Outstanding customer service, great prices, they are first come first serve I believe. Went in there for some exhaust modification and was out within an hour. Super satisfied with the work that was done. I will 100% be coming back when I need work done.

Just had dual shot gun Exhaust put on, and they are Exactly what I wanted. Didn't hesitate to help me while other shops turned me down. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that wants something special done that other shops won't even bother to do.

I brought my car to get the rotors in rear of my vehicle fixed due to an unpleasant noise it was making. The employees are professional and knowledgeable about what my car needed and helped me estimate the total cost of the repair. I am very grateful to these amazing hard working people. I definitely recommend coming here for any car issues that need to be taken care of.

Highly recommend this place! I brought my 17 Ram 1500 in for a small exhaust rattle and they ended up fixing it up for no charge! They also had really good customer service!

Great people to work with! Very affordable and kind! I ve brought both of my vehicles here on multiple occasions and every time USA goes above and beyond! Had an entire exhaust system installed on my truck and couldn t be happier with the results. They were also able to replace multiple wiring harnesses in my Impala that took my abs and traction control lights off the dash which were driving me nuts! Just dropped off my truck for the third time for some suspension work and diagnostics on a starting issue. Typically I shop around to see who s cheapest or best qualified, but if they don t think they should mess with it they ll tell you and suggest another local shop! So in the end I tell them the issues I m having and they get to work. Great people. Great prices. Couldn't ask for more from an automotive shop. They did custom work and aftermarket part install on my 2017 Audi A7 after being turned down by shops closer to my location. Amazing customer service with great attention to detail and even better pricing. Thank you guys for setting the bar on what a shop should be like!!

Went Twice once in 2022 and Once so far in 2023. Both times were great! Friendly Service and the Techs are always great to talk to! My Camry always sounds better after a visit. Went in the first time for a muffler delete and second time for a new end pipe set up both times were amazing! I recommend Kelly he was awesome and super informative about things I didn't have much knowledge in.

We always come here. I always recommend this place to anyone asking for a recommendation. They do free estimates, they have even fixed a few small things for us for free (like a rattle that just needed a piece of metal bent, and zip tied a plastic dust cover up), prices always seem fair.

Went in to get a muffler and resonator delete on my 2014 ford fusion and they did amazing. Literally sat in there for maybe an hour and a half and they were done. Price wasn t bad at all and sounds incredible too. Definitely recommend.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

We walked in, they took my car right into the garage and quickly diagnosed the issue as well as physically showing me where and what the problem was. Had them swap my high flow cat back to the stock one (I supplied the cat) on my Audi 1-2 hour job (did it myself twice just couldn t get a lift this time) it s easy but tight and it took them absolutely forever pretty sure I had to help them and I also had them do a resonator delete wasn t the greatest weld and didn t even throw at least a little spray paint on it. And they had the audacity to charge me 500+ dollars for what should have been maybe 3 hours of work and a piece of pipe I don t recommend going here there better shops in town like valpo muffler for example I frequent there nowService: Exhaust

We entrusted the care of our vehicle to USA for 25+ years. It is family owned. Their service manager is Kelly. He is considerate of us when providing an estimate of the cost. The waiting area is clean and well kept and the coffee is ready to drink.
