Always has the products I am needing. Orders parts, comes in next day. Great service and are always accommodating. Local merchant that saves me a lot of gas cost. Prices are in line for the quality products. Buy all my batteries and chargers here.

On 2-18-2020 I observed a young lady in a dress wearing heels kneeling on the westbound shoulder of US 30 just west of Wanatah trying to figure out how to change a flat tire on her vehicle.I turned around and stopped to see if I could help her, her tire was destroyed and the location she was in was very dangerous.I suggested she make a u-turn and take it to DEWEY'S lot where it was safer to change the tire.I got to Dewey's ahead of the young girl and gave them a heads up on this and they advised they would help her, moments later she came limping in and The folks from Dewey's came out to help her.I don't know who the young girl was and I don't know the folks at Dewey's but I know it was very nice of them to help out a stranger in need.

Besides auto parts they also have some plumbing supplies and some hardware. Phone first to see and it may save a trip to valpo, Michigan City or Laporte.

Had a problem on the road stopped in with no tools, instead of making me buy the tools I needed to change the part they loaned them to me from their garage, amazing people
