Transmission Fluid Change: cost over $200 for a run of the mill car, Chevy Malibu. To change the fluid in a auto shop is about the same difficulty as a engine oil change, very disappointed in this overpriced charge.

The shop was very busy at the time of my drop off and they were still able to fix my car very quickly. The prices are fair and they did not try to tell me that anything else was broken and they fixed what I came in for. Honest mechanics and honest prices!

Called about 2-3 weeks ago the lady said we will text u info and when to bring the vehicle in... I have Not received a text or call back... No I wouldn't recommend them since they don't reply back..

My wife had what looked like a blown head gasket. The engine oil was milky white. We were told by another mechanic to not drive the car as it still ran. Had it towed to Martins and was told they had driven it and that we needed a new engine. At least my car ran before they touched it. Now it won t run at all. When I complained about them driving it they advised it was only driven around the parking lot. That s why we towed it! To prevent that from happening.Service: Engine repair

I grew up in Vincennes. I now live in Northern Virginia. My sister still lives in Vincennes and is disabled.She was having trouble with her car, through no fault of her own. (Someone else tried to jump start it and hooked the cables up wrong!!)She had it towed to Martin's Auto Care and told them she could only afford a few hundred dollars for repairs.I called and talked to Martin's about the car and her circumstances. I asked them to please check it over and fix what was needed so she could safely drive it and that I would pay for it.They did a fabulous repair job on her car in a short amount of time and at a very reasonable price!They called me when it was finished and I paid for it. I then asked them if there was any way they could drive it over to her. Even though she only lives a couple of blocks from there, she's disabled and would have to take her walker to walk over to get it.Within a matter of minutes they had delivered the car to her. She is very thankful and appreciative of all the hard work that they did on her car. She now feels safe that she can run her errands and go get her groceries and her medicines, whatever she needs, without worrying about the car breaking down.Martin's Auto Care will be her go to place now for all of her future car needs.If you live in and around the Vincennes area and need any work done on your vehicle by a family-owned, well-established, auto repair business, I would highly recommend Martin's Auto Care! I would gladly give them 10 Stars if I could!!

They quoted me $279.. After starting they found out it was just a loose bolt... When I picked it up they changed me $21 for the labor saved me a lot of money and was honest... I will be using them again..

They have done a lot of work for me over the years. 2 times I had to go back they stood behind there work. I have had no complaints.

They went above and beyond for me. All they had to do was patch part of my brakeline, but instead they gave me an entirely new one. They got it done very quickly and charged me less than half of what I was expecting to pay. Extremely friendly too. These guys are awesome

We needed emergency car service on a road trip and stopped at Martin s Auto Care which was nearby. They provided fast and friendly service that got us back on the road fast! I tried forever to figure out what was wrong with my car, finally gave up and took it into Martin's, and they worked with my extended warranty company and cost me just change out of my pocket! Couldn't believe they found the problem, order the parts, and had them installed on the car before I could go to Evansville and back! I highly recommend!!

I will drive here from St Louis for car service and care. They are great. Honest, reliable, and thorough. I so appreciate this shop. Can't say enough good things about them and how well they take care of my car and how fair they are. Two thumbs up. (five stars!)

This is the best & friendliest place in Knox County to get your car fixed. They have always had the job done in a timely and efficient manner. Everyone there is kind, and it makes you feel safe and important, no matter how busy they may be. I love this place! I will only have my car worked on at Martin's!

My dad has tried to get me to come here for years,I've always opted for a closer shop or do it myself if I can.ive had an ongoing broken bolt issue with my truck(up by manifold)seemed nobody in my area would touch the problem or could even give me an estimate!So I took my old man's advice and went here,everybody I encountered and talked to was so helpful and knowledgeable(giving me an estimate and an app)few days later and only few hrs later my truck is fixed!Not only that,but they also fit in a last minute oil change at my request and the total cost was even cheaper then was figured!Happy and Satisfied customer here..I highly recommend Martin's even if it's a drive for you,Thank you all very much!I'll be back if need beServices: Exhaust, Oil change

Don't know bout the work done here could care less I rebuild my own motors but something needs done about y'all's parking. That street is dangerous

They had to replace two parts because they couldn't find out which part was the problem. Had to wait almost 3 weeks until they find out my clutch was also broken. Part came in yesterday and I haven't had my car for a month and a half and they still haven't even brought it into the shop. Very slow work and will take your car for weeks and will not make it a first priority.

Highly recommended. You don't run across too many stand up business owners these days, and I can assure you that this place will not do you wrong, and won't try to get you to do repairs that aren't needed. Very professional. They will go the extra mile if need be.

They don't even deserve one star, this garage is absolute garbage and they will lie to you just for a few extra dollars they told me they replaced the hood on my truck with a new used hood and it was the exact same hood I sent the truck into them with I highly suggest that no one trust them they are even even slow with completing their scam.. they will out right rob youService: Body & Trim

They accidentally fixed my window when I didn't want it to be fixed yet but they are being cool and let me take my car so I can get to work I still have to pay for parts and labor but they are giving me a while to pay for it.

Waited over three months for a call that car was finished. After finally calling myself car had serious collision damage all down the driver side. Didn t even fix everything that I had asked be fixed.
