I was helping my elderly neighbor who had locked his keys in his new truck. I didn't want to risk scratching the paint by using the old methods to open it. I decided to look for a locksmith or a tow service in the tristate area.Blacks towing was the first one I called and they were very courteous and empathetic. They gave me a reasonable quote and told me they could send someone right away. I called a few other places but they were all much more expensive than Blacks towing.I agreed to use their service and they arrived in 15 minutes. The technician was friendly and efficient and he unlocked the truck in 10 minutes without any damage.

Really terrible place. My car was sent here by the police. I had problems with my title and the dealership I bought it from so I hadn t filed it yet. But I still had all the papers from the dealership stating I bought the car and the taxes I paid on the car. They said doesn t show proof of ownership.

I want to tell you how great Bryan was to my sister and Me. We broke down on St Phillips Rd across from St Phillips church and you all sent a great guy. He was very friendly to two old woman. He had to take us and drop us off at SuperCenter. .. so nice. Bryan Thank youBryan

They are way out in the middle of nowhere and the internet must be hit or miss. We were there trying to get our trailer for over an hour! Totally uncalled for! Hopefully won't need to use them again.
