This is the second time I've bought from here. I've always had great service. My second car I bought was a bit of a run around because I was missing a few things I needed. Stacy were very patient and worked diligently to make sure I had the car I wanted and they worked with me on every aspect. 100% recommend.

I had one of the best experiences with a car lot yesterday. My car is extremely nice and my salesperson Courtney was amazing and made the process go so smooth. Actually all the staff was amazing. I highly recommend Superior Auto.

Stacy is the absolute best. She helps as much as she can, explains everything completely thorough, and answered any and all questions as best as she can for you. The fist vehicle purchased through them with Stacy's help was in great condition no issues at all; after it was paid completely off received title in a timely manner for it. 1 year later decided to upgrade for a bigger vehicle for our family from a car to a suv so went back of course and Stacy helped us again like the wonderful person she is and we found the suv we wanted and she helped us get approved for it even though it was slightly over our original approval rate I would definitely recommend them and Stacy for anyone in search of a new but used of course vehicle!!!

I've got a good car from superior. Had it almost 2 years now. In that 2 years, I've had to put a brake job on it. Normal maintenance up keep. I've been late a day or two they never came and got my car. Never had any problems with the staff. Best Buy here pay here place around. I'm about to pay mine off in about 6 months. I'm pleased.

I am trying to figure out how this company works since they don t have permission for an auto payment to be taken out of my account or off my card but every time I go to login and make my payment they have done it without authorization!!! I honestly will say this I will never trust or recommend this company to anyone

Stacey the manager is the best.... she is honest and she tries so hard to get the best for her customers. She also treats the customer's like they are family. I am really satisfied with both vehicles that we have gotten there. I've referred a friend and they are satisfied with their vehicle. Thank you stacey you're awesome.

**Buyer beware**Car was running great, for the first 2 months then all of sudden boom.Bought a car from here and 3 months later, the car blows got to love as is buys, I only have 3 years of payments to go!

Very bad place to buy a car. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there to get a car!! I would give 0 stars if I could. They should have there license pulled for the Vincennes Indiana store. Very rude there. They well not work with you. I called on Thursday told them I'd be there the next day.. repo... They need sued for making predatory loans... Indiana needs to investigate these people every state they are in needs to investigate they are living the highe life from ripping people off

This has by far turned out to be the worst play ever done business they have treated me and my family very very poorly considering I never missed epic accident in which me and my children were saved as long with my wife our insurance being full coverage as anyone would know you have to have when going through buy here pay here covered most but maybe 1200 of what was owed granted we had already paid over 6000It is now been a month and a half 6 weeks in Superior auto insurance is paid them off and we have been nothing but cooperative they're pressing issue is they will not give my wife any information due to the fact that they don't like her and at the end of the day none of that is professional because she signed a title just like me I do not recommend this place or anyone there
