We do not live in Vincennes, but needed some assistance and these guys were top notch. They went above and beyond to help us out with an unusual request. Highly recommend, thanks so much!

I have been with prestige for 30 + years for commercial work and my personal vehicles and cant say enough good about the service I received. I am sure you can find someone to do-it for less but wont find anyone to stand behind there work as they do. They have kept my delivery trucks on the road and worked me in when I had something down to keep my business going. They are dealer certified to work on just about anything and with factory warranty. I will continue take my business there because I have always been treated fairly.

Tl;dr I got overcharged for a rather simple fix because the owner knew that I was not knowledgeable about cars. Would not recommend to anyone.I had previously given this location a four star review as they seemed kind and willing to work with me in spite of my lack of automotive knowledge. As it turns out, they were taking complete advantage of me.I took my car in for the replacement of a ignition coil. I was told by the referring shop that it would not be cheap, so I was not overly surprised when the owner quoted me a $700+ price. I have recently taken the same car in, for the same reason, to a shop in my new town where the owner quoted me $120. I asked my new mechanic if it was a different issue and that's why it was so much cheaper, but he assured me that he saw the coil they replaced and knew that he was in there for the same reason.At the end of the day, I would not trust the owner of this shop with a lawnmower, much less an automobile of mine ever again.

Happened to be traveling through this part of indiana on my way back from a. Work assignment when my vehicle experienced some issues called this company after being recommened to the by the dodge dealership as they didn't have any time to do repair and they gladly took me in at 2pm and had my car repaired by close. Reasonable price and very kind and helpful. Was cool getty to see the racing history in their breakroom while we waited. We would like to just give a great big thank you to everyone. In my time of need prestige was my hero!! Great service and still traveling strong!!

I ve dealt with Prestige Auto Service for the past decade on several vehicles. Great customer service, free & accurate estimate. Always fast, fair and will explain everything that s wrong to you & what it will take to repair your car or truck. I would highly recommend them!

I had a terrible experience having my truck worked on here. They are dishonest and will fix things on your vehicle that aren't necessary. When I called and tried to reason with them and even split the cost, they told me they didn't care and they were "Sorry I felt that way!"Do yourself a favor and go to Foxhound or Dobb! You will have a better experience!

Called and told them needed front struts and the spring was busted on one side. "Ok", price quote and appointment set. Show up for appointment and 15 mins later in the waiting room.. "hey bud, your spring is broke on one of the struts and we didn't order the complete assembly. Be 2-3 days until we can get it". Told them I'll take it somewhere else. "Well, maybe we can try another parts store we don't normally use". So they get the complete assembly struts delivered half hour later. The real problem lies in the fact that my receipt shows a part number for the low-end strut assembly but I'm charged for a better one ($40 more each). When I call, of course I get the "oh no sir we don't put junk on cars here, we put the good ones on". So why don't my receipt say that, I ask. Just get the "ya see we had to"... runaround.The dishonesty not worth my business.

Great people to deal with, competitive prices and extremely fast at getting you back on the road.Just replaced my transmission and I dropped off my vehicle Friday mid morning when the transmission got delivered to their shop and had my vehicle back Monday around noon

Very expensive! Every time they've worked on our vehicle it's been very costly. The last time we were given an estimate and told what was wrong. Told them to go ahead and fix it. Got the bill and it was much higher than the estimate. Said they found other things wrong and fixed it but didn't bother to call and tell us. They also tried to bill us for a previous repair gone gone wrongNot sure we have any recourse except just never take our business there again. And I will definitely not recommend them every chance I get!

My mom's car broke down and no one would touch it because it was an HHR. But these guys got it done and her back on the road. Her car is running like a champ again and didn't cost a lot to do it
