Woohoo, rig is done & of course Thor went above & beyond again.... THEN DO STAND BEHIND THEIR RIGS !!! . We will definetly be buying a THOR, when were ready to buy our next one..... ( even after camping world screws them up , over & over & over again).. thank you, Terry , your guys & girls !!! I appreciate your family like treatment, professionalism, & treating my rig like it was your personal rig.THANK YOU, SO VERY MUCH !!On a key note: both my husband & myself are disabled & the last 3 times we have been out to Thor, staff goes out of their way to help us, make sure we are comfortable, always offering to help with walker & wheelchair & dog stuff, that we have everything we need during our repairs.

DO NOT BUY FROM THOR!!! THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY!!!Asked the service rep numerous times to speak with a supervisor or anyone else that I could elevate my complaint to and they flatly refused. I have never seen a company treat its customers the way Thor does.The picture is the roof of my coach when it was purchased new, I took it to the service center in Wakarusa for repair, they told me about a week later that all was fixed. I didn't know until I picked it up (hotel, rental car and train ride out of my own pocket) that they hadn't even looked at. A couple of months later I took it to an authorized service center and Thor tried to say I didn't take care of the roof and they wouldn't cover it. It was finally repaired but now waiting parts and other repairs, some of which are being denied and has been at the service center for 3 months while I continue to make payments.

Fantastic service from the team here. Sean was excellent at taking care of warranty issues with our coach and keeping us informed every step of the way. He took the time to explain everything and really seemed to care about us and making things right. Great customer service Thor. Was a bit of a drive to get here from Texas but worth the trip!

Been there about 10 times. Never never go any where else. They will save you thousands of dollars. Went to a dealer for repairs. Gave me estimate 30,400.00 dollars. Same repair at factory 1200.00 dollars

Very Satisfied with the work and Customer Service this visit to Thor Repair shop. Brian and Sean and the painters Amazing job! A++++++ 6 stars because taking care of customers like that is the best way to show you appreciate them! Got all of our punch list takin care of! Again Thankyou mr C! You Too!!!!!

Like many of you Thor owners I have been to numerous rv dealerships for repair and suffered with the results. This was my first visit to Thor coach service center. I have to confess I was extremely surprised at the excellent service I received. My technician Jim Davis was head and shoulders of what I expected and was polite , knowledgeable and listen to all my concerns. All repairs were completed in a timely manner and I was informed on each step along the way. Please take my advice and schedule your Thor appointment here and forget all the hassle from the dealers. I certainly am happy to have had Jim as the technician on my coach, he represents the company well. Thank you for the exceptional service I received. David Weis. 2018 Thor Venetian

The best thing about this is as soon as you walk in they are friendly and very helpful, once b4 they had to keep my Miramar overnight and they made sure that I had a rental car and a hotel room! NOW THAT'S SERVICE!

Had miss hap on our 2012 Class C Freedom Elite trip to AZ from MI, Tire issue took out black tank. They informed us they could have everything to repair it.We setup an appointment 5 weeks out on our return to MI. We cut our trip short to make this happen. 200 mile away they called no tank.. Kept apt to have the other items repaired on insurance estimate that they approved. Then told us they couldn't do repairs..They special order black tank from Thor spec. Came back to pick up from home 4hrs 1 way. Got tank home to install - Fresh water tank not Black tank. Thanks to Camping World Houghton Lake they made it all work.THOR received two party insur check cashed w/o me signing , had big hassle getting money back. Many calls from us and insurance company.

The folks here at Thor have been super excellent, we brought our new coach in 900 + miles from Florida to get warranty work done because our dealer in Panama City was unable or unwilling to do the work. We have gotten absolutely everything done that we needed to have taken care of and then some! They found leaks that we didn't know that we had and are working on those today. Yes it did take several days to get everything done, but we are on vacation so we have the time to do it. I will never go to a dealer again to get repair work done if I can get up here to Thor to get our coach worked on. Jim, the fellow working on our rig has been a miracle worker he's taken care of things that I didn't think could be done in this short of amount of time. They have a nice parking lot with power pedestals and water for us to hook up to at night and then at 7 a.m. they come around and collect our rig and take it into the shop for the day. About 3 to 3:30 in the afternoon they bring the rig back out hook it back up for us and get it all set back up. I think if I had anything negative to say it would be about the water pressure I'm only getting 20 pounds at my rig out of the faucet. But at least we do have water and we can shower in our rig. The waiting rooms are okay, the TV in waiting room number two didn't work but we found other things to occupy our time. The main waiting room seems to be the Gathering Spot for everybody here having work done. We spent a couple of days in that one and a couple of days in the other one. And of course being an RV repair facility waiting room, they are indeed pet friendly.

