Had went for an alignment. After the front end of my tsx was clunking. Took it back they tightened some front end bolts . Kept doing it said it was from driving it. And than my wheel fell off. New lcas. Upper and lower ball joints. New. Sway links. Tie rod ends . They tightened my ball joint so much it was smashed into my control arm. Now I'm paying a $250 tow bill. And imma fix it myself . 100% do not recommend. And I didn't refuse your help all U did was offer me a castlenut . THE BOLTS WERE LOOSE AND I TOLD U DUMMYS THAT. U torqued the castnut. Don't blame it one me . I did what was told and took it to a shop. If all that was wrong with my car why's did u guys align it? . U guys didn't even straighten my wheel. Horrible job. And I do take my actions into consideration. Why do u think I brought it for an alignment? Bc it needed it? Don't say u tried to help. You'd guys did not. Only an older guy offered .

I found myself today in a situation while in Wabash from Fort Wayne for work. I needed a new battery for my car, and my current battery was completely dead! After locking my keys in my car and having to have my car towed to the shop, I was super frustrated and exhausted. I called the shop and was worried that because it was 2 PM that they would not have enough time to install a new battery since it was later in the afternoon, and they had already had a very busy day ahead of them. I was scared I would end up having to leave my car in Wabash overnight. On top of that, my warranty company needed the documentation from the shop by 3 PM to cover my warranty claim! By the time I actually arrived to the shop, it was 2:30 PM. The service technicians were amazing! They were very courteous and very prompt. They were able to turn in the documentation needed to my warranty company and have me out of the shop within 30 mins! They accommodated my situation and made sure to have me good to go as soon as possible! I am extremely impressed with how fast and mindful of my situation they were. I greatly appreciate all the help they gave! The owner was very polite and helpful as well! I wish there was places like this in Fort Wayne! Definitely recommend! Thank you to this team for going above and beyond to help me while stranded so far from home.

Had an appointment later in day. Grandfather had a heart attack so dropped it off early on my way out of town. Before I even got to hospital they called and knew what the problem was. I thought for sure it was going to cost me more then I could afford as I was told it was a bad oil leak. 200 later my van was fixed and done early. They really care about thier customers and have gained a permanent one. Definitely an honest business.

I was quoted at a Chevy dealership $5,000 to fix my car. Took it to Kirtlan for a second opinion and they inspected our vehicle. They found out it only needed minor repairs. Our vehicle is running fine now and saved our family $4200 dollars during the holiday season... always get a second opinion if you can Thank You very much to the Kirtlan Team!!!!!!!!

In the last year we've begun to take our van down to kirtlans because our regular mechanic closed shop. This has been the worst auto shop experience we've ever had. Every repair we've needed, we've had to take the vehicle back in to have them fix something they overlooked. Simple things like not tightening a hose clamp, leaving me stranded on my way to work and forgetting to put power steering fluid in. The latest experience... they had the vehicle for 3 weeks. Took it on a Fri, they said they would look at it on Monday. Thursday we finally call them asking if it's ready, they still hadn't looked at it. Had to get a rental car with the promise of them having it done midweek. Once again Thurs comes, we havent heard anything so we call them. They still hadn't looked at it!!! They gave us a call about an hr later saying they'd need it another week. So we had to extend the rental. Long story short, we finally got it back. They told us they'd give a discount because of the hassle. The discount they gave was a new door handle that we had talked to them about price but never said to do. The door handle doesn't work right.... today my husband was trying to change the oil. There's oil slowly leaking (which explains the burning smell since we've gotten it back). The bracket fastened into the pan has three fasteners that aren't even close to being tight. He now can't get the plug off because its been over tightened. When I called kirtlans to let them jnow we once again have a problem with their work i was given the opportunity to let them correct it.. why would i do that knowing that we would probably have to take it back for them to fix what they fixed??Definitely done taking anything there

Kirtlan automotive is the best!! They serviced us for better than 25 yrs! They treated us like family & they all run a very top notch shop!! Hats off to all those who have cared for us all these years! We can't find that kind of service where we live now in AR, so this makes us miss all of them the more!! Keep on, keeping on!! The Gaston's!! We miss all of you!!

