I went on the lot knowing almost exactly what I wanted! Wasn t expecting to love the vehicle as much as I did!! I was absolutely blown away by how amazing TJ and Brandon were!!! The sale was so effortless and they both kept in contact through the whole process!!! Even through we had a minor hiccup when I got the vehicle and a week after I had it. TJ seriously went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect!! He even gives me updates on the car I traded in!!! (I loved my little car!)

Please please if you need a vehicle go see TJ Dillon at Wabash Chrysler. We randomly met him looking for a car 6 months ago after we bought a lemon from another dealership. When we unfortunately wrecked the new van TJ immediately did all he could to find us a new one that fit our needs. Unfortunately there wasn t anything and after months of looking and finding vehicles from other dealerships that had been in a hurricane (yes seriously) and another that had over $5,000 of work that needed done we reached back out to TJ and he made it happen for us a second time. They serviced the car and made sure it was in perfect condition driving off the lot (actually they delivered it) I honestly can t say enough about TJ and all the guys at Wabash valley Chrysler. I hope you take this review seriously and save yourself from what we had to go through. Finally I m back in a safe vehicle that fits my needs and I can TRUST. I recommend them a million times over. Thank you TJ!!!!

Wow, these guys! I ran into a bit of an issue with my bank while trying to purchase my vehicle, but, everyone here was understanding and Aaron went above and beyond to work out a solution so I could get what I came there for. Since I couldn't make the purchase the day I came in, (due to said issues) Aaron took it upon himself to get it set up where they would bring the vehicle to me the very next day. I live more then an hour away!! I have to say the service here is great and even though forces were trying to deny me, the team at Wabash Valley Chrysler made it work. I am an extremely happy customer. Thank you, Aaron and the rest of the sales team. Thank you.

First off this place is amazing! TJ Dillon is top notch an AMAZINNNG employee!! He did everything he could to get us a truck! He never gave up and was always so communicative with us. Let us know what needed to do be done! From morning to night he kept up with us. He even drove the vehicle to us which is 30 min from him! If you need a vehicle , go see him. You won t be disappointed! Thank you Tj!!

I had been searching for a car for a few weeks and had planned on committing to one of three I liked at Ft Wayne dealerships on Saturday. On Friday, I ran across a few cars similar to what I wanted at the WVCDJR dealership. We decided to drive there late Friday afternoon just to rule them out before committing to one in Ft Wayne the next day. On the lot, we were greeted by Garry. I feel like I always have a guard up when buying a car because the salesmen can be so aggressive - but Garry was the opposite of this at all times! He was very kind, not pushy at all, and answered our questions honestly. It turns out, a car they had was exactly what I was looking for and he again made the negotiations and process so easy and all at my convenience. The next day when we returned to finalize everything, I think we had a conversation with every employee of theirs in the building and they all made us feel like a part of their family. I don t see you could go wrong working with any of this team and they are definitely my dealership now. THIS is the place and type of people you want to deal with!

What began as an Oh My God, finished as a God Must Be Smiling on us. We left very pleased and we thank you! Every one was nice!

This was my first vehicle I purchased from Wabash Valley. Aaron was very knowledgeable. He was very thorough by going over all of the settings in the Pacifica. I really appreciated it, considering there were so many new options than my last vehicle.

I bought my Chrysler 300 here and TJ took very good care of me. They were even able to work a Mopar cold air intake in on the deal, which won t void my amazing warranty they also offered. I had a minor mechanical issue and the warranty covered it all and even got me a rental car. Would recommend buying all of your vehicles at Wabash Valley! The only true small town dealer left. Also, after being very satisfied, my mother and I came back to buy her vehicle and Aaron helped us and he was awesome. No complaints for two very amazing vehicles.

We used Wabash Valley on the recommendation of our insurance agent. From the beginning to the end, customer service was severely lacking. It started with the body shop manager not ordering the parts we needed for 3 months, then finally ordering them and needing to wait for them to come in and actually get fixed. After our car was finally fixed, the shop manager told us the payment would be taken care of through insurance. Now, 9 months later, a new body shop manager sends us a bill that it was never paid because he had never gotten with our insurance. Not her fault and I feel bad for the mess she has taken on. When I went in to pay the invoice, the employee in the main shop was very rude. Overall, I would not recommend at all.

Aaron was great, I called the day prior on information about the car, told him I would be there the next day to test drive, when I pulled up he had the car waiting for me, went for a test drive and fell in love with the car, Aaron did his best trying to get the payment where I needed it to be, he went above and beyond. I have to start this story from the beginning, my family and I first test drove a challenger at this dealer in 2011 with Todd Necessary and my family would go on to test drive various vehicles through the years with them. The people and atmosphere are more welcoming than almost any other dealership I ve been to. When it came time for me to order a new challenger I made sure to order from Wabash Valley Chrysler as they had earned my business when I was just a kid as they had treated my family very well through the years. Aaron Parrish kept me informed during the entire process and while being over 2100 miles away he still managed to make the process simple. I appreciate this dealership and how welcoming they have been through the years. Thank you guys for making a dream come true.
