I absolutely loved my experience here! I appreciated how none of the salesman hounded me upon arrival. It wasn t until I walked in the dealership that John Moore introduced himself. John was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He never pressured me to buy anything, he listened to what I wanted and shared his knowledge. This was the first time that I enjoyed buying a car! The process was seamless from beginning to end. I will absolutely be referring my friends here!

Ordered a 2023 Mazda MX-5 Miata in August of last year & took delivery in December. First time ordering a vehicle & it went great! Rebecca was fantastic to work with & guided me through the entire process. I love the car, have loved them since 89 & finally have one. Highly recommend the dealership & Rebecca!!!

Great experience with the service department. They explain things so normal people can understand. No pressure to purchase parts and products. The cost was reasonable. A very refreshing change from my past experiences with the Mazda dealer in South Bend.

My experience with John Moore was great. He truly cared about addressing what I wanted/needed in my next car. There was never any pressure, and he was unbelievably knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. The test drive was an actual test drive where the car could speak for itself. This is not your typical dealership, and I will be coming back in the future and recommending Kennedy Mazda to others.

Rebecca Hunt is an amazing Sales Consultant at Kennedy Mazda. 100% will always recommend! I bought used here and she was great and transparent with all of the loan information and the process with signing on the car. Great person.

Joachim helped my wife and I find the right car and did an excellent job making the buying process as easy as possible. Pricing was transparent and they avoided the annoying high-pressure tactics used by many other dealers. We will be coming back next time we are in the market for a car.

Kennedy Mazda is absolutely the best car dealership in NW Indiana!!! I just bought my 2nd Mazda from them; the 1st was a Mazda 6 and now the new CX-90 Premium Plus Turbo S (the best SUV I've driven to date). Besides the excellent quality of product, their sales (kudos Joe Billy, great job!), service, support and overall buying experience is absolutely superb! We are a Mazda family... My son is on his 3rd Mazda. Thank you Kennedy Mazda!!

Very patient and kind salespeople. I usually hate going to dealerships, but I didn't feel any pressure and they genuinely seemed to take the time to address all of my concerns. I was just looking for information today and they gave me all the information I was looking for and did a good job of letting me know about any additional things I didn't know about/consider. I would highly recommend Kennedy Mazda.

seriously the best mazda dealership there is. damien, john, and the other gentleman (i can t remember his name so sorry !) working in service helped me get a warranty claim addressed that had been going on for nearly 7 months. my gear shifter began peeling at 7k miles and the mazda dealership i purchased my cx-50 from in orland park, il refused to help me and even mazda cec was of no help to me either. i truly wish i purchased my cx-50 here instead of orland park because if it wasn t for kennedy mazda i probably would ve sold my cx-50 and never purchase a mazda again because of how i was treated. however i do love my car and because of kennedy mazda and their true dedication to helping their customers, kindly and honestly, i will continue loving my cx-50 and will only bring my car here from now on. there is no other mazda dealer like kennedy mazda, thank you guys again

I just bought a brand new 2022 Mazda 3 Turbo Premium Plus hatchback and had a great experience at this dealership.The car itself is amazing. A nice mixture of luxury yet performance with the 2.5-liter turbo skyactiv engine.My salesman was John Moore, he was amazing through the entire process of ordering the car to final delivery.John is a car enthusiast like myself and knows his stuff. I have no doubt he will help you find the perfect car.If you're looking to buy a Mazda I highly recommend going to Kennedy Mazda in Valparaiso.

I had an appointment to get an offer for my truck I am selling. I plugged in all the specs and mileage beforehand and when I got there they didnt even look at it because it had too many miles. Just wasted my time, I would look to sell or trade in elsewhere.

I was in the market for a Mazda CX-5, I came across Kennedy Mazda and John Zale who works there. I worked with him for 1.5 days to figure out if the CX-5 was the right car, and then which trim and package would be the best fit. He was phenomenal!!!He was cool, calm, collected. He explained everything about the car and the car buying process. He worked with me from research to the purchase and never once made me feel pressured into buying a car from him.Thank you John for making my first car purchase a breeze!

If you want to keep your family safe don t buy mazda cx50 because the tire have manufacture issues on tire if you drive it soon the tire blow up like what happened to me and my family

I was supposed to leave for out of town the next day at 4am, had a self inflicted car emergency the day before. I took my car into Mazda frantic without an appointment (don t do that) literally crying because i was worried i wouldn t make it to my families for thanksgiving. They took my car right away and went to work to ensure i made it to Louisiana the next day. They literally saved thanksgiving. Chris and MATT are amazing and I m very thankful. Thanks for putting up with me!

Great dealership very small. The service department is small they can get you in and out. When I went to deliver a vehicle, I did not see many vehicles in their service department at all. That s usually a good sign about their vehicles.

