Compared to other auto parts store it's more expensive compared to in Napa store in the next small town the exact same part was $12 cheaper in Milan then in Versailles . I don't understand that at all this store will literally be my last resort before I go back. But the staff was nice knowledgeable and helpful

NAPA Auto Parts, is a must have in any city or town. The right parts, to get the job done right cost effectively with friendly and a comfortable atmosphere. Don't know what you need, they will find out for you. Give, NAPA a try for your Auto Parts needs.

I appreciate the fact that they will take back car parts that my husband bought and never used for cars that we no longer own. And they always generally have what we're looking for, if they don't have it they'll get it, or help you find a way to get it.

Not only quality automotive parts/needs, but also referred my new lawncare! Couldn't find anybody & they offered the name of their service. Bonus! I now have a terrific lawn service also!

Napa is always a must! Knowledgeable staff, friendly & efficient. Quality parts and most times in stock. Not too great of a wheel chair accessible entrance though.

Very good Service and if parts are not in stock can have them by 2:00 P.M. that day. A lot better than the Milan store.

Alot of parts in stock and if they aren't in stock they get what you need normally the same day if ordered in time

The place to get your parts in Columbus. Stop wasting time with the other guys and get to NAPA

Will tell you they have your part then when you go all the way to get it they give you the wrong one which you get halfway home and have to come back wait another 10 to 15 minutes for them to tell you they don't have it
