Corey was the absolute BEST! He helped me pick out an amazing new car that was really nice quality, good mileage and affordable price! I absolutely love my new car and get excited every time I drive it! Definitely go with Corey if you are looking for a new car! Like I said he s the best! And he s also so flexible! He worked with my work schedule so we could get everything squared away to use my new car!

We had a great experience at Best Deal Auto Sales today with Steven. All of the earlier reviews about him were true. He was honest, laid-back, and personable. I had him request a vehicle from the Angola site, and he had it in Warsaw within a couple hours for us to test drive. He made the experience as painless as possible.

We recently went to Best Deal Autos in Warsaw and I have never had a better experience anywhere! They were absolutely amazing and definitely worth the drive.Just walking around with the salesman, he made notes of things on vehicles that needed fixed or redone by his team so that the cars were in their best shape. I was amazed to say the least. AND they offered all SEVEN of our older kids drinks, free range to come and go in the office for bathroom breaks or whatever was needed- despite being busy.Their entire staff was professional, kind, and it was overall an amazing experience. I would gladly go to them again and again.

I went to a lot of places to look for a vehicle, and I found some nice ones. And I went to this place and we were looking at some Subarus and the one we was looking at was light blue but that wasn t for me. Then I went over and I saw this black one, and it reminded me so much of my mercury villager estate And I hollered at my husband and told him I found my car. And This is the one we bought and I thank God that we did buy it it rides and runs beautiful. Thanks, Jeremy

Cayden hall helped us find a great deal on our new vehicle, he went above and beyond our expectations, helped us with what little money we have for down payment and the price we can afford every month. Purchased our Sienna back in December. Wanted to give it a few months before reviewing. Had a great experience. Everyone we had to work with was very professional. I kept waiting for the other proverbial shoe to drop with the sales process but it honestly never happened. Great experience from start to finish. Only issue with the car is the rear wiper does work properly at all. But, that was the one thing I didn't check before purchase.Other than that, 5 star experience. Highly recommend.

This is the 2nd vehicle we have bought from Best Deals. We usually deal with Cory Wiley at the Warsaw location , but he was helping out at another location. So Cory asked Steven to help us. Steven was great! He had a welcoming personality and very friendly. He did not pressure us. We ended up bringing 2017 Ford Flex home with us and I love it! So roomy and drives smoothly!!! Highly recommend Best Deals if you are looking for great service, and a nice car for a good price!

Absolutely worst experience with Corey. Sold me a car [105,000miles with aftermarket turbo] that 2 of the motor mounts backed out in less than 2000 miles causing a bunch of issues with everything, then when brought back and checked over, in the invoice, they said potentially customer loosened bolts installing aftermarket turbo. If that is the case they never popped the hood on the car when they got it, and saw that it had an aftermarket turbo when i got it.warsaw and auburn are both extremely piss poor dealerships and highly do not recommend buying any vehicle from them. The mechanic and Corey both gave me the run around for days with everything, until I mentioned a lawyer and stopped responding to them.

I came here after trying other dealerships in Warsaw that gave me the runaround with over priced vehicles and ridiculous high payments. I will say I left with exactly what I wanted with an even lower payment than I was expecting. Jeremy stayed on top of things and kept in contact with me even when the chances of giving me what I wanted were slim. Within a week he found a way to make it work for me. My vehicle came with awesome lifetime perks and I couldn t be happier. I wasn t asked not one time to settle for anything less than what I wanted. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get into a new or better vehicle regardless of your situation. They really know how to treat their customers, Thank you again Jeremy!!

Steven worked with us every step of the way. He was not overbearing or pushy like many salesmen are. He continued to work with us after the purchase to get some simple repairs made to the vehicle. I would definitely recommend working with Steven.

I would absolutely recommend buying from here and specifically from Steven. I can t say enough about how top notch he is. Cory is an excellent no pressure salesman. Bought a 2011 Volvo XC70, price was right and gave me fair value for my trade in. This is my second purchase from him and Best Deal. Told us we weren t approved to finance a vehicle. They were just closing up shop at this point. No way to get home, couldn t get a cab and got stuck waiting 2 hours outside of best deal sales in the rain until I managed to get a lift. The next morning we get a phone call saying we ve been approved for two vehicles that we did not express interest in. Took our business elsewhere.EDIT: to the owner- I did not run my credit, my husband did. No need to contact for clarification. Cayden already did that. Thanks!

Best Deals has always done me good! You feel welcomed and treated like you've been known forever. There is no pressure and no off beat sales pitch like other car lots. Cory Wiley helped me buy my third car from them. He doesn't give you any run around and is very honest. He even brought my car from another one of their store locations with no hassles. He gives you his undivided attention and will answer any question you have. Overall great place to buy used cars and great person to help you through the process!