Kennedy Mazda was wonderful to work with the day of trade in & purchase. The experience was rushed due to high demand for the vehicle. Salesman said there were several attempts at deposits. However, on the way home the nearly new, low miles, used vehicle and quoted no issues, if there was our technicians fixed them started to have problems.Computer malfunction & suspension issues that will cost me almost $2500 right off the lot.I was offered good will of a couple hundred dollars & told that I should have paid for extended warranty, that mind you, would equate to adding nearly $4000 on top of an over priced car. In the end, this was my mistake for purchasing.Writing this review to warn people that their used vehicles are rushed out the door and the technicians did not thoroughly look at the car.Several attempts to kindly handle this over phone, All I ask for is to split the cost to fix this issue that I immediately had after purchase, and they can only offer a couple hundred dollars. Being a business owner myself, I would have absolutely offered to cover this for a client to make things right & close the door. Kind people, but absolute negligence when handling used cars.

My experience with Kennedy Mazda really should be 5+ stars. From the moment I met my sales person, John Zale, to the moment I drove off the lot with my new Mazda, I was treated with respect and kindness. Very knowledgeable and personable. Great experience which will have me going back again.

Overall exceptional service.. our salesman John Z was amazing he went over everything with us before left the lot. Even being a current mazda owner there was alot of new features and he took the time to go over everything with us. Everyone was very professional and courteous. We are so glad we made the drive and bought our cx30 from Kennedy Mazda. We will definitely be back.

Rebecca Hunt was a super sales representative. She's pretty much the reason we bought from Kennedy. Her knowledge of the car, professional, welcoming manner and personal touch kept us there much longer than we'd planned -- and we're very happy with the purchase. I have never been more impressed with a dealership experience in my life our sales person Rebecca Hunt was the nicest most down to earth person I have met at a dealer.She was very forthcoming and honest the entire process and made sure I understood everything from pricing to features in the car. Highly impressed.The CX-30 we bought is quite the nice little car and she made sure we knew how to use every little thing in the car and how everything functioned.I will definitely return when it s time to purchase another vehicle. Truly thank you for everything!

We had the best experience we ve ever had with John Zale! He s super easy going, open and honest and genuinely kind. We went in hoping to find a pre-owned Mazda CX-9 that wasn t more than 3 years old for our family of 5. We knew this would be difficult since Mazda s are usually well loved for many years by their owners. As we thought, they didn t have any and we were happy to look at new models. John spent time walking us through teach style. Right as he finished he stepped away and came back to tell us they had just received a 3year old, certified pre-owned. It wasn t even on the lot yet. We ended up buying the pre-owned and it was a great deal! We love our Mazda and will definitely be calling John Zale when we are ready to replace our second car.

Great car buying experience. No pressure and if u like to ask questions online John Zale is your guy. Small car buying feel not overwhelming like the big dealers. Service was excellent service manager kept me up to date at all times.

My experience buying from here was good overall. John was very friendly and knowledgeable. The thing that really stuck with me was that there was no markup to the price and they included the destination fee in the initial price online. Meaning that the price I saw online was just about the price I paid for the car after taxes. I bought the last 2023 CX-5 Carbon Edition and most dealers would ve marked-up the price if that was the case.I d definitely recommend heading here first if you re looking for a Mazda. Quality service.

I have been driving a 2014 Mazda CX-9 for a few years, and wanted something that got better gas mileage. I had been wanting to get a newer vehicle for some time. In fact, I had my heart set on a Subaru Outback. After having a difficult experience with Castle Subaru in Portage, IN (they were horrible in dealing with regarding trade in value and trying to play the numbers game). I decided to check out the certified pre-owned vehicles at Kennedy Mazda. I loved my current Mazda, as there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. My sales rep was a woman by the name of Rebecca Hunt; she was ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING!!! Not only was she very professional, she was so personable. I felt like I had known Rebecca my whole life. Rebecca took her time with me, explained in detail the ins and out of the vehicle I was looking at. When I went to Castle Subaru in Portage, IN, they just handed me the keys and sent me on my way to test drive. Not once did the sales rep at Castle go over any details of the Outback I was wanting. Anyway, Rebecca definitely knew her stuff. When it came time to purchase, they didn't play any games, were up front and offered me an honest trade in value for my car. It was so refreshing to not have to sit and go back and forth on "let's make deal." I highly recommend Kennedy Mazda for your car shopping experience. Will definitely go back when its time for another purchase. Ask for Rebecca, you won't be disappointed!!!!

Bought a 2021 Mazda 3 here and had a great experience. Everyone working inside was friendly and compared to my previous experience at a dealership everything moved fairly quickly and it was not an all day event to purchase the vehicle. John Moore was the salesman who helped me through the process and he was very knowledgeable and helpful from the moment I called to express interest in the car. The gentleman in the finance office was also very friendly and was not overly pushy with add ons such as warranties or protection packages. Overall I enjoyed buying my new car here and would not hesitate to come back in the future.

We just purchased a CX9 and had a really good experience and not just relative to all the terrible car dealers out there! John Z, the salesperson who helped us, was knowledgeable, polite and respectful of our decision process. He was able to talk intelligently to the various trims, options, colors,...and facilitate -very patiently- our decision. I actually think he's been the best car sales person I ever dealt with.The purchase process was fine too, even if like in any other dealership, we had to deal with the finance manager and his commercial pitch for this special program and that special whatever. He was however equally polite and respectful.I would certainly purchase another car there.
