Despite being crowded, they did my tire alignment very fast!They have a huge shop with many bays and ppersonal.If you want the job done right and expediently, the Best One is the place to go.

I debated sharing my experience, but the reactions I've received telling different people compelled me to post this review. On 12/14/23, I purchased 2 new tires and an alignment at this shop, professionally done with no issues. Paula at the front desk was very friendly, I remember people recommending Best One. However, the trouble started during the free inspection quote. Knowing my DRIVER REAR brakes needed attention and wanting to opt for the convenience I waited for an estimate for about a half hour and it was a jaw-dropping quote 2 new sets of pads, rotors, calipers, system bleed, hose changes, etc and half a day of labor, totaling almost $1100!!! Im sure it would cost that much if you replaced everything at once but not needed in this situation!! Opting to not be played like the world's smallest fiddle, I instead opted for an independent mechanic, which instead cost me $300 for just one new set of pads, a new rotor, and labor. I drive a Mustang so I'm not buying Ferrari parts here FWI. I have the detailed paper Best One gave me somewhere and will share it if found. Please be cautious about unnecessary upselling at this place, I would personally recommend staying away from them in general though. My car is braking fine 2 months later and I simply did not need the parts and labor they wanted to charge me for what needed to be done. Outrageous!!!

I had a new tire mounted and balanced. When I got home I saw the old wheel weights(several) were still in the same place and none had been added or removed. I also found a large ding on the inside that was obviously fresh from them as the rim is black and has dust and this was bare fresh metal. It's on the inside so not a big deal but they do not handle expensive rims with care. I called to check if it really got balanced and they said it did. I took it to Raben and they said it wasn't even close and you always remove old weights before balancing a new tire so they never even attempted to balance it. Raben got it balanced and I could see where the old weights were and Best One was not even close if they even tried to balance it. I highly advise you go elsewhere or atleast check their work and make sure they did what you paid for.

Olivia and Pam were the nicest women to talk to, helped me out with me crazy schedule and making sure my car was safe for my babies! I m so glad I chose them and not know country tire who completely forgot about me and my car all together.. BEST ONE TIRE did not forget me:)

My tire pressure light went on so I stopped in to have someone check my tire pressure. Lucky for me they saw a screw in my tire and they were able to fix the tire while I was there. Great Service!

I took my car in today to have four new tires installed. They did not balance my wheels not to mention scratched up my aftermarket wheels. This is now the second time in 2 months ive taken a vehicle there and they damaged my wheels. But forgetting to balance them is ignorant. Im done taking my cars here. Im really enjoying my steering wheel shaking now

I was very impressed with every aspect of this experience with Best One. It's no fun to get a flat tire, especially for a woman who has a bad shoulder and can't physically change it. Best One didn't hesitate to add me to their schedule and provide me with 4 brand new high quality tires for a decent price. The staff I dealt with on the phone and in person were fantastic. Could not have had a better experience ....THANKS BEST ONE!!!!!

I needed an alignment ASAP and Best One was the only place out of 5 places that I called that could give me one that same day. I took it in at 3pm and had it back by 4pm I was very pleased with how fast it was finished. The staff were friendly and helpful and the shop/lobby was probably the cleanest I've seen. Thank you Best One you're doing a great job!

BestOne changed the oil in my car, replaced the windshield wipers, and rotated my tires all for an AMAZING price. They even gave me a punch card a coupon for next time. The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly, and their efficiency is unmatched. My car was done in less than 45 minutes. The location is wonderful too! I was able to walk down Main Street and look in some of the local shops end bakeries while they worked. 10/10 recommend!

So glad I got my new set of tires before winter. Best One did a great job. Nice friendly environment didn't mind the wait with my kids as it was comfortable. I returned a few days ago for and oil change and filter change, Thank You for getting me in on short notice

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There was 3 people ahead of me and I was told it would probably be 45 minutes, it was only 20! I had to get a new tire, alignment, and get my tires balanced. Took less than an hour! Highly recommend Best One for any vehicle need.

