They were very friendly and knew what they were doing. They have a sense of humor which is also so good! We went in didn t know what exactly we wanted and came out with someone we were really excited about!

Great customer service at the store. Had some problems with installing but managed to work out. Great customer service from installing. However, John in the store whom I've only talked with on the phone is not friendly. He would interrupt me when calling to explain problems the dryer had. Then would literally ask the question I was already trying to speak on. Also difficult in giving me time available for a service call for a dryer I didn't have for 24 hours and wouldn't heat up.

I rented a bed from American Rental in North Vernon. They were very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me.The prices are great and it was delivered the following morning. Even the delivery men were very pleasant .I highly recommend this company.

Kristen and the employees are great and good attitude . Nice to talk to and they listen to what you like and your budget. That is why go there . Feels like a big family

I give them a five star, cause they was very Friendly and kind I was able to get going with what item I wanted, which works amazing, and there warranty program is like no other, I will definitely be going back in the future. Thank you for helping me. I am a happy customer.

Well I can't say the trip went painless. The staff there was very helpful very knowledgeable and was not too pushy. I let him know when I got there that I was in a hurry they did not waste my time they got right directly to work with my order and was very pleasant in taking care of myself and my wife I want to thank the staff at American rental in North Vernon I will post pictures later

My old washer and dryer gave out, it was 37 years old . I needed another set quickly.American rental in North Vernon, had me set up and washing clothes in my refurbished set the same day.Thank you Bert for being a life saver.

Great customer service! Very friendly and they were happy demonstrate the lift chairs and explain the differences. The delivery was same day and right on time. I highly recommend!

The staff were definitely friendly, but they didn't have much stick at all... Although the display models were there, but not for rent. I'll come again sometime.Post script:Be sure to pay attention, because the sign isn't strategically placedEdit: I see that they have responded to my review! Nice! Although, i can assure you that your sales rep told me that the Asus laptop that was on display in the glass, right next to the cash register, wasn't for rent. That's what i was referring to! Thanks again for the reply!
