Superb in every aspect. Recently experienced an emergency service where Barton saved us money while providing superior service. They were immensely helpful and accommodating with the short notice we gave them. We have taken our cars to Barton for multiple service appointments and always receive outstanding customer service and professionalism. Oh, and their mechanics are absolutely top-notch. Our cars come back to us running like a top! Special mentions to Ryan and Dave for being proactive and informative. The best! So glad we found this excellent business.

Very great service all around . When I walked in I was greeted. Staff was very nice and professional. Entire shop and employees were clean. Service was backed with warranty, and it didn t take days and days to repair my vehicle. And most importantly, I didn t have to sacrifice my first born child to pay for my repairs. Would highly recommend. This shop is about 25 minutes away from where I live and I definitely be taking the drive for future repairs.

Cannot give Nick and the staff at Barton Automotive high enough praise! I had to go in as I was experiencing engine misfires. The team here not only addressed my issue in a timely manner, they took extra time to explain the services they were providing and why they were critical, even ensuring I got to work while awaiting parts arrivals and repair. I ll trust the folks here with my vehicle the rest of my life. A total game changer!

I have taken my car to Barton Automotive for the last couple of years, and I am always highly satisfied with their quality of work and fair pricing. I recently had an incident with my car and needed assistance quickly - Barton came through for me. Special thanks to Tobie and Maureen for their help. This shop was highly recommended from a friend of mine. The staff was very friendly and pretty knowledgeable. I brought my truck in to get a quote on a job and they wanted over $200 to look the truck over I was hesitant as I have used multiple shops throughout my life, and never once been charged for a quote. I paid for the service and I will say it was fairly detailed but missed a few key things that were brought up in a later inspections. The problem became what they quoted me for the job was significantly higher than what any other shop quoted me including the dealership! I inquired about the parts, brands, and labor being used as quality parts could raise the price substantially(all were the same). I ended up using a shop on first Avenue in Evansville that charged me $1250 for the same job, brands, and parts that Barton s wanted $4000 for.

I was very happy with my experience at Barton Automotive. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The diagnosis was thorough and explained in detailed written form with recommendations on what services were needed immediately, what could be postponed, and what might need future attention. The costs were reasonable and under the estimate that was provided. Also, I was given a loaner without cost since my truck had to be there for a couple of days. Went in for an inspection & the technician saw various issues. The evaluation was very thorough & even had pictures. They performed the needed services & it was overall a good and easy experience. I took my car to Barton Automotive for a second opinion after I was told I needed a new engine. Everyone was very nice and professional. They worked very hard to find anything wrong with my engine. Took our F-150 here with 130k miles to diagnose a sound in the front drivetrain. Barton said I needed a front diff rebuild, my issue couldn t be caused by anything else, okay fix it. I pick up the truck, within 10 miles the sound is back so I take it back to Barton, the front passenger 4x4 is now bad and needs replaced BUT they state this issue was not present before and this wasn t anything they could have caused when fixing the diff, okay fix it. I pickup the truck and yet again there is still a sound in the front end so I take it back. This time Barton says they have no idea what it is, they cannot get the sound to replicate, yet it is blatantly obvious. Now Barton takes no responsibility for nearly $5000 that I have thrown at this vehicle to have it fixed. They are overly sure of themselves in areas they clearly know just well enough to screw up more. You may fool me once but not thrice. I should have went to Ford from the beginning.

The car dealership s shop was unable to ascertain the cause of my coolant leaking all over the garage floor; they did say they would start by replacing my radiator. So I took it to Barton for a second opinion. Barton pressure tested the cooling system and determined the water pump had failed. They replaced the water pump and timing belt and also corrected an alignment issue. They also provided a loaner car for me while they completed the work. The car runs great. They do fantastic work and are a pleasure to do business with.

First time visiting. Great team at Barton. Straightforward on what needed fixed. They were not pushy or aggressive to make me fix everything that the vehicle needed done. Upfront and honest about the charge for a diagnostic test to see why my check engine light was on. I was traveling from Michigan on business. Had my truck towed here, needed a new serpentine belt. They ordered it while the tow truck was en-route. And had me back on the road in about 40 minutes. Saved me a whole day of sales calls and treated me like a long term customer. Wish there were more repair shops like this. Can t thank them enough. Hands down the cleanest and friendliest shop I ve ever seen. Thank you to the folks that helped me out!

Everyone at Barton Automotive is extremely professional and helpful. They were quick to get my old changed and other services my car needed. All of the staff was knowledgeable, and I felt very comfortable speaking with them about services for my car. I highly recommend Barton Automotive, and definitely sign up for text updates! Jon Goebel at the front and the tech that serviced my vehicle, Andrew Pearson, were AMAZING!They were very quick to get my truck in for service, did a very thorough inspection, and then sent me a digital write up of all the suggested repairs and service needed. It was honestly the most thorough and easy/quick service I have ever had on a vehicle. They were not pushy on anything and simply wanted to ensure my truck was in great working order.Working with Jon to discuss options and how I wanted to do things as well as his suggestions made it even better. He was very understanding and responsive. Jonathan's friendliness and flexibility was much appreciated.10 our of 10, will be going back again!

First time customer. They did a great job. Fair priced, accurate estimation of turn around, seemed to understand the level of care I want taken with my vehicle. Did not force or even recommend unnecessary parts or repairs. Got the vehicle back right on schedule and all issues I mentioned were corrected.
