I purchased my vehicle about 3 weeks ago from Nick and Dave. I purchased a 2019 ford F150 I made an offer and they didn t waste my time and said unfortunately we were too far apart. I left and looked around and I few day later I called and made an offer and they accepted it. Of course they offered me all the warranties and service plans which I declined. Again they didn t push these on me but explained the benefits vs not having them. A few days later I picked up the vehicle was in and out. A few day later I noticed a small crack in the windshield that I don t notice before I called them up and they scheduled an appoint to fix it which they didn t have to I purchased a used vehicle. It s easy to get great service before the sale but you can always tell how a company is when there is an issue. I would definitely buy from them again.

From my test drive of the Colorado I was looking at, to building the exact truck I was looking to buy, to keeping me informed on my order along the way, I had an exceptional experience at Team Chevy. After reading several reviews of having the same issue (servicing department) as I have had with this dealership I wish I would have never even came here. I bought a 2020 Chevy trax immediately having issues with the radio down to gears lights would shut off and radio completely off. Several times of seeing them they finally told me they would replace the radio, everything was fine for probably about a month then to this day it has shut off 2 times since. Later down the road I decided after an oil change there it s insanely priced so I did it at home to find out the filter looked as if the last 3 oil changes it was not replaced. Again later on I ve now been in for servicing and they sent me out with loose and stripped lug nuts. Not to mention half aren t even the dealership at this point because I had to replace the stripped. At this point my dad and I called and complained because not only do I have a child but I could have been stranded on the road or in a accident due to this huge mistake of laziness in services. I m now at the point of being back in for 2 more things being wrong and they changed the turbo, had a purge valve, asked for $180 to clean throttle body. Less than 2 weeks later the car is smoking out from under the hood car smells like it s on fire and no one took me serious with me needing to get it in but needing a loaner because I worked, no biggie no loaner but dropped it off when I knew I could. At this point they wanted $180 to clean throttle body I said to do what was covered under my warranty so I did throttle body at home because I had just paid $100 2 week previous. The amount of times I have been to this dealership and called for issues blows my mind that 1 I have yet to get a free oil change, free gas card, or any kind of credit at this point. I have now gone to a different dealership and will never come back to Chevy.

This is somewhat of a bitter-sweet review. I loved the staff, and Zack was absolutely amazing as a salesman. It was unfortunate that the type of vehicle I was searching for wasn't available. Although I found a car elsewhere, next time I'm in the market, Team Chevy will definitely be on my list.

Every time I go in, which is about every 2-3 months. Something new is wrong . I had no issues with my tires, during my oil change I now have a slash (looks like it was done with a razor blade) in my tire which would not have been safe to drive on. So of course I HAD to pay over $300 for a new tire. Plus my $80 oil change.One week goes by from that incident. I go in for recall stuff. Now I have 5 new issues I need to take care of. They are losing money on car sales so they are scamming everyone in the service dept.

My 2022 equinox had the starter go out, leaving me stranded with an infant. Unacceptable for a newer vehicle. Then PAUL in the service department tried to upcharge my hundreds of dollars for this service but when i asked for the breakdown i was not provided one. It took several arguments and multiple calls to get the price down. It then took 9hours for this service to be completed totaling my car being there overnight. I will never return here and this will be the last Chevy i buy.

His professionalism and knowledge about EVs, especially considering it was his first Bolt EV sale, made my first experience with an electric vehicle both informative and reassuring.Although there were a few bumps along the road, such as my trade-in offer not meeting expectations and a slight delay during the final pickup due to finance department staffing, Brayden's willingness to ensure a thorough pre-delivery inspection and his patience and diligence in addressing my concerns were outstanding. Nick Paulauski was very friendly and extremely helpful. Allowed us to test drive the car with no pressure to buy the car or ride with us. Open to questions and ideas. Very satisfied with our experience! There was definitely comfortability with making a deal and working out the financials. More than willing to resolve minor issues found with the vehicle. Great customer service all around. Thrilled about my 2021 Chevy Trailblazer!!!

Had an appt for oil change, tire rotation, and vehicle inspection. Service employees were helpful and got me checked in immediately. Waiting room had Wi-Fi and free coffee. Took 1.5 hours to complete. Really enjoyed the video from the service tech highlighting items on my vehicle.

I've been searching several months now for a new car. I live near couple of dealerships. The staff wasn't too inviting at all. I wanted something different and nice people. I searched Valparaiso and noticed Team Chevrolet had a female sales associate. Camarin Glorioso changed everything. I chose Team Chevrolet because of her something different. Camarin was great from the beginning. She listened to me,and had all the answers. I had two vehicles in mind to buy. She was quick to get the keys for test drive. Once in Chevy Trax Camarin knew what every button was and explained more to me. I felt very comfortable and relaxed that she knew everything about the car. Once back inside I wasn't pressured at all about buying the car. I told her what I could afford and there were no back and forth. I purchased the Chevy Trax, she went into my trade in and retrieved everything put in my new car. Noone ever has done that before. She also got into my new one and set up Onstar and the Chevy app on my phone. Camarin went way out of her way to complete multiple things in the car. If you want to buy a car go to Team Chevrolet in Valparaiso and ask for Camarin Glorioso.

After noticing a significant oil drop in my car, I brought it to Team Chevrolet for service. They added a tint to identify the issue. After driving allowing the tint to do its job I brought the car back. Issue identified and was resolved. Let me tell you guys. Get the extended warranty. It's worth it.

bought a used Ford. They failed to disclose my vehicle was a Canadian owned vehicle and over charged me for the vehicle by $6000.This month when trading in my Ford Ecosport 2018 in Illinois, my car was automatically 6k less than what s it s worth in United States due to the Canadian VIN number. One owner, government owned, is all the info that was disclosed to me day of sale. No information when googling the VIN number.I d like to make a formal complaint against this dealership. Highly disappointed.

The service was great! I had a check engine light come on and received a text that I needed to service my engine and transmission within one day. Dave made sure my warranty was going to fully cover the service before checking everything in. The service was fast and easy. My truck is running great and I couldn t be happier!

We had the best experience purchasing our new Chevy Trax. Paul was very professional and friendly. He explained everything to us and made buying a car very easy and quick! Paul even explained my Chevy Rewards and now I know I can use my points for new floor liners! I had my other car serviced while we went through the process. The service department is always very helpful and speedy. Brace runs a great service department. We love Team Chevy and would go nowhere else.
