, her car quit working. Unfortunately, we live 2 hours south near Indy. After calling around and being denied by multiple repair shops, Andy said he would be happy to take a look at it. After diagnosing the problem, the repair was estimated to take at least 3-4 hours. Which would take them past closing time at 5pm. However, the men worked their magic and had the car fixed and ready a few minutes before 5. Andy even stayed over to make sure we got everything paid and taken care of so we didn't have to make another 2 hour trip the next day! The staff was very friendly and very efficient! Just by sitting in the lobby and listening to them with other customers, we could tell they care about each one that comes to their shop! I definitely recommend Boggs!

The service is fast and efficient..I trust them to fix the problem and not change an outlandish amount. The front office help is also friendly and helpful.

I recently had my van serviced by Boggs. I had to utilize their Boggs driver service as my work hours make it difficult to drop off and pickup within their business hours. This service is a fantastic thing! They quickly diagnosed my problem, called me with what I feel to be a very fair price and promptly repaired my van and returned it to my home.Exceptional service, great communication and high quality workmanship.Thank you Boggs team!!!Services: Auto brake repair, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Picture Attachment of estimate.(Ford explorer 2013) Up charges on parts and labor Cost were insane; also the mechanic who did the Estimate said some unprofessional things as he was taking the vehicle out of the carport.Attachment is for research purposes on pricing. I d further, like to say Smith & Tire is now doing the repairs for a lot less!

I had taken my vehicle to Bogg s Automotive in May-June of 2023, my mechanical issues lead to needing a new engine. My warranty company was a nightmare to deal with. The team at Bogg s were patient and stayed in touch through the whole process. The team at Bogg s embodies the definition of diversity and equality which is a business I want to support. I have been a loyal customer for years. I am thankful we were treated fairly and not like just another customer. The owners even went as far to check on my vehicle after hours to ensure I was happy with their services and of course I was! Highly recommend.

I bought 4 new tires at an incredibly fair price at Boggs this morning. They were installed quickly and the job was done right. Very pore service I called them to get tires 2 times now they never called me back like they said they would for a price very unhappy with them and wouldn't recommend them to anyone I would give them 0 stars but I can't

I used Boggs Driver for the first time and I swear I'll never get my oil changed any other way. It was so easy and fast. Julie was very helpful letting me know everything they checked on the car, including how worn the tires and brake pads were and providing an estimate on future replacement. Love Boggs, thank you for making car maintenance completely stress-free!Service: Oil change

Took both vehicles here for different problems early December. Prices from estimate to actual amount paid were consistent. Work was quality, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely will come back, hopefully not very soon :) if/when we need work on our vehicles.

My wife's car needed a new section of her exhaust installed, the other rusted out. Boggs returned my phone call right away, and got me in the same morning. They text me when my car went into the shop, and had the issue fixed within 2 hours after that. Would recommend to anyone, very professional.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I have always received high quality service at Boggs. Oil changes are made simple with the Boggs driver. Recommendations for additional services are always kindly suggested and never pushy. We always have a great experience with Boggs Automotive. Everyone is so friendly and the prices are fair. They are definitely my go to when our vehicles are having an issue that we are not able to fix ourselves. 5 stars for sure!

