Had to have some repairs done to my daughter's care. Issac got it in quickly to look at, communicated with us through the entire process, and was VERY reasonably priced! Thank you again for a great job, will definitely use again!!! Then a few days after we got the car back, ge text to see how the car was doing and to make sure there were no other problems. We were VERY impressed!

Rice s Auto & Recovery LLC has hands down been the best automotive shop I ve ever interacted with. Between Isaac quickly learning my work schedule and making sure to give me updates around it, to the top tier quality of work that he did on my truck. I ve had my truck back for just under a week now and couldn t be happier with it! Isaac was very thorough with his work and made sure to explain why something needed repaired if it did. 10/10 experience on all levels and will definitely be returning for any future vehicle needs!

Issac was very professional and informative, along with being very kind. The inspection report was amazing and he communicated all of the needs before starting work on my car. Repairs were done in a very timely manner and my car was even vacuumed! I have been very pleased with the service and highly recommend Rice s.

Heard about Rice's through friends & Facebook.Have had some bad experiences with mechanics and dealerships in the past and was looking for someone local who would take care of us and be transparent.Isaac was very accommodating, put us on the schedule quickly, and has now worked on 3 of our vehicles. All 3 have been more than satisfactory work, with estimates and inspection results prior to any repairs.Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing a quality & trustworthy mechanic who stands behind his work.Thank you Rice's Auto & Recovery

Have taken both our jeep and suv to Rice's Auto and have been more than satisfied. I love that he inspects and gives a full report on any issues he finds and gives complete estimates so you know exactly what you are getting and how much. Super nice guy and quick response anytime I text him.

I had an exceptional experience at Rice Auto and Recovery. RAAR is very professional and always easily reachable. The user-friendly software used made the entire process seamless. The mechanic performed a full vehicle inspection, and the inspection results were sent via text. I could approve or deny recommendations and review everything found in the inspection, creating much appreciated transparency. They replaced the cracked oil filter housing with a durable aluminum one, fixed the wheel hub assembly, and replaced the worn CV axle at a reasonable price. Plus, they went the extra mile by vacuuming and wiping out the inside of my car for free! Highly recommended.

Isaac was extremely polite and helpful! They were able to work my car in the same day! They had to replace my fuel pump and I haven't had any issues since! Electronic details were communicated timely and thoroughly!

Isaac was so incredibly helpful. My car wouldn t start in my garage so I gave Rice s a call. Within 30 minutes, Isaac was at my house to jumpstart it. After I dropped it off to get the battery replaced (and have other work done), he was kind enough to give me a ride to work so I wouldn t be stranded. It was ready and I picked it up before the end of that same day. I highly recommend Rice s for the quality of the work, timeliness, and especially the customer service. I ll definitely be back!

Issac got my truck in and out very quickly. We talked what I wanted done before hand and in a couple days it was finished! He always kept me informed of his progress and sent pictures throughout the time he had the truck. Great customer service. The owner worked with me to get the exact clutch I wanted for my car. Also, I have custom wheels that use a special socket that I forgot to leave in the vehicle. That put him a day behind schedule and he still finished the job by the day he said he would. I highly recommend this automobile service!

I recently had rice's auto fix an oil Leak And flush the Brake lines on my 2006 Ford Escape. I was impressed with his diagnostic report. His estimate was easy to understand there were no hidden fees. Nor did he try to up sell me. Thanks, Isaac, I've got a truck. I need to work on now.

Stellar experience. Issac saved us nearly $3000 by taking the time to find the real problem. He was professional, communicative, quick to answer questions, and just an overall nice person. We LOVED being able to view, approve, and pay our invoice digitally. So convenient. We will definitely be back for future repairs and routine maintenance. Highly recommend. If there were more than 5 stars...we'd leave them.

Isaac was very easy to talk to, explained everything, gave me an estimate and then did repairs after I approved estimate. His service was very thorough. Fixed a leaking valve gasket cover and replaced washer/wiper pump. His service was quick as well. I will use again if needed and highly recommend.
