Arrived before they opened on 1-27 not really sure exactly what I wanted, but knew what I didn t. Reached out to Aaron Bilby and let him know I was at the lot. He hadn t made it to work yet, but had one of the other employees show me a vehicle. It was a great truck, but I knew it was out of my price window. When Aaron arrived, we tried several other vehicles that for one reason or another just weren t right. We settled on a 21 Escape that was an excellent compromise between what I was looking for and what worked financially. The entire team was really supportive of us thru the entire process. Go see Aaron, he will take care of you.

Ashlyn was amazing!!! I got a 2017 Ford Escape today and she made it an easy and painless purchase. I cannot recommend her enough. Overall a great experience! 10/10 recommend this location

All the personnel that I encountered were very friendly and helpful. The sales lady, Morgan, that I dealt with did a great job, getting some items installed went smoothly with service. Great dealership to visit and work with. Thank you to everyone.

Expressway has been the best dealership i have bought a vehicle from, Always welcoming and never try and push you to buy a vehicle. Ashlyn has now helped me with 2 vehicles which both have gone smooth and fast! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Talk to Danny! This was the 4th vehicle we have purchased from them, and Danny has always taken care of us! Cory and Nick are also very helpful. We have been to many different car lots and they are always high pressure. We recommend them and this dealership to everyone! It s worth driving for.

As always I had a absolutely great buying experience, Nick, Corey, Danny, and the entire crew helped me find the right truck for my needs, had me in and out fast, and the paperwork process was light.This is my 5th vehicle from expressway and I won t shop any place else!I highly recommend you check these guys when you are in the market for a new vehicle. The service department is awesome as well.

I can t recommend Expressway enough. After wasting days of my life trying to negotiate with a few dealerships that weren t forthcoming about their prices, I drove 1.5 hours to Expressway and left a few hours later in my new vehicle. Dennis was my salesman and Kevin handled the financing. Both of them were very easygoing and made it a pleasant experience instead of a stressful one.

Do not purchase from this dealer. Finance manager Kevin Kessler will make FALSE REPRESENTATIONS and blatantly commit fraud in order to swindle you out your money. Take your business elsewhere.

My family and I have purchased 4 vehicles through Expressway in Mt Vernon over the years and have always had a great experience. Preston has been my salesman each time and he s very pleasant to work with and I feel like I can trust him. Hopefully I won t be in the market again for a while but I will always recommend Expressway in Mt Vernon to my friends!

DJ was my salesman and overall was super friendly and made the buying process seem easy. I purchased the vehicle the day before over the phone and had all my paperwork ready when I got there at 4:00 the next day. We waited from 4:00 until about 5:30 on financing which was pretty frustrating because I already had my check ready to go. I made it clear I was from out of state and had a 4 hour drive back home. I was also told that they were going to look into the taxation laws in my state to ensure I was not double taxed. I looked into this as well but never found anything until we met with finance and he said he thought I would be double taxed. Overall my wife and I left frustrated by the whole situation. Ultimately we got the vehicle we wanted but just frustrated by the time we wasted and by finding out pretty last minute we were going to be double taxed for this vehicle.

Bought a 2015 ford edge titanium from them and didn't buy extended warranty. So far I've replaced evap canister and both catalyst converters. With that being said can't tell me during inspection that mechanics seen no issues considering I haven't even put 100 miles on vehicle since purchasing. Nope just reset check engine lights and disclosed nothing. Oh on top of this transmission was leaking in service department really services vehicle they would have noticed 4 quarts of fluid laying in belly pan cause they had to take off to change oil. As for owner response as you strive to provide quality vehicles I contacted the salesman and sales manager they both told me there was nothing they could do. They did take care of transmission issue.

This was our second purchasing experience at Expressway Ford. If I m being honest, our first experience was better than the most recent, but I am still very satisfied with my purchase. As far as finding a vehicle, this dealership is one of the best around. Huge selection of quality vehicles with transparent & competitive pricing. I was not as impressed with the sales experience itself this time... my only regret is that we were not able to work with the same salesman (Dennis Johnson) as we did a couple years ago during our first visit there. During our first visit, Dennis was helpful without being pushy, and made it a great experience. Sent us home with a sack full of Expressway Ford mercy (hats, pens, chapsticks, etc), tickets to a local ballgame, and made sure our vehicle was in top shape before we left. This time we didn t get any of that same treatment...I think I left with the pen that I signed the paperwork with; car was cleaned up, but didn t seem as thorough as last time... they didn t even put tire black on the tires and oil change required light was on. The sale seemed to drag out a little longer this time, just didn t feel the same sense of customer service that we felt last time. Overall, the buying experience wasn t quite what I expected this time around but I am still very satisfied with the vehicle I bought. Based on my most recent experience, I would likely return for my next purchase, however I would make sure that Dennis Johnson was there for sales this time.

The service was awesome. I have dealt with a lot of dealerships and I have never been this pleased with the service. I got the van for my wife as a surprise and she loves it. I highly recommend Expressway Ford to anyone without question. The staff are courteous and professional. It was the fastest I have ever been in and out of a dealership. They have definitely earned a customer for life. Thank you Preston for all the help!

While my vehicle purchase was not recent, I had a great experience with this dealership when I did buy. The price was fair, the financing department did not try to push anything extra, and the personnel was friendly. If I were in the market for a new Ford, this would be one of the first places I d go.

Having purchased many vehicles over the years, I can honestly say that my experience with Ashlyn and Expressway Ford was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. Ashlyn was prompt and clear with communication, and both she and Expressway were straightforward and played none of the common games when working with a dealership. What a refreshing take on the car buying experience. I would highly recommend them and plan to work with again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I have purchased two vehicles from expressway dealerships and they have both been lemons. The latest one I purchased in august and was only able to drive it for a month. I will never recommend anyone go to expressway. There are many other dealerships who deal honestly.
