This place needs new management immediately. I firmly believe the only reason this gas station gets business is because the gas station across the street is sub par. Casey s is suppose to be one of the best gas stations, but this is by far one of the worst gas stations.Food: only edible when a particular worker is back there. Any other time there is rarely any food, the food that is there looks awful and the amounts are very inconsistent.Workers: there are only two or three workers that actually do their job. I went in there to pay for gas and the worker played on her phone instead of helping the customers in line, and this wasn t the first time. The lines are always long.Store: usually always dirty, especially around the soda machines. Larry is literally the only person I ve ever seen clean. The pay at the pump rarely works either.

The young lady behind the counter this morning was very rude, looked at me like I was inconveniencing her terribly. There were only 3 of us in there at 7 am. Horrible attitude!!!

Filthiest bathroom I ve ever seen at a Casey s location. Wasn t just the surfaces - every corner of the room was grimy like it hadn t been cleaned for months. Put me off of the idea of buying any food that wasn t prepackaged.

I never can get hot pizza at night because they are too busy making call in orders with four people in the kitchen.I used to run one of these kitchens by myself, and always had pizza available by the slice even if there was a ten pizza call in order.Not to mention, when they do have pizza it s in the morning and it s regular pizza not even breakfast pizza. Who would want pepperoni pizza at 7:45am?????

Bathroom was dirty and smelled of urine, the pizza was dried out and no selection was very limited. It was 8 pm on a Saturday Night.

Second not-super experience here. In this case, there was a significant fuel spill on the ground that had not been properly cleaned up right at the pump. So I stepped in it as I exited the vehicle. Pumps do not dispense receipts forcing me to go in to get it. Store restrooms were not very clean. Staff was ok but not particularly helpful

I come to this Casey's regularly and it has been weeks since they had any windshield washer fluid out to clean are windows the tanks are always empty please do better Casey's

Slowest gas station ever. 2 people behind the register only 1 working. Line was all the way back by the kitchen. 2 people got tired of waiting and walked out, can't say I blame them

I have struggled whether to bring this up, but after reading some of the reviews, I had to. We stopped here while on vacation a bit back, and the manager, who's name was Aubrey, was straight up raging at some door employee that couldn't have been more than 16. She kept telling her that her job was more important than school, and then ranting about students having too much and making her life difficult because she had to schedule around them. How bout hiring someone with professionalism, and who understands students have obligations to get educated and graduate. I myself am a retail supervisor, and would never dream of treating my employees the way this woman was treating yours.

The store manager is human garbage, how dare you intentionally hiring students to complain about extra circular activities and purposefully schedule them to miss them and degrade the students you hire. I will never, ever go to q place that mistreats their employees. Management needs to be changed

The non-management staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, but my god, that manager of yours Aubrey needs to be fired! She is incompetent rude, belittles her employees and purposely makes their schedules hell by not caring if they have clubs, tests to study for, or papers to write. What type of person would do that to kids that are still in school. Fire her immediately. If she can t show kindness to her employees how can she show kindness as a manager

I hate going into this store the manager is absolutely horrible. I stopped in here with a friend the other day and the manager followed us. Then she proceeded to say watch them. I was so embarrassed. Just because we are kids don't mean we are going to do anything bad. Not sure what the lady's name but she acts like she owns the place and is so rude.

Can't say anything bad about the place. Good gas at a good price, good selection of products in store. The only one wearing a mask was the attendant. I asked the attendant why she was not enforcing masks. I told her if someone came in with a gun and threatened her life she would probably do something. These people coming in are also threating her life. Sorry to say, she had no response except to shrug her shoulders.

Please be understanding while here. Yes, they've added a line of charging stations for Tesla's. But that was evidently the end of their budget, because they're still using the original windshield squeegee's from when they opened in 1763.There's a BP across the street that used their budget a little more wisely, and you can wash your windshield there.

The manager Aubrey likes to brag in front of customers how she enjoys making the lives as hard as possible with the schedule for her student age employees. Hopefully her behavior isn't indicative of the company as a whole, and the proper actions to rectify the situation are taken.

Called us twice. Once to tell us that deliver is down. Said I would pick it up 20 mins later the call and tell us the dont server the pizza we order.Paid on line said it will that 7 days to get your money back. I dont know why the process the order and took the money if they dont want to provide the service or product

The manager hired my friend and made his schedule. She told him she didn't care he was potentially getting a scholarship she never went to college and she turned out just fine.Some business model Casey's.

Stopped in on a Saturday Around 3:30 in the afternoon to get some gas and grab a quick bite. Went to order a 6 inch sub and seen they had a new BBQ brisket sub that looked good. I ask for the BBQ brisket and server tells me Oh, I can t because I don t have any out. Its 3:30PM and they don t have any brisket out.. Apparenlty it was too much trouble to get some out? I decide to settle for a BBQ Chicken sub heated up. Person makes my sub after I repeatedly tell her what I want on my sandwich. I leave the gas station, bite into my sandwich and it s freezing cold. Looks like I ll be sticking with Subway from here on out!

They are always willing to give their best work ethic performance, and assistance. Also they never complained about sitting in parking lot while I used the free wifi hotspot they supply to the public.

They do not even attempt to enforce the federal mask mandate. Was there yesterday and at least 15 customers in thr store at the same time and no masks. When I asked an employee why they weren't enforcing the mask policy they stated, "I'm not really sure what the rules are" while a sign on the door said "must wear mask to enter". Seems this place and the employee lack accountability.

Has an extremely rude manager that intentionally makes her younger employees life's difficult and speaks about it freely so customers can hear and the regional manager only cares about his review and stars! Don't waste your time there!

stopped at this store bathroom was dirty. garbage cans full. went get me ice coffee from the machine pop all over the counter floor waas wet they did have a wet floor out. got my ice in my cup went to get my ice coffee french vanilla and it was empty. alsdo girl at counter never said hi to me or anyone else who walked through the door.

We love Casey's and especially Casey's Rewards, download the app it's totally worth it... The past 5 visits have yielded 5 free items from doughnuts and coffees to less expensive gas. You can earn points toward free coffee with every coffee purchased. The Veedersburg Casey's was clean including the Men's Restroom (according to my wife and daughter the Women's Restroom was clean as well). The items we sought (snacks, nuts and doughnuts) were well stocked and organized well. The coffee at mid-day was delicious (I use a lot of cream). The cashier was friendly, which I often find true of Casey's employees.

Credit card readers not working at the pump for 2 days now. Employees are indifferent and don t put up signs.

Aubrey the GM brags in front of customers how she enjoys purposefully making schedules that make students lives difficult because she doesn t like that they have lots of activities ! Unacceptable avoid this place and spend your dollars elsewhere! #2ndclassarmy

I ordered a taco pizza and it was poorly made. There was little to none Dorito's on it, full slices of tomato on it 8 count, all the lettuce was on one side and it doesnt even taste like a taco pizza..... i am very upset with my purchase

Good store, fair prices, good sale on soda. Biggest complaint: when the register is backed up over half way around the store, OPEN ANOTHER REGISTER! SHEEESH!
