Had an appointment at 11 for an oil change. They didn't get it done until 12:40 and cost almost $100.00 for an oil change. No tire rotation bc I've got a nut off one of my tires. I'm never going back and customer service was awful. This is where I've gone for 15 years.

The only place in the area with a lipless mounting machine. Go here if you have custom rims. They also do patch and plug work like you wouldn't believe. They plugged a hole from a lag bolt in one of my 22 inch medium profile tires. Saved me serious $. Competitive prices on new rubber and rims as well. Best tire shop in Vincennes.

I recently traveled to Vincennes from out of town and found that a tire on my car had developed a leak. It was after 4:30 pm on a Friday and I wondered if I could find anyone to repair or replace it at that hour. I called Raben and they got me in and repaired the tire within 30 minutes. They were very courteous and professional. I should also note that they charged a very reasonable amount for the tire repair. They could have easily said a new tire was required and made more money, but a quick inexpensive repair was done and the repair has held up perfectly. A big thank you to Raben. They saved my weekend.

Staying the night in Vincennes during a recent trip and discovered a nail in one of our tires. Went to Raben the next morning and they fixed the tire in less than 30 minutes and at a very reasonable price. The people there are Outstanding! Everyone from the front desk to the technician were professional, helpful, and friendly.

He had a lot of work done to our Blazer upper and lower ball joints on both sides hub assembly on both sides a new tire and an alignment . Not only did we get great customer service and our vehicle fixed but they also did their best to keep the price comparable. I would take my car back there for work anytime and would refer any of my friends to this establishment. I don't know the name of the lady that I doubt with that she was very kind and helpful very good customer service and we got all this work done in a day.New experience I got four new tires on my Toyota Venza and an alignment today. Again we got excellent customer service! Car was done in three hours. It has been about a year since we had to have anything fixed so the review above this is about a year old and I still give Raben tire a five star rating in 2021.

I've been to Raben tire three times and found them to be courteous, honest, and professional. Twice for tire issues (tires purchased in Virginia) - once because a repair place in another city said my tires were defective. Raben could easily have tried to sell me two new tires but checked them out and assured me the tires were fine. The third time was for an oil & filter change and tire rotational which accomplishec without trying to sell any upgrades or other unnecessary services. I've been impressed with their service and recommend them highly.

Always receive great service at Raben. I drop the car off. Raben staff take me to work and my car is serviced without me having to take a day off to deal with it. Raben calls and let s me know the cost before proceeding with anything and I appreciate being informed.

I can't say enough about how great Raben Tire is. They go out of their way to make sure you feel helped and taken care of. When I dropped my car off, I thought I was going to have to walk to work, but they offered to drive me! No auto shop has ever offered to give me a ride anywhere. I am so thankful for them getting me to work on time! Although they do try to add on some services, they don't pressure it like other auto shops. They are extremely respectful and friendly. Last time they helped me, I was down here visiting my now wife before I moved down and got married. I had a flat tire and had to get back up to Wisconsin for work. I called all over the place and nowhere had my size in stock, but when I went to Raben, they helped me more than I could ever ask for. They went above and beyond to help me find new tires for my car. I'm happy to say that they will be my primary tire/auto service provider!

The guys (And Lindsey) at Raben Tire were fast, courteous, and exceptionally professional. They got my truck in fast without an appointment and weren t pushy about unnecessary repairs. They presented any issues they found and allowed me to make informed decisions. I will continue to use this facility in the future.

Had a tire pressure issue while traveling. Service was quick and techs knowledgeable. The $91 charge for replacing a pressure sensor (including $20 for "valve stem installation and $7+ for "shop supplies) was 50% higher than shops in my area (called them after trip was completed). Guess they take advantage of people traveling out of state and no cell signal.

Good: The only place in the area to offer heavy truck alignments.The outside salesman gives us consistent and reliable service.Bad: I had a 1 o'clock appointment for alignment. Also 2 truck tires to put on. Alignment was done in under 1 hour. It took 3 more hours to put on 2 tires. At least 2 other trucks came and went in between times. They never took the initiative to update me on the progress or lack thereof. Next day I had 5 trailer tires. Brought in at 11, and wasn't done by end of the day. This time I decided to leave it thankfully. They did inform me at 4:30.Conclusion question: If you don't take tire appointments, do you put on tires first come first serve or just on a whim. Better communication between shop staff, counter staff, and customer would help the rating.

Their honesty is second to none! I originally came to Raben Tire & Auto for a second opinion on a potential $1000+ service. After careful review of the issue, their assessment confirmed my suspicions that no work was needed. The service I did need, they completed in a very timely manner and still managed to save me money. I am completely satisfied with their work and dumbfounded by their honesty! I live out of town by 3 hours and was very fortunate to have had such incredible service and hospitality! I highly recommend and trust Raben Tire & Auto for any and all future services!

Took my Jeep in to Raben for the first time. Had new tires mounted and balanced, oil changed, and an alignment done. They topped off my fluids and lubricated my brake pads as well. I would give 5 stars for service, customer experience, and pricing, except one of my wheels has a small chip taken out of it from what I'm assuming was caused during the process of putting new tires on the wheels. Not too happy about that.

