If there was a possibility for six stars, these guys would get it. Absolutely top-notch service, quick turnaround, didn't attempt to oversell me on a single thing. They absolutely have my business going forward.

I saw that these guys have a lot of good reviews, I went because my back brake was making noise and I thought I needed to change the pads. The mechanic said my back brakes were basically brand new and were so new and unused they were making noise because of the cold. Another mechanic might have taken Advantage of me and charged a bunch of money but these guys were super honest.. And didn't charge any money. Unbelievable and great service! Totally recommend them

The Wabash location is by far the best one around. The whole crew that works there is very pleasant and good to deal with. Called on a Saturday morning to see about patching a tire and getting a new set on my fianc�es suv. Upon arrival they squeezed me in and got the vehicle in and out in a very timely manner. I ve always used the Wabash location and will continue to do so. Highly recommend

These guys are amazing!! I dropped my car off Wednesday night with an unexpected flat after hours. Left a note with my keys and by 830am. Thursday when I called to let them know. He told me it was ready to pick up! Great guys and quick turnaround

Tire light was still on when I got car back issue in driver front tire area they didn't see anything wrong but it's obvious and check tire system light on. Didn't call the second day go say car could be picked up. Left keys in visor doors unlocked wasn't happy about that.

I've had new tires and shocks put on here, and a rotation. Prices are fair and the work is solid. I feel this is a very honest and trustworthy place. I thought I needed a new bearing and brake pads as well. They were very good to tell me my brakes were still solid and the new tires fixed the noise I thought to be a bearing. I could have easily been taken advantage on that one just because I was too busy to check myself. They are all very friendly and offer a pick up/drop off service as well which is very handy.

Arrived early for my appointment and still didnt get my car in til after scheduled time. Waited 2.5 hours for an alignment, still wasnt 100% but staff was honest and customer oriented with services they provided. Had 4 new tires out on a few days earlier.

Had my daughter take her 2105 Chrysler 200S in for two new tires and they charged me $560. Now no big deal in that regard but they didn't bother replacing the tire pressure sensors and one failed 4 days after they were installed. So had it taken back to get fixed and the installer didn't know how how to do and then charged me another $60 to fix. So $620 for tires??? Never taking back again. Beware!!! Always have a competent tire installer install TPS on when buying new tires. They should have known better!!!

Customers are friends here and treated with respect. Couldn't ask for a better bunch of guys to work on your vehicles. Trustworthy, honest, best around!

Had a trailer tire blowout on a recent trip. It was early morning on a Saturday and I wasn t smart enough to have a spare. I quickly got on google maps and found the nearest tire shop, which ended up being Friermood. I arrived, the had the tire I needed in stock, instantly pulled me in the service bay, truck trailer and all! They had me back on the road in under 30 minutes from when I pulled up. On top of that the tire/install was extremely reasonably priced. Friermood has definitely won my business and although it s a bit of a drive will be our go-to tire shop from now on.

Highly recommended for any of your tire/brakes/alignment needs. I come here from Portland because the service here is among the best I've found anywhere. Usually a pretty busy place but Scott seems to always slot me in.

Terrible experience went into the Peru location for a vibration in tire and I left with a broken seat lever. The tech couldn't fit in my vehicles seat. I called the Wabash store when I got home and spoke with the BOSS who assured me he would get back to me. That was 5 days ago absolutely disgusted

Lost a tire on the RV on the side off the road. They got here before Good Sam even called back and $200 less. These guys put Jimmy John's to shame.
