Tony has been absolutely fantastic. I made my first purchase with him back in December and I had such a great experience that I knew Ubehlor was the only place to go when I needed to make another purchase in March. Me and my wife came in with high hopes of buying a newer used vehicle. Austin W was a huge help even though the truck we were originally was suppose to look at was hit while parked in the parking lot and the front end was destroyed. We were well taken care of and couldn t be happier with our newer used truck. I do appreciate the guys being patient as we had to run after our one yr old but we got it done and drove home with our 2020 GMC. Thank you guys. Just some advise to whoever is looking for a vehicle do not waste to much time with car dealers trying to sell junk please read the reviews, bring someone who knows cars and do not get ripped off and stuck with their high priced junk. They will break down and the car dealers will usually in most cases not fix it or give you the run around. Thereare several out there so be careful.

It was my first time walking into the dealership and right away everyone was very kind and ready to help. I got to work with an amazing woman named Jodi. She walked me through every step possible on trading in my car to get something bigger. I told her everything that I was looking for and she had suggestions immediately. She ensured that I got the best deal possible and I ended up walking out with a SUV that suits me the best. I will be coming to Uebelhor for any future needs.

It was all good, especially Tony and the young lady who supplied me with waters and Pepsi! However, I didn't like waiting so long between answers regarding deal . Office staff meeting while dealing with client smacks of disrespect, especially older clients. Just thoughts to help ur staff b aware and to keep clients informed in a timely order. Thank you Tony for my beautiful "new" car!

My name is Kayla Crockett. Somehow my son s username is on my Google account. I need to fix that. Anyways. I am very pleased with everything about services that I have received from Uebelhor. Nick was the best service manager/tech I have ever spoken to in my 16 years of having my car serviced. He was very personable, kind, professional, respectful, and informative. The service I received from the mechanic was great and swift also. I will use Uebelhor for all my vehicle service needs with this great customer service. They really went the extra mile making me feel comfortable and explaining to me everything I needed! The shuttle service is also amazing! Thanks guys!

Great place to take your business! Drew was excellent to work with. Everything went smoothly with no pressure and all in a very timely manner. I wasn t able to get there until late and I never felt rushed . They even stayed past their hours to wrap up my deal and save me a trip back. Thanks to all involved that day.

They were amazing the engine blew in my new car I had only had it two months and I personally had only put 3,000 miles on it they got my warranty company to replace the engine and then stood up for me to make sure that I got a good engine put in my vehicle I really appreciate everything they did for me and would tell all my friends and family to go there. they saved me a couple hundred dollars more than what I was quoted so I was happy I left with more money than I expected to spend in my pocket and my car was back in good shape.

Bought a vehicle from them in November, started having issues so my husband ran a code on it, then he checked the transmission fluid Black and overfilled. Definitely wasn t checked by the dealership when sold to us. After my husband made sure to ask if all fluids have been checked we were assured that they had. Only put 4 thousand miles on it. Took it to the dealership for the shop to check it they called and said we need a new transmission. They won t help us at all with the situation. Refuse to admit they messed up. I wouldn t buy a car from here ever again. Now we are out a car with having an almost two year old and a baby on the way. Thanks for screwing us!

Super pleased. I bought a Colorado the other day. Had a super problem the next morning has intoned to th Vincennes dealership spoke with Andy and my salesman David about it. They had me up and running before the end of my shift. Even delivered the truck to my place of employment.

You guys didn t put my fuel line back on right, and when I was driving down the road it completely detached so the car stopped in the middle of the road bc there was no gas to accelerate and gas was spraying under the hood of my car. For almost $1000 worth of work to my car I figured I d be done having problems, so that sucked. I got it fixed, I think, though. :( There is no more shaking or trouble starting in my car due to water being in the tank though, so thanks for cleaning the fuel system. :)