Love the people, staff is very helpful, management I want to personally thank Brian, for coming to my rescue when I had skidded of the road and had got stuck in the snow; Brian was on his way to work when he saw me in the ditch he was selfless he helped me out of the ditch, I am forever grateful to him. Dilbert, Debbie and others are always there when I need help. Competitive prices, very professional technicians, I will always recommend Raben tires to anyone, the people here will put your mind at ease. Next time you go there tell them Sohail recommended you to them.

The professionalism and customer service is outstanding every time I take my car in for tire service. They go out of their way to ensure their techs leave my car spotless on the inside and the quality workmanship of their service technicians are to be commended!!! Raben Tire was extremely helpful on getting my truck serviced. I left very pleased as a customer. The guys there understood that I could not get there until after i was done with work. Time i made it there they were very curtious on understanding and still worked my truck in. I will continue taking my truck there to be serviced and for future tires. Thank you Raben Tire

I had a problem with my tires . I asked for 2 new tires on the front , they were put in the back because the National safety Advisory specified that. My tire light came in after I left and paid. I went back was upset and confused . The manager took over , looked at my tires . I really needed 2 more tires . I was getting ready to leave to drive 1000 miles . The manager gave me a discount stopped what he was doing and took care of it himself. I was so grateful for his kindness. I told him as a woman sometimes I felt like I was taken advantage of . He listened to me , told me his mother was a single mom and he understood. He took tome away from his schedule to get me quickly on the road plus gave me a discount. I did not get his name but he was in the office right behind the front counter. I greatly appreciate his kindness and complete service quickly . He listened to me . I will be back . Went in with newly bought used vehicle showing low tire warnings. Discovered 2 bad tire pressure sensors that needed replaced. Work was done quickly at a reasonable price. Customer service was wonderful.

Had an alignment on my 2010 Jeep Sahara Limited yesterday. Done in a very reasonably amount of time. The Staff were very courteous and friendly. I have been buying my tires at Raven tire for years and will keep on buying them there and using their services

Stopped in Raben to price some new tires for my truck. Debbie at service got right on it providing me several options and explained the benefits of each. She was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!

Unhappy with today's experience. I was booked quickly for the services I needed. I am aware that COVID guidelines for this business limit the waiting area to 2 people at a time. When I arrived there was no one in the customer lounge, so I had my daughter take a seat. I was informed whle waiting at the door to check in by an employee that children are not allowed inside although it is not posted anywhere. A man had returned to the waiting area during this time. His mask was not on. We left and do not intend to rebook for services.

I came in mid after noon on a Friday for an oil change. They were able to perform the service with no problems. In addition to their professional customer automotive service they were able to provide shuttle service to-and from a local restaurant for lunch, while I waited for service to be completed. Thank you, Raben tire In Vincennes IN. for your very capable and courteous customer service.

I had to schedule my car in for a tire rotation and oil change. I was able to get scheduled very quickly for the specific time I wanted. Service was performed quickly. Everybody was very polite. I would recommend Raben Tire to any of my friends.

I travel for work and Vicennes is an hour from home for me. One of my tires blew out about 12 miles from work. It was after hours so I had to wait until morning to find another tire. I called Raben and they picked up my car since I couldn't leave. It was returned to me with a brand new tire. Delbert and the others were very nice, professional, and caring. I returned the next week to replace the other three tires. Again, my car was picked up from my work and returned to me. A very convenient and customer pleasing way to do business. Thank you Raben!

I've lived in Vincennes practically my whole life & been to every tire shop around Knox County. Had bad experiences with all the others. Started going to Raben for several years now which of went sooner. But heard mixed reviews of their pricing, they were wrong cuz I have bought couple sets of tires, had recently both my vehicles tires fixed there & had nothing but great service, always quick, give free rides back to work or home & lowest prices in town!!! Recently had 3 tires fixed for around $65. Trust me you aren't gonna find better than that. Most places will say they aren't repairable & they need replaced. Not Raben so thank you for saving me money, time, & stress. Awesome all around - its appreciated

Definitely my favorite place I've been to have my oil changed! Very quick and nice people! The waiting area was very clean (unlike some I've seen) I would highly recommend. I, myself, will definitely be going back to them!

Raben Tire did an excellent job recommending the best tires for my truck and then putting the tires on my truck. I also got my oil changed at the same time. Very pleased with the service I received.

I am the Assistant Chief of a local, small Volunteer Fire Department. We decided we needed to replace tires on our fire engine. I went to three tire places in Knox or Daviess county looking to compare prices. After getting prices I immediately decided I wanted to go with Raben based on customer service alone. They were by far the nicest and most helpful of any of the three while I was gathering prices. They also did happen to end up getting us what we wanted for the best price as well. When I took the truck to get the tires, the friendly service continued. I definitely recommend Raben for all your tire needs, and the friendly helpful service!

I have nothing but the best to say about Raben Tire! The whole crew there is top notch and always give me first class service and attention to detail. You get what you pay for and buying tires online is fine until you need warranty service then you are out of luck and the few dollars you MIGHT have saved will cost you 100 s of dollars. I will never buy tires anywhere else they have helped me out many times and have made me a loyal customer for life!