Absolutely amazed at how great the service was here. Terry, Steve, and Laura were extremely professional, conscientious, and all at the top of their game. I would make the trip again without hesitation to have them work on my RV but they did such a good job, I don t think I m going to need to! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

We have driven our Aria 4000 back to the factory as often as possible because these guys do the best repairs in the country and always go above and beyond! With out fail they ve fixed things I didn t notice or given me fixes I can do on my own in the future! If you can make the drive this is the place to get you Thor repaired! Terry, Steve and Dennis are great guys and you can tell they care!

Have been helped by Thor technical service advisors several times and they have been excellent. Drove over 6 hrs to bring our RV last minute when our slide broke. Everyone has been awesome! The service techs, and office staff have gone above and beyond to fix our issue promptly, file all extended warranty paperwork, and make arrangements for a hotel. We would, and probably will, buy another Thor motorcoach because of the great service they have provided us.

On behalf of my wife Martha Azor and myself, we would like to congratulate the Thor Industries service team and specially Tommy Smith who patiently and very professionally listened, noted and took care of every issue to be addressed on our 2018 Miramar. Everything was fixed and in a short period of time. We are very happy and satisfied with the service! Thank you again Tommy Smith and all of Thor s service team! Awesome job!! I want to add an additional thank you for excellent service to Dennis, Tim Goodsale and Robert Lint for a great job!

Getting through to customer service was wieldy. I was advised I couldn't schedule service December 5 (4 months out) even though I told him our problem was dangerous and we couldn't continue to drive. No other suggestions given or words of sympathy or concern. After I asked what he'd do if his family was at risk he finally said take it somewhere else, call on my extended warrantee or find a way to fix it myself. A little common courtesy would have gone a long way even if they couldn't fix it. Btw- we still love our Thor Motorhome.

If you need to get your Thor coach repaired this is where to go and bypass the dealer. For the most part they did a muxh better job then any dealer I have been to. Only one item was not properly fixed, however it is still somewhat functional. If you have to stay over they have electric, and water and a dump station. The real trick is getting an appointment to get your rig in there.

Have you ever had to clean up someone else's mess? Then you will understand how these wonderful service people must feel everyday. We have been here 3 times and have to say they are just great at their jobs. Prompt, courteous service is very hard to find these days, but you will find it here. We will NEVER go anywhere else for any problem we may have---and we all know that there will be some problems..... Do yourself a favor, come here with patience and know that they are fixing someone else's mistake....this is the best customer service we have had anywhere in years....

Do not make the same mistake we did and buy a Thor Product. We purchased a $155K ,Chateau 35SK Super C and found after 3000 miles that the front cap was missing the 30 or so screws which holds it to the top of the truck cab. They are the most disagreeable people on the planet to deal with. We are considering lemon law action.

Been there 5 or 6 times in the last 4 years. They will fix your rv or camper. It will be far less cost and treat you like family

Its worth driving long distance to have the pros work on your RV. We made the big mistake of buying out Thor Tuscany 44mt from Denver Camping World. After months of problems with Camping World we drove our coach to Wakarusa, IN and let the pros do their magic. We are now back on the road and all of our issues are fixed.

Brought my RV here for ton of repairs and by the time I got home identified bunch more that they created fixing the problems UGH!!! They havent replied but had the dealer "reach out". Why wouldnt they fix the problems they created?

Ed did a great job repairing our motorhome. Kim did a professional job on all the details. Note that the Google listing has the wrong address but the pin position on the map shows the right location on Ward St in Wakarusa

Took a long time to connect. Too many issues that showed us Thor does not take pride in their work. Will not buy another Thor.
