Great friendly and accommodating service! My wife noticed a tire going flat on her SUV. She dropped the vehicle off during her lunch hour and was repaired by the time she got off work! Would highly recommend for all your vehicle repairs!

The staff got me in right away. Diagnosed my vehicle but were not able to fix my tire due to sidewall damage. Put the spare on for me and apologized for the hassle. Very fair and honest people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Great experience! I love bringing my Toyota Highlander in to be looked at or fixed! They do such an excellent job! Very thorough and very nice! Definitely recommend

I have been to Prompt twice, and will continue going for any vehicle maintenance, repair, etc...Both times just making an appointment they were able to get me in right away, and then as soon as I arrived they were able to pull my car in and start doing their thing. Their waiting area is by far the cleanest, nicest I have ever seen, and prices are comparable. The bonus is they send you an email showing what/when something is due to be done, which helps immensely when you are busy. If you are looking for a great garage for your vehicle, this is it!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Prompt auto got my truck in, diagnosed, and repair very quickly! Diagnosed on Monday, parts ordered and done Tuesday morning! Even though my truck ended up having other major issues, they were able to diagnose it and give me my options for repairing it. Everyone there was compassionate and helpful, will continue to bring my vehicles to prompt!

They were great. Were able to repair what I could afford with balance doing done at a later date. Gave individual estimates and explanations of what each repair did. I sprang my car on them, but were able to do a diagnostic the next day. With other work done following week. Very friendly upbeat receptionist. For the issues I had I was glad they were willing to work with me.

They did a wonderful job on my Hummer H3!! Had the alignment done in no time. Close to home is always a plus too!Just a helpful tip, spray the upper control arm bolts a day or two before your alignment with some penetrating oil. It helps them to do the job easier, and gets you out the door quicker.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Jess and Jeremy did a fantastic job getting my vehicle back on the road. After getting the runaround from two other mechanics (one being a dealership that told me my engine might possibly be seized), I brought my vehicle to Prompt, they were able to diagnose the issue properly and were prompt in getting the vehicle in and out. Going to a mechanic can be overwhelming, but Jess and Jeremy were honest with me from start to finish. Highly recommend this shop for honest, accurate and fair pricing.Service: Electrical repair

I recommend Prompt to anyone who needs a mechanic . They are very reasonable and very helpful to help make your repairs as painless. They accepted my extended warranty and dealt with them to cover most of my repairs. Awesome !!!! I also appreciate the honesty and "Prompt" service I got . I really felt like I mattered and they cared . I will go to Prompt again for my car needs. Thank you !

Very friendly and answered all my questions. Did exactly what they said they would do and had my car up and running right at the time they said it would be ready. Even sent me home with a nice packet explaining everything that had been looked over, what had been changed and why it had been changed. I look forward to doing more business with this company in the future.
