I can't say enough about how great Ken is. He has replaced several windshields on my Jeep and filled many chips over the years. I won't go anywhere else but to him. Great man and great service. So happy to have found his shop and met him. He will always be my go to for any repairs.

Ken was professional and straight to the point. I very much appreciated the no nonsense approach. He got my car in and had my windshield replaced in an hour. Everything was perfect and the pricing was extremely reasonable. I definitely recommend this place and Ken, to anybody who needs auto glass work. Ken was great. I had a pretty severe chip in my windshield which warranted replacement. I contacted my insurance and they worked quickly with Ken. He had my OEM Audi glass ordered and had me scheduled within a week. Glass replaced and all sensors recalibrated in the same day. Very fast and professional service. I would highly recommend working with Ken. He was very responsive, gave me a very fair quote for my windshield replacement, and got me in for service the same week. He was very flexible with scheduling as my schedule changed. He had my parts in stock so he was able to complete the job the same day I dropped it off. I unfortunately needed a windshield replacement on my new Jeep Wrangler. Ken Pro glass is a GEICO certified company and made my insurance claim a breeze. I called on Friday, dropped the car off Monday night, and was able pick it up Tuesday after work. He directly billed my insurance and I only had to handle my deductible. I was able to drop it off and pick it up after hours and he was completely accommodating to our situation. Ken was great! First, he responded quickly with an estimate that came in way below the competition. Second, he was able to order glass for the very next business day and turn around great work in a timely fashion. Very kind and professional on the phone and accommodating of an afterhours drop-off and pick-up when I needed. Very clean and professional replacement of my windshield. They took the time to reattach my ipass transponder and my remote start antenna. It is the small details that speak volumes about the quality of a job. Best Price! Best Service! Honest and just a good guy! I drove fifty miles because he was able to fit me on short notice and worked with me to make it happen. I needed my vehicle next day for critical weekend work. He was the only guy in a fifty mile radius that could and did make it happen. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I drive a 2017 Subaru Outback with Eyesight. When I got a bad chip in my windshield, it turned into a decent sized crack, and I knew it would only get worse. I called a Subaru dealership nearby and was bounced around on the phone between 4 people and the last person did not even pick up the phone. To go through them it would be in excess of $1,000 because the eyesight would need "re-calibrated" for nearly $450 before tax, and I was informed I had to use an OEM Subaru windshield $600+ before tax and labor. After some research online I found the recalibration process takes about 35-40 minutes, and many said it was not necessary. For this I would likely need to get my insurance involved and make a claim as it would be over double my deductible.I got in touch with Ken and he gave me great advice and told me if we replaced the windshield with a Carlex windshield (the manufacturer for Subaru's windows) that he would be doubtful I would have any issues with the camera system. He was honest, and said he could not promise anything, but he explained he was nearly certain it would work. He was kind enough to get me in on Christmas Eve, and had all the work completed in under an hour. Amazing, professional service, at a very reasonable price (under my deductible) - within a day of calling him. None of the hassle I experienced with the Subaru dealership. I left, got back on the highway, and my vehicle's Eyesight worked perfectly fine. I tested the adaptive cruise control, lane assistance, and obstacle avoidance. No problems whatsoever. Many thanks to Ken and his team. Would recommend 10/10, if I know anyone with a window problem I will send them to Ken's business without a doubt.Service: Auto windshield replacement

This company helped me with my insurance company and they were prompt, did a good job, and were much cheaper than the other places I called. My first visit to the Ken Pro Glass a few months ago was to replace the front window in my car. Not wanting to attempt the job myself, I called Ken at about 2pm. They set me up with an appointment the next morning at 9am and were finished by 10am. I was very impressed with their handling of everything! All I had to do was drive there and they took care of everything else. My second visit was to have some table glass replaced. I must have gotten there at the right time because I came in with measurements and was on my way in less than twenty minutes with two pieces cut, edged, wrapped and ready to go. Waiting was no problem either. Coffee, TV, and friendly staff with outstanding conversation made the time pass quickly. I'll be going every time I need any kind of glass service. Thank you guys for the amazing service will recommend you to EVERYONE!

A couple months ago my rearview mirror detached. After a couple glass places gave me a days-long wait to glue it back, I found Ken on maps and he told to me bring in the car. He had it done in 15 minutes for a reasonable price. Will be going back for any auto glass needs in the future!

We had some window panes replaced in our kitchen. Out of the four companies we contacted, Ken responded the quickest and gave us the best price. Very professional and fantastic work. It's always nice to work with a business that values customer relationships and works hard to ensure customer satisfaction. Would definitely use again and not hesitate to recommend.

Ken pro came through when I was in a bind. I needed a windshield replacement and he got one the next day and was fixed super fast. I would definitely recommend.