My wife recently called and made an appointment to get the breaks on her van changed. The whole process was terrible. When she dropped the van off they had her wrong phone number. She corrected the number and let the lady at the front desk know that she was taking her two kids home. She waited all day with no phone call from Best One. She ended up having to call them to ask what was going on with the van. It turns out they only call me instead of her. They called me one time. I was at work and unable to see my phone. They had our van for 8 hours and made one attempt to call. When she called they did not apologize for not trying to get ahold of her. They claimed everything was fine with the breaks even though the breaks have been squealing for awhile now. They claimed it was because they were "hot". Even though she explained it happens EVERY time you touch the breaks. The man had no other explanation on why the breaks would make a noise. The man working on the van seemed to have no idea what else could be wrong with them and spoke to my wife like she couldn't possibly make a decision on the van. He kept mentioning "what would your husband like to do". She had to mention repeatedly to please change them. Finally he agreed. They kept the van over night even though this should have been a quick brake change. The next morning my wife had to make another call to see if they van was done. It was. As we went to get the van again Best One called my phone to let me know the van was done. Again refusing to speak to my wife. My wife then asked the front desk why no one would speak to her about the van that she dropped off and would only talk to me.

Best one was super helpful and knowledgeable of what tires I needed. Paula is always amazing and so friendly. My new tires were put on with an alignment within an hour and half which is fast in my opinion! Super happy with my experience at best one.

Great place to get your vehicle serviced! My husband and I always get oil changes and tire rotation. We also have got the occasional nail in the tire, and always got a quick repair the same day. We trust Best One to always do a great job!I highly recommend Best One, they are honest and trustworthy.LisaG

The manager knew who I was when I walked into the door! She made sure I was taken care of! She was super friendly and outgoing she insured me what time I d be out and she was spot on! The staff there all worked well together! I d definitely go back! Thanks for your service!

I was amazed at the excellent customer service. They got 4 tires on my boyfriend's jeep, did tons of maintenance and put a tire on my truck for me. Gave me rides, the whole shebang! Thank you Paula, you are so sweet and friendly! Everyone there was great

We have always trusted Best One with our vehicles. Yesterday was no exception. My husband is injured from an accident just after Christmas and noticed my vehicle was leaking oil but couldn t get down to look at. I ve also been having a tire sensor issue for the last several weeks. It s currently our only vehicle and needed for getting my husband to therapies and appts comfortably. Rick took me out under vehicle to show me the seriousness of the issue, and even face timed with my husband so he could see. He suggested where I could get an estimate and the range of options we might have. He was very helpful and told me his schedule in case we had any other questions. It was also his birthday so I wished him a happy birthday and thanked him for going above and beyond. This is why we stick with Best One!

Very professional, very clean, and very efficient. Jonna went out of her way to find the best prices for me on new tires, and they were 100% fine with me finding less expensive parts somewhere else and bringing them in for their guys to put on. They told me how long it would be, and it was pretty spot on. Will definitely return for any future needs!

Paula the woman who checked me in was friendly, helpful and professional. I have always heard good things about Best One. My appointment for an oil change was at 3:30, so I dropped off the car before 8 and it was ready at 9:30! Highly recommend

My niece got tires installed by best one in Vincennes Indiana.. the man with a ponytail stole money and Vapes out of her car and management has done nothing about it. Ran camera back but couldn't see inside car.. sorry place to get work done in a small town.and yes police was called about it.

Overall I was happy with my experience.One thing I was not so happy with was when I received my bill I noticed it said I declined wheel alingment when in fact I was never given an option. I purchased 4 new tires for a 46000 mile car that never had a wheel alignment done and I actually wanted it done. If only I hadn't forgot to tell the service clerk to add it. Oh well, I did schedule a wheel alignment with the same Best One Tire store for the following week.

I needed new tires and went to Best One. The two sales persons were of great help. Todd took me back to work and checked in each time there was a question. When it was complete he came and picked me up and took me to my car. Best One has always been prompt, kind and courteous. I will. Choose them again. Greatservice

Well it was time for some new tires for my truck and I have always had superior customer care at BestOne Tire in Vincennes,In. Paula and her great staff where excellent in taking care of what I wanted and where very kind and friendly all the way through the process. I have purchased a few sets of tires with Best One Tire and have always had great customer care. I actually shop here because Paula and her staff are so great and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Best One Tire for all your automotive needs .

They were extremely friendly and actually saved me money. I was told I needed struts and they checked and found it was a ball joint problem instead which saved me about $500. They also gave me a good price on my new tires. They also checked to be sure I'm good to go for this coming winter.

This was the first time that I had ever been here and it exceeded my expectations! It was such a quick and great experience. I ended up having to get a new tire and it was still a very quick process. I would recommend anyone in the Vincennes area to Best One! This is the absolute best customer service that I have ever experienced!
