The guy behind the counter is very efficient. Is not afraid to dig around in his network of information to find what you need. They also have the Bluffton store to draw from as far as resources. I have been in Warren store multiple times and had to go to Bluffton to get my parts or materials rather than wait on it being delivered to Warren. They had the battery to my welding helmet I desperately needed also !

Very helpful staff. They definitely know what they are talking about. I have gone in there a couple times for non-automotive related parts and they have always either hooked me up with parts, or recommended where I can find them!

Dan is the man! Always in a good mood and willing to help. If it's not in stock they will normally have it by the end of the day!

Dan is a Standout, Straight shooter when it comes to parts! I'll drive the 20 miles from Marion just to buy parts from Dan...Terrible attitudes at the Marion Napa. Will never step foot inside the Marion Napa again...