It pains me to write this review, but I have to be honest with myself. I had been a customer with Butch Boggs, the original owner of Boggs for over 2 decades. I went to Butch for everything repair wise with my vehicles. I brought other people looking for a great mechanic to Butch. Butch was one of a kind, honest, dependable, reliable, and so reasonably priced. Unfortunately, with Butch's passing and the subsequent sale of Boggs to the new owner, I cannot say the same. The quality has went down the toilet, and the care that Butch had for his customers is long gone. The thing is that Butch would have never stood behind what they do here now and the new owner has taken the reputation that Butch built for years and years and completely flushed it down the crapper and it is truly sad.My last interaction here, I took my vehicle here to have it worked on, they did some work, charged me outrageously, and left my vacuum hose off my vehicle. I broke down shortly after leaving in Warsaw and called to ask what they planned to do about it. I was told there was nothing they could do. The only thing they could recommend was have it towed back at my cost, and they would look at it again. I found out that they had broke my vacuum hose and didn't bother to tell me that. Then I fix it myself, and every light was on the dashboard was on. I took it back and Andy tried to charge me to reset it after he and his people, Eldon included, had left me hanging and pretty much laughed in my face. I have not been back since.If I was to say anything, I would say don't waste your time because with this new regime in charge, you will never get the quality and care like you would have with Butch.Very disappointed!!And don't bother erasing my review, because I can guarantee you one thing, I will repost it and repost it until you leave the truth alone. You deserve this and I was a customer for over 2 decades, long before this new ownership. If you don't want bad reviews, then fix your problems and stop doling out subpar service.

Didn't actually perform the repairs. Not sure how the reviews are so high after talking to local residents. Just take it to an actual dealership. I can see they get really defensive about reviews. I worked at Zimmer nearby. Boggs was highly recommended by my colleagues. I didn't want to bother anybody to pick me up / drop it off; so I decided to give it a try. Although the shop offered a ride back to work, I didn't need. I simply walked back in 30-deg, snowy weather but it was still close in walking distance. The owner fixed replaced parts/ repaired it good. My car ran great since. I would recommend this place. Repair cost was average (not high, not low) but they did a good job.

I could not ask for a better group of people to work on my vehicles. They are the only shop in town I would trust to work on my MINI Cooper and have competitive prices. They are busy and it may take a few days to get in to see them but it's because they are great at what they do. They are highly recommended!

Boggs Automotive is a very good place to service the car. The mechanic here is very friendly and very professional. They do not charge money unnecessarily and clearly explains the problems in the car and whether to be fixed or not. I would recommend to fix any issues in your car.

Took my car to Boggs automotive to have the front tie rods and power steering pump fixed. Dropped it off in the morning and got a call a couple hours later with a estimate of cost. It was well below what I was thinking it would be. So they replaced the front tie rods fixed my power steering and did an alignment for a very reasonable price. When I got my car back the steering was buttery smooth and drove straight and true. I will bring my car back for any future problem and have recommended them to several friends. Great experience. The team took care of me from start to finish. I was without a mechanic since my previous one went out of business. I have now found the place I will be taking all of my vehicles to from now on. Took my son's 99 Camaro in for a diagnosis. Wouldn't start. They did a great job with it. Diagnosed it quickly, and fixed it in less time that they estimated. And their price was reasonable for their work. They are a good value and honest. I will definitely be back...

Boggs got my truck in yesterday and replaced my left side CV axle and top mount of my Z95 6LM 7LM struts on my 2010 Escalade. My outer boot on the CV axle had a rip in it and was throwing grease underneath my vehicle. I had an annoying metal on metal clunking noise when ever i drove on washboard roads only. Well not only is the annoying clunking noise now gone but my Escalade is safe to drive with my granddaughters in it again. I quit driving with my granddaughters for a month and a half. I picked them up today in it. You guys knocked it out the park. Thank you. It was great seeing and talking to John Coffey again as well as Eldon. Eldon was pretty busy so i kept that conversation short. Let me know when you guys get cards printed up with your new location on them. Im sorry but i forget the name of the mechanic that did the work, but I greatly appreciate it and was impressed with the time frame in which you got it done.Service: Steering & suspension repair

My husband asked for brake lines to be fixed and asked to be called with quote. This car is not a daily driver and we are at point where we do not want to invest much in it. We were thinking the total would be under $100. No call was made and when we picked it up, the bill was over $300 as they replaced a caliper, not just brake lines as we requested. Had we been called, we would ve said we didn t want to invest that kind of money on this car. He did take $50 off the price but that was still $150 more than what we anticipated. Very frustrating! Feel we should ve only been charged for the brake lines that we asked to have. He said he didn t want to send home a car that wasn t fixed. IT WASNT HIS CHOICE TO MAKE!!
