Stopped in for an AC recharge on our coach. Great group of people. We were in and out less than one hour. Everyone was friendly and tech took the time to chat about the AC before starting. Return ? Absolutely!!! Came recommended by our local friends.

If I could leave 0 stars I would My husband and I took our Ford Taurus in because the water pump was going out. They kept the car for a month and kept giving us the run around on multiple things, such as prices, when parts would be there, and when the vehicle would be done. Finally got the car back and the taillight had a hole in it that looked like someone had threw something which caused our taillight to be broken. Upon driving it home, we realized quickly that it was misfiring. Called and told them about it. Took it back in and later this evening they called to tell us it would be another $560 on top of the $1,900 we had just spent. The coils and spark plugs need changed. They had taken them off to do the water pump and we had 0 issues with the vehicle until we took our car there.I will not be returning to this establishment.

Took suv in for small ac leak. Said they found the problem yet 2 weeks later it was back in there with no ac. Happened 4 times thinking they would make it right and fix what they charged me for but didn't, just supposedly found new problems everytime (that were not problems beforehand) . Last time it was obviously a broken weld from them charging the system incorrectly but they refused not admit the fault nor release my vehicle until I paid. The weld was not broken when I took it in but was when I left. They took a small leak and turned it into dumping all the fluid on the 30mi drive home. All i was told was it was not doing that when it was tested. I will never trust them to repair anything of mine again. Be weary if you do.Service: Air conditioning

Very down to earth, whole-hearted people. They take their time, they keep you updated, they work with you, they re friendly as can be, they give you that REAL hometown, yet professional-care-vibe, when doing business. I get my vehicle back either today, or tomorrow, and I have no doubts that I m going to be purely satisfied with my experience, from start to finish. We brought a vintage Mustang for an exhaust, and were so very impressed with their business, work ethic, and quality. This business far exceeded any expectations that we had, and we highly recommend to anyone needing automotive work. They do the work right and stand by their work. It is not often you find this type of quality and honesty...it was extremely refreshing to do business with them. If it were possible to give them 10 stars we would!

I always tell people about Coomes Automotive and how happy of a customer I am. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. I have been going here for car maintenance for fifteen years and wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

We travel in our motorhome and if we have an issue with our motorhome or our pickup we head to Coomes Automotive. We had our motorhome in KY and we paid out of our pocket to tow our motorhome to Coomes to have our repairs made.I have sent other motorhome owners to Coomes from far away as Cummin, Ga, which is close to Atlanta, to have their motorhome repaired.They are what we call, "Good People". Excellent Staff and Owners that always provide the exact repairs your vehicle needs at a fair price.As you can tell, I trust them completely.
