When the headlight needed for my car didn t come up in the system , manager Rachid took the time to look at my car and find the correct one I needed and installed it for me. He also took the time to explain and show me the differences between the types of wiper blades so I could properly decide which would be best for me. Highly recommend for friendly, great customer service at a nice price.

Great customer service, employees were very knowledgeable, store was organized and clean and they enforce the social distancing and mask mandate , and prices are reasonable

Honstly wish I could give them zero stars! Tried returning a faulty fuel pump control module I got off the website here. I was quickly accused of trying to return a used part. When I got frustrated and defended myself he told me to watch how I talk to him and that I'm not going to come in his store and disrespect him. I had to buy a module from Ford to get my truck going. I offered to show him that receipt. He told me he doesn't need to see a receipt from the dealer. I ended up taking the part to the portage orileys where they returned it without question and apologized for it not working. I'll throw up a picture of the part the genius thought was riding around under my truck for 5 years!

It is a decent store but the staff is extremely rude. The first time I was there the member that helped me nearly broke my windshield wiper because he was aggressively angry. He also use foul language towards me. The next two times I was there the members that helped me were rude saying things such as "I don't get paid enough to help you with that". All I had asked was if he could point me in the direction of a tool for my car. I will not be returning here and recommend that anyone else spare themselves from a bad experience.

Rasheed is the best !!! If he doesn't have it, he will find it. There should be more people like him ! Someone who genuinely cares for his customers !!!

Had an issue finding a rear caliper slide pin bolt. Called everyone including dealer. None was able to help. Part was order for everyone even the dealer. O'Reilly understood what I needed and found me the needed bolt in stock off another slid pin assembly. Really appreciate the time they took to help with such a critical part that only cost a few dollars. You know where I'm going the next time a need a part. You have a new customer.

Great service I needed a battery mine was dead so I got the battery and they replaced it for me and I was on my way they were very nice about it I would highly recommend

Super nice lady behind the counter. A bit of an emergent issue. My car knowledge is subpar, at best. She got me what I needed and gave me plenty of paper towels to help me clean up a bit.

Went into store for spark plugs oil and filter. Asked the worker to look up oil filter for me and instead looked up oil fill cap and tried telling me filters were out of stock. then when I asked for any sales the guy had no idea what they were and wouldn't show me a sales paper. Then when he finally looked up spark plugs tried telling me the OE spark plugs were champions. They need to train their employees better or find someone with more knowledge and cares about their job.

Hands down the best auto parts stores around. Everyone I've been into is straightforward and honest. Today I went in for replacement wiper blades. Last time I had to replace them I was out of town with no O'Reilly shop around. So I went into another and they told me I had to buy a very expensive replacement because of the connection type on my vehicle. Well, I went into O'Reilly today and the associate was very nice greeting me, looked up my vehicle, took me to the blades and after I said that I guess they will be crazy expensive because of the type I needed, she says absolutely not, we can get you an adaptor to use any of these. So I walked out with a much better quality blade for less money. Your stores have a customer for life in myself and family.

The staff was amazing they went above and beyond what they should have done as a job and helped me in every way they could they were even able to show me something I can buy that would fit my vehicle even though it doesn't say it will online and now that I've got it at home it fit perfect these guys know what they're talking about I'd go there again and again besides their prices are lower than anywhere else around a $100 fog lights at autozone We're only $69 here same brand same kind

I have low profile wheels and tires on my car and I needed a special lug socket to fit. They had what I needed and made sure it would fit before I bought it. All the other auto stores told me I had to go online to find the correct lug socket. Thank you O'Reilly

This store sucks. For the past week I have shown up at least 30 min before closing time but the store is already locked up. About to just stop using this store if you're going to lock out customers. All I need is fine grit sandpaper but nooOoOO

They were quick to assist me with my replacement car key and swapped it out on site. When I asked Walmart to do the same they said, "We can't open the key for you. You have to do that yourself." Tyler was very helpful, and I would go back again.

My BFF'S rear left turn signal was out, and her husband wanted her to get it fixed at a garage/shop. NO WAY! Too much money for that. So I told her to pull into O'Reilly's instead and we had the most helpful and pleasant assistance ever. She told him her dilemma, and he came out to the parking lot, eyeballed the situation, went back in, procured the part, INSTALLED it for NO CHARGE, and wouldn't even take a tip for the extra mile he went for us. GREAT SERVICE AND PRICES!!

Offered minimal help. Also on previous phone call pricing car batteries the representative failed to mention there were 2 different sizes available, so had to go back to get the correct size.

Honestly not a fan of their rewards system, but. And this is a big BUT. the employees are absolutely amazing, and genuinely care about the customers and their cars. I come back for the employees. Not the rewards.

Ordered parts and was told they'd be here at 345 it's now 515 and I showed up at 430. Super unprofessional. If you can't get it here on time don't quote that time.

Extremely fast and helpful! Although they don't keep a full stock on the smaller items like decals.
