These guys and ladies are wonderful! I'm a driver who comes all the way from Ft Wayne every day. Whenever I need anything for my vehicle, I stop by. They are always willing to help with questions or anything else I've needed. Hands down the only place I'll stop for my car needs. Thank you!!

Great help from the manager. The kid didn't have a clue. The Manager got me what I needed then helped put it on my car.They need to train the youth about good service.

Amazing customer service. They are always willing to help with anything they can. I needed help changing the battery in my key fob and they didn't make me feel dumb about it. I will always come here for any car part needs

Don t trust them one bit. Got a warrnty on the battery. It was bad. Tried returning it and won t go through because it s under rebels and the worker there that had it under rebels got fired . So be careful and don t buy cheap stuff from orileys. Stuff there don t last

Prices are a little higher than other parts places. But I prefer O Reillys cause they come with better warranties, and great customer service! There is more than one gentleman here, who has helped me replace wiper blades, headlight bulbs, and other smaller necessities. Thanks guys! Keep it up, and I ll keep returning!

I kinda feel like all auto stores are the same, but the guy in there was super helpful and I didn't feel like an idiot when I couldn't remember what type of oil my car took. So there's that.
