I had the pleasure of working with Kennidy. She is a brand new sales person at the dealership. She was able to get me into my 22 Traverse. I love the fact she didn't hassle me or anything. Definitely a different experience than going to a bigger dealership in Indy. I would recommend Shepherds in Wabash.

Dorais sent a Christmas card, which we thought was very nice of them since this was the first time we used their business.There was a 10 dollar coupon that we used for a set of wiper blades.What a pleasant surprise.The service department had us finished by the time I finished my free coffee in the waiting room.Thank you all!

I told them I needed my truck in two days and had 99 miles before limp mode. The error came up while I was driving and I took it right to Dorais. They managed to repair my truck the next day.

Best experience we have had when buying a vehicle. Jeremy jumped in the car with us and explained all the different features. He helped us getting the onstage set up. Made it so much nicer then just handing the keys an say here you go. Was very helpful the whole process of the deal! Would highly recommend buying a vehicle here !!!!

Buying our truck was the best experience. It went smooth we weren t pressured and got a great deal. Now getting an oil change and still here three hours after my scheduled appointment is ridiculous! I was told a half hour so I left and came back and it still wasn t done! Three hours for a oil change is absurd! Th worst thing is no one apology!

Fantastic experience with Dorais Chevy. The entire team was hands on and even received a pop in from the owner to than me and congratulate me on the new truck. Special thanks to Arnie for setting everything up, Jeremy for walking me through the vehicle features, and Brent for going above and beyond throughout the signing process.

This by far is the best car dealership that I have ever done business with. Dave Dorais, the owner, actually meets with customers, checks on how service is going and is personally involved. In 40 years I have never seen the owner of a car dealership actually engaging with customers. Jeff the service manager, took great care of my new Corvette and personally was involved with overseeing the cars was properly serviced. If anyone is looking to purchase a car or needs a GM car serviced it s worth the trip to Dorais Chevrolet-Wabash IN. You ll also love the historic town of Wabash with many quaint shops and restaurants; 2 minutes from the dealership. WOW!!!

I called and spoke with service dept. about getting the key code for my car so the locksmith could make a new key. He was very nice and said just bring in ID and proof of ownership. When I arrived at dealership 20 min later they refused to give me the key code stating it was "against the law". I had zero problems going to Hubler in Marion and it took them all of 2 minutes. I'll also add the paperwork they printed me states only to be shared with authorized workers and OWNER OF VEHICLE. I'll gladly make the 20 min drive to Marion for better customer service.

The service manager was very friendly when I entered the dealership. The service tech, Zach Bever, came and spoke with me after servicing my car and explained everything checked out ok. My wife and I have been long time customers of Dorais Chevrolet and have recommended to many of our friends.

What can I say about Tim Chambers and his Service Tech's at Dorais Chevrolet other than Top Notch in every way....!!!They did everything they said they would do and got my Vehicle Repaired in a Timely & Professional manner and at a Very Reasonable Price.This was my first time taking my Car to Dorais but definitely wont be my last should it need something.Thank you Dorais Chevrolet....!!!

I would not recommend that anyone take their car here for any service done on a vehicle. I have been taking my GMC Acadia Denali to have it served for four years here, and it broke down, and my husband checked the transmission fluid. There was none in there. No leak, so where did the fluid go. So they haven't been checking it at all. Asked the transmission guy did anyone ever checked the liquid, he said he checked the plug, and it had metal Shaves in it. And told him that we'd been bringing it here for service, and he told me no matter what it had metal shaves in it. I believe it was because no one ever checked the transmission fluid. This transmission guy must have thought we were stupid people. My husband is a drag racer, and he knows his cars. He knows they did us wrong With this Situation. I will never bring another car again. My last name has changed to Vrooman

I purchase a Buick from another dealership, and had to return to that dealership multiple times to attempt to get the car repaired. After seven return visits to them... and much frustration... I contacted the Dorais Chevrolet dealership to see if they could figure out the issue. They were able to diagnose the problem in the very first visit. They had the car up and running within a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend them highly... very professional, knowledgeable, and committed to the customer. I will be buying my next vehicle from them as well.

I had plans to take our Tahoe on vacation, the air conditioner quit working and we were worried that it might not be fixed by the time we went on vacation, but the staff at Dorais s were able to get the Tahoe in and repair it.. in the trying times that our country is going through with labor, it speaks volumes that Dorais s still puts the customer first.

My husband and I showed at this dealership yesterday to sign a power of attorney for a vehicle we were told was being purchased. My husband's ex wife is employed here. It was explains more than once that they were financing and purchasing until she could get lending approved to buy back. We find today that it was totally not the case. The financial person, Mike, was rude and said this was a personal matter. So long story short my husband will be stuck with a loan and the ownership has been signed over of his wife cannot get lending. Poor business!!!!!
