Hi Matt, this is George. We were very pleased with the work and updating process. You went above and beyond to ensure our passing emissions. Will definitely return for any of our vehicles needs. I am probably going today to get pricing for my 2019 Tacoma from Chesterton Bosak. Once I do I will come see you for comparative pricing. Thanks again for a job well done.

I was referred here to get a lug nut replaced. I also had a complete alignment. There is plenty of parking. The facility is very nice, neat, and clean. I really think the staff is nice, friendly, and dedicated to getting the job done right and to the customers satisfaction. They even take you home if the job will take a while for your comfort and convenience, and pick you up when your vehicle is ready! They have tires, shocks, strurs, windshield washers, do alignments, and maybe other services. They are easy to find, right off Rte 6. I recommend this place and will definitely go here again.

I tore a huge hole in my oil tank on a road trip. I was nowhere near my regular shop. Had to be towed and picked MTI because of its high rating. They did not disappoint! Damian and Matt were friendly and honest. They fixed my car quickly and kept me updated the whole time. I highly recommend MTI Service Center!

This place was great !! They were somehow able to fit me in and work on my broken lugnut !! Amazing service Damien I believe was his name came out and updated us when he was able to. Everyone was so amazing and nice and worked with me which was awesome. Would def recommend this place to anyone !! 5 stars all around to everyone in the shop !! Thank u guys again for everything

We have utilized Matt and his team at MTI in Valpo for both of our vehicles. They are always very thorough and honest. The work is wonderful also. I know my issues or just oil changes are done with care and precision each time. Keeping our vehicles running smoothly. Thank you all for the time you have put in on our vehicles.

Went in to get an alignment matt kindly explained I needed to replace a few parts before getting that work done. They understood the urgency and importance of getting the work done quickly. For a reasonable price my car is good as new . Most importantly they seemed to care more about my safety in my vehicle then a bill ! I will be back for any issues big and small!

The battery in my generator wasn't working. I was referred to mti by discount tire. I was able to walk in with out an appointment and get my issue fixed immediately, the staff was helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. Without them I would have been out a days work and would have had to reschedule alot of people. Thank you so much for your help

My son took his vehicle in for a tiny oil leak. Paid $900ish to get it fixed, brought it home and the next day it was a huge leak. He took it back in and they wanted to charge him another $700ish because now he had a steering fluid leak that they caused when they fixed the other leak and tried to say they didn t do it. We will not be going back and I m telling all my friends not to use this place. Trying to take advantage of my son that is just trying to get to and from work is unacceptable.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. They re transparent with repairs and costs as well, which is great. They work with my warranty company and I ve never had an issue. Definitely the only place I will take my car.

I was not satisfied with the service here after being recommended by discount tire for an alignment. I had told them my rear tires were wearing significantly and told them I needed the rear done specifically. I was told the front had to be done to do the rear which makes sense. I then get a phone call saying I need front lower control arms on both sides which wasn t true considering I had the left one done not even 2 years ago. After telling them to not do the control arms they had no interest in fixing what I really needed done telling me the rear adjusters were too rusted to adjust. So I took it to Levin Tire in valpo and they got what I actually needed done in less than hour. Don t take your vehicle here unless you want to waste money.

Great service. Explained in detail what was needed and the cost. Repairs made were faster than expected for all that needed to be replaced. Will be using them for all my car issues.Great service on second visit to have front bearing changed. Same day service. Matt, from MIT was very easy to work with. The employees at MIT are very knowledgeable and very helpful when it comes to getting your car up and running properly. The fixed my issue with the spare tire, and didn't even charge me. I had to basically leave a 20 dollar tip on the counter cause they were so nice. I go back and forth from Georgia to Indiana cause I have a child in Indiana and if I have any car issues I'm coming back here. Good people

Came in on a recommendation from Discount Tire for an alignment.Unfortunately it turned out to be WAY more than just that. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Matt took me back to actually show me what was wrong with my car and explain each issue.It turned into a whole day job so Matt worked to get my daughter and I a ride home, then checked back in with me after leaving to make sure everything is working well.Definitely recommend.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Marty and Keith are the best. I was driving from Michigan to Montana had my brand new alternator go while on my drive. They took care of me and family handled the warranty claim and got us in and out with a couple hours. Great customer service I would highly recommend.

I've been going to MTI for all my vehicle's routine maintenance since I moved to the area at the end of 2019. Matt is super nice, professional, and completely honest and transparent about what your vehicle needs to run safely and what could be done at a later time or for a better price. Matt was super nice and accommodating when I woke up to a flat tire. I was mentally prepared that this would become an all day thing and my kids would need rides to their practices. He was super busy, but still squeezed me in and helped me out. He explained the process and didn t try to push anything extra on me (I know I need new tires in general). Hands down, 100%, recommend this place. I will be back.

I needed to pass emissions and my car was throwing a bunch of codes. MTI was kind on the phone, listened to my concerns and were quick to schedule time for me to drop off my car. After some troubleshooting they were able to identify the problem and called me to explain what they needed to replace and how much it would cost. I don t know how the pricing is comparatively, thankfully I haven t had to have much work done on my car. I do know they were kind and once diagnosed they were able to get my car back to me the next day. Annnnd they got it emissions tested for me saving me another trip. So basically customer service here is very strong and it will likely keep me coming back!Services: A/C installation & repair, Auto emissions testing

Excellent service! Discount Tire referred me to MTI for a repair. Although DT covered the cost, I saw the prices are up on display, and are reasonable. I watched as customers were coming and going, and although very busy, everyone was treated professionally.I highly recommend this buisness and will return.

I took my vehicle in for some emissions issues. They diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. They even took the vehicle to the emissions test site for me, and it passed. This will be my go to shop from now on.

These guys are AWESOME. Matt and the guys fit me in for basically a walk in, same day appointment. They replaced three belts and my idler pulley. Service was top notch and fairly priced.