I purchased a 2010 GMC Terrain on 11/14/23 I've driven it approximately 4000 miles then last week the car didn't want to shift properly, and a check engine light came on. I checked the code said shift solenoid 3 stuck closed. I then checked the fluid seeing if that was a problem as soon as I pulled the plug on the side of the transmission it came pouring out it was way overfilled, and was black as night. I took it to service department to see what might be done they told me that gears 4,5,6 were slipping and that there was a internal failure and they recommended replacing the transmission. I asked why would the fluid looked the way it did if they checked it they told me they didn't know and transferred me to a manager named Levi I again told him what I found and they didn't have answer I asked if they would be willing to work with me since they clearly didn't do their due diligence and properly check the fluid before selling it he told me that if they say they checked it then they checked it and that they are very reputable company. They clearly didn't or they would have caught it before they sold it and are not willing to work with me at all. Repair cost will be approximately 4600 before tax. I'm not accusing them of overfilling it I'm sure it was the previous owner but I'm accusing them of not checking it properly and selling it. This is how they treat the working man and ill be updating this every week just to let the public know what kind of company they are dealing with

Had a problem with what I thought was transmission, turned out a brake modular went bad. Service dept. men managed to lower price of repair by hunting down warranty info and applying a discount. Very pleased with work done and cordial attitude of Andy and Nick.

So I went there to look at a couple of pick ups, with no expectations on whether I was going to buy. After meeting with Courtney Obermeyer, we looked at a few trucks, then went to test drive one and stepped in the wrong one. No worries though, it was a gorgeous GMC Sierra SLT. Fell in love with it. Test drove a couple of other trucks in the Jasper location, but the Sierra was still the way to go. She went out of her way to ensure the sale went smoothly. So silly me left the purchase agreement in my trade in, Courtney dropped it off at my house an hour away. Not only is that great customer service, but also going above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I absolutely recommend Courtney to anyone that is looking for a new vehicle.

I typically dread dealing with car sales people, not the case this time. They were helpful but not pushy. Would definitely make the 4 1/2 hour drive again to be treated respectfully and fairly.

Drew and Levi were great to deal with. They were down to earth, knowledgeable and fun. We just went to look but drove it home. Just like puppies, don't look unless you're ready to get one!1/6/24One year later, we had to trade cars for personal reasons no fault of the vehicle. I was just looking but was delighted when they had a car that worked for me! After some conversation and figuring, we made a good deal. Second purchase and second time dealing with Levi and Drew. Was treated like a queen. Highly recommend this dealership!

He was very patient with us as Covid interrupted our progress of buying the car. The financial dept, Courtney Obermeyer, was also very knowledgeable and explained every form in detail. I would give 0 stars if possible! Worst experience of my life! My 1st big car purchase has turned into a nightmare!! The 1st 45 days they had my jeep more than I did trying to get rid of roaches, yes the nastiest bug alive!! My car was full of them. After 6 treatments by an exterminator that I had to suggest because they were trying to treat it themselves the bug issue seems to be ok. But day 2 of ownership I informed them that along with bugs it was jerking very hard at 30mph..I wastold the guy didn't feel anything & nothing else was done! Now I am driving it daily feeling the jerk daily but they suggested I take it to a jeep dealership for a fix!! Excuse me? Yea I bought a warranty but I also bought the car in this condition! I'm still dealing with John the salesman as Levi has just stopped working with me..I'm defeated, depressed,, still crying almost daily because I'm paying 20k for a jeep that needs fixed! Also still waiting on a cargo liner because they can't seem to get the greasy feel out of my cargo carpet, it's had to be cleaned numerous times because I would get it back after a treatment & i could still see filth under carpet, seats, ect. I honestly wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place! At other lots I was treated like a dumb woman..didn't think I'd get that treatment here but here I am! I just want it to run like it should when paying 20k!! I should NOT have to take it to a jeep dealer myself! It could be as simple as a system update, which I also googled myself, but why do they feel it isn't thier responsibility!? I've never felt so taken advantage of!BTW, I was given the carfax report by Levi when I reported the bugs & jerking and found out it was a repo, they had only had for a couple weeks. I feel I should have been informed of that.& just 3 days ago had Jon telling me it wasn't a repo! Send him proof he said! So I did!Also the scare tactic by Levi saying my finance place called threatening to dissolve the financial agreement when I was talking to them about my issues was horrid!! I spoke to the finance company and this man said he NEVER told Levi these things.It's just another reason a single woman should NEVER deal with this place!