Exceptional! Pleased with the results on our truck, the customer service, expedient service, communication were all exceptional. Charges were very reasonable and fair. Will recommend them and return for future work on our vehicles.

I was very pleased with the exhaust manifold replacement they did on my 2000 Ford Expedition.The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices were very compatible with the work they did.I highly recommend them.

Wonderful place I used to use regularly but moved to NC ten years ago. While up for a visit my starter went bad. They got me in and fixed it so I could go home on time!!

These guys are really honest and hard working. The truck that was left there Sunday was back in working condition by Monday afternoon. Went back to get my car checked too. They did a complete check on my car in under 2 hours. They even changed my oil for me while they were at it. The waiting room was nice, so it wasn't boring to wait for my car to be taken care of either. They even had complimentary snacks.It was really helpful that they printed what their recommendations were to get fixed on my car on the receipt, or else I probably would've forgot. They even added the parts to my account with them so that they know exactly what they need to order when I do take my car back to get it fixed. The prices are fair too.

From Steve Kirtlan, the owner, on down, we received the best, the fastest, and most friendly service imaginable. I have always had good results from Kirkland Auto. They are honest and stand behind their work. I think they have very good mechanics. The charges are reasonable also. I have been taking my vehicles there for a long time.

Truly a top notch service center. They've handled everything from oil changes to a complete motor rebuilds. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and communicative. Plus the prices are fair and reasonable.

The team helped me out in a pinch. Fuel tank bracket broke. Steve and the team helped me get it fixed right away so I could drive safely. Always been a good local shop. Just another example.

I had just driven into Wabash from Indianapolis on Monday afternoon and called Kirtlan Automotive because the motor on my car was jerking and dying. They told me to come right in. They diagnosed and solved the problem all the while making sure I was comfortable in their beautiful waiting room. I can t express how thankful and relieved I was for their caring and competent help. My car now runs perfectly!

The mechanics at Kirtlan Automotive were fantastic! They explained the things that needed repair and the repairs were done in a timely manner. They also kept the cost down for me. They have earned a customer for life with the service they provided me.

Very pleased with the alignment on my sons car. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and did the work to perfection. My son was very pleased by this. The pricing is right in line with other alignment shops in the area. Very knowledgeable staff and a pleasure to work with!

Didnt have very good heat out of our jeep wrangler. Kirtlan Automotive was able to flush out the heater core and we now have hot heat! Couldnt beat the price. Plus i dont have to hear my wife complain about being cold on the way to work everyday, it was a win win.

I took my mother in laws car to Kirkland for them to replace the AC compressor. I had great customer service the price was fair and Steve explained everything that was and could be involved. GREAT SERVICE. Thank you Kirtlan Automotive.

Kirtlan Automotive was a very good place to take your vehicle in to get repaired. The one thing that frustrates me about other dealerships is the lack of communication. Kirtlan explained everything to help me understand what was going on with my vehicle and what needed to be done to repair it. I would recommend Kirtlan to anyone who is having vehicle issues to go there.

I wish I could give this place a zero, they first texted me that I couldn't bring the car back and have them fix the leak on my headers (I had them put new header on my 06 mustang gt). They said one to two weeks it would take, turns out they let it sit in their parking lot for two weeks and then when you go in and ask if it is done, they finally start on it. Then when I got my car back they had done it incorrectly, because taking off in low speeds you can hear a loud rattling noise coming from the engine, I would suggest you go somewhere else if your looking for someone to work on your exhaust!!

I'm too cheap to buy a nice vehicle. Really, my wife and kids drive nicer stuff than I do so I can't afford a nice vehicle. Kirtlan's keep all my rolling stock going. Newer stuff doesn't need so much, but the older stuff does. And Kirtlan's knows how to keep it going as cost effectively as we can. I'm always thankful they're there for us.

The management was nice and understanding. The mechanic working on my truck decided to drive it around like an idiot. I have a straight piped diesel truck so I could hear it and see the black smoke. He even drove like a idiot in their own parking lot. Will not be returning due to incompetent employee. Alignment was done correct though.
