I am very impressed with the customer service at B&E Recreation. I had an issue with a dirt bike tire and needed it for the next day. Everyone was very nice and helpful. My issue was resolved with in an hour. I highly recommend the service department and or if your looking to buy a new ride!

Unfortunately, I did not have a pleasant experience with this business. I purchased a new Honda Shadow. It had a slight wobble which they confirmed. Honestly not a big deal something off balance, loose, etc.B and E Honda does not really communicate with you what is going on. If you call in and ask, they get frustrated. They told me for the past month they have been struggling with sending a video to Honda corporate. The service manager tells me they will update in a couple of days then says next week. But they never do.One step they needed to take was balancing the wheel. It was off balance. And when I got the bike back the rim now has a scratch. Nothing I can do about it.I tried to explain from my perspective this feels not right. When I try to contact the owner to express my concerns they send me to voicemail.It is likely if you purchase a bike here it could go smoothly. It is rare for a Honda from the factory to have an issue. But if your bike does have an issue, they will not be there to help you.

So, I was in Valpo with my family, and was looking for a bike shop to see if they had a bike trainer. Oddly enough, this was a google map recommendation. I saw they were a FELT bike dealer. Beautiful inventory of FELT bikes, you should go!I went in to the shop on a whim to see if they had a bike trainer. Which, oddly enough they did. I bought the trainer. I got it home, and noticed the bike I wanted to use was the wrong size. Also looked up some other things and realized, I might have paid too much.I emailed Dustin about my experience, we talked on the phone yesterday afternoon, I expressed my feelings, and talked about a deal on the FELT green VR40. He gave me a beautiful price, and I drove the 45 miles to go get it.I've been to a good amount of bike shops, and I must say, this is probably my favorite experience I've had. No pressure, no pretentiousness, and Dustin knows a very good amount about bikes. Obviously he knows about Honda products, which are lovely.They have LOTS of cool motorcycle Kit, Honda kit, Jones Soda, and great FELT bikes. If you are buying a new bicycle and know a bit or don't, come here for a great experience. It's a fun place to buy a bicycle...from your local Honda dealership.Only problem I have now is, I'm not sure when I'll buy my next bike. I do know, they have a customer for life. Love the shop.Thanks for the Tee Shirt and putting your company sticker on my bike.

This place is Amazing...It has been beautifully remodeled. Large selection of bikes and accessories, knowledgeable staff, honest advice and a great service department. Best prices too. Definitely worth a visit!

Dano hooked me up. I brought my own tire to be mounted. They did that, serviced the bike, did a safety check, and even fixed a rear brake. The bike is running better than ever and at a great price. Cannot wait to work with them again.

Just stopped to look but they had such an amazing selection and was able to get me into a side by side very cheap. If you're looking for something that may "FLY" but has wheels, this is where you gotta go.

I wanted to transform my Ruckus to a GY 6 Ruckus. B and E was terrific. They worked with us getting the right parts and doing the little extra things that really make a difference, such as wrapping the electric cables and putting connections on the cables for easy access. There were so many helpful thing they did I can't describe them all. I recommend B and E Honda. Danno and Steve were great.

Came at 2oclock to buy a new 300. Checked online said open till 5pm. Guy walks out and just says I closed and walks off. Take your money to another honda dealer.

Dan-o is the freaking best. As well as the service dept in general. I bought a tire online and went there without calling and asked if they could throw a tire on today. He squeezed me in to get it on. These guys are the bees-knees. I cannot give them enough credit. I m a life time customer bc of this.Dave.

Purchased a Kymco a couple years ago at B&E. Received helpful guidance and friendly service. Had routine maintenance with impeccable service. Love that they offer pickup and delivery. Highly recommend B&E.

Oh my gosh first off Dan you the man! You was honest and up front with me about my motorcycle, and I had the worst experience from the last place but you fixed me up and got me right. I would recommend B and E, I have found my shop hats off to Dan and the B&E Recreation!!!

I brought them an '86 Honda Magna with a few problems. They were able to diagnose my turn signal woes, fix my charging issue, get me new tires and get me back on the road for a price lower than I expected.I would have taken off one star for turnaround time, however, I understand that one guy was on vacation while another was out sick. These things happen.I feel like they treated my bike like they would their own, which is all you can really ask for.Good group of guys.Thanks Danno, Steve and Damon!

I had my 2006 cbr f4i worked on here and everyone was very friendly and helpful! I spoke to I believe "Dano" mainly and he was awesome! Never felt better about bringing my bike somewhere! (I'm also an hour an a half away from here but the drive is worth it) Will definitely be my new spot for my service and part needs!

I stopped by here one day a few months ago to see what they had. Walked into their showroom. Stood around for 5 minutes. Seen absolutely nobody. Very odd. Fast forward to today. I have called a couple days in a row. Nobody answered the phone. I expect this place to close shortly.

This place is a big let down. I went here to buy a 4 wheeler. I asked if they have financing and I was told that they do. I was told to go fill out an application online for the financing. So I went and did just that. Have never heard a thing since. They haven t even ran the application to see if I m able to get financing for one. Will take my business elsewhere from now on.Thanks for letting me know that the ATV is no longer available and that s why I have not heard anything for you. To bad it took a review to get someone to let me know something. In the future you should probably send an email or call the person and let them know that the item that they are interested in is no longer available. That s what you call customer courtesy.

I bought an ATV here. They changed the oil, put in a new battery, and topped it off with gas before they sold it to me; no extra cost. This was one of the best customer experiences of my life. The employees were honest and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely NO help over the phone , IF you can get someone to pick up, even giving them exact specs , Vin #, I still got the wrong part , I try to do buisness with an physical location, but when it finally arrives 3 weeks after they told me, and ended up finding the correct part needed online 30% cheaper.

Been having my bike serviced here for 13 years..bought my 1st new bike here and couldn't be happier with the service. These guys are hands down the best place around. Whatever you need go here 1st.
