This was the first time using Jiffy Lube in Valparaiso. I have to say the crew at this Jiffy Lube was outstanding. From the time I arrived to the end, everyone was very professional and the service was excellent. They did an oil change and a tire rotation. Definitely will be back.

I completed an oil change with Jiffy Lube, fast forward about 6 weeks later and my car started ticking. I was encouraged to have my oil level looked at to which I regrettably replied, I just had an oil change my oil is fine. Fast forward a few months later my car has needed so much engine work. My family mechanic said I had no oil in my car. There were no leaks and everything was sealed properly, Jiffy Lube either didn t give me oil or they did not give me enough oil. I found the time to call and the shift manager took my information and then quickly called back and very condescendingly reminded me that it had been months since my oil change. I acknowledged the fact, I work from home and very rarely drive my car. I asked for a recording of my oil change and was told they are deleted after 30 days. I asked to speak with the general manager and the shift manager said he was not currently in the shop but that the general manager is who did my oil change! It dawned on me that on the day I pulled out I was disappointed that my car was not vacuumed but shrugged it off and that a couple months back I ran out of windshield wiper fluid quickly when I tried to use it after the oil change leading me to believe that they never topped me off like they should have. My engine repair has cost me thousands of dollars, proceed with caution.

Manager was great work performed seems good. Major issue was with synchrony car care. Says they take it on the door as well as several fliers inside. Went to pay with synchrony card and apparently they no longer take it. The manager was not aware until we attempted it. Luckily we had other means of paying as they had no solutions but might screw so people with that one. Jiffy Lube should ensure their stores are up to date on things.

Great group of people working here. I have a car with a motor swap not original to my car. I gave them all the info on the motor and they had no issues changing the oil for me. Should I change my own oil on a motor swapped car? Most likely. But it's cold and I didn't want to, so they'll forever have my business!

Fast, professional and thorough. I didn't want to deal with the screwed on undercarriage so it was worth the money. Also their free inspection spotted some air filter issues which I was happy to find.

Fantastic service! Professional and friendly. I had a dark spot on the inside of my hood. The manager did an inspection and cleaned it free of charge and so we can see next time if the spot returns. I have been going to this Jiffy Lube for years, and always had great service. This exceeded all other visits.

Went in for a maintenance check. After a test drive, they found the problem, and because the fix was so easy, charged nothing. The service was polite, fast, and everything's working well. I will definitely be a return customer.

Seems like the store Manager Arron cares more about making a quick buck than building lasting customer relationships. Went for a routine break job and was told that they CANNOT use my (warrantied) breaks I brought in. (Jiffy Lube ALWAYS does my breaks in the past.) After informing him I ve always done my breaks with Jiffy Lube, he then states oh yeah, every store is able to choose whether to use parts brought in or not and I m choosing not too .What horrible service!

Oil change, new filters and tire rotation $200+ and they put the 2 worst tires in front. Drove away realizing I had just blown money on an amateur tire rotation in which the car handled way worse than before the service rendered. They didn t even check the brakes or let me know I needed new ones, which I ended up getting the next day. The staff was nice enough. But I would think they would ve have noticed the aforementioned problem and advised me that a tire rotation would not remedy the issue. In a nutshell they put the two worst tires ( severely cupped ones in front ). Very disappointed. This visit I would give 1 star.

The fees that Jiffy Lube charges are ridiculous. I was told my oil change would be $99 using the synthetic oil. They added coolant and they said it was 7.99 additional. My bill was $144.10 most of which were additional fees or charges. I usually go have my service done at the dealership, but decided to go to Jiffy Lube. My dealership would have charged $79 for the oil change. I absolutely will not go back to Jiffy Lube. I will say the service was fast.

Ashante is an awesome guy and gives GREAT customer service! He is personable and has a very positive attitude. I have been here 2-3 times and every time has been quick and easy. This is my go to place for an oil change in Valpo! Thanks, guys!

Had to wait awhile to get a very pricey oil change. (Much needed) so I found a coupon on line 50 percent off helped with that. Very nice people so I hate leaving a bad review but I have two oil stains in my driveway after this oil change like the last time I had my oil changed by them. Guessing I m going to have to crawl under the car to see what s up.

After telling my wife never to take her car here she did. After getting her oil changed I started noticing oil spots in the driveway bad. Made an appointment with the dealership to diagnose the oil leak. Was charged $165 from the dealership to tell her the oil filter was loose. The dealership said jiffy lube should pay for the charge being it was entirely jiffy lubes fault. But the manager said it was not there problem.

Worst service, over priced, and lied on the receipt. Not even sure if I got a new oil filter they didn t show me the levels after changing it did not inflate my tires did not refill washer fluid, and it said I opted out of the vacuuming, but I was never asked. heck, I didn t even get a windshield sticker for my next oil change

Negative experience!When I told the young man who greeted me that I wanted conventional oil in my 2021 Jeep Wrangler he informed me that I could cause damage to my engine unless I used synthetic oil. We agreed on a less expensive synthetic blend but after further research I found that his statement was incorrect. Obviously he was trying to get me to use the most expensive oil that was available. The manufacturer has no such requirements. This will not happen again, that's a promise. There is no excuse for this practice other than greed. YOU CAN DO BETTER JIFFY LUBE. SHAME ON YOU!

The only good thing about this experience was that it was fast. The guys working on my oil change were messing around the entire time I was in the waiting room. They were messing around to a point that they forgot to check my oil once it was replaced and started pulling the car out of the garage. A lead guy told them to knock it off and they had to back my car back into the garage. It was just very unprofessional and it was not cheap compared to other places in the area. I hope it isn t like this in the future.Service: Oil change

I have been going to this jiffy lube for over 3 years. I used to love it! They were so kind and really checked over everything and I felt safe my car was in good hands and after I felt like everything was ok. Sadly this is not the case anymore. The last few times it s gotten worse and worse and this last time was just down right awful. It started with after waiting 20 mins to get into a bay (didn t even acknowledge me or point to which bay they wanted me to go to) I pull in and they are all yelling at each other to shut up and where I understand it s a shop there is just a level of professionalism when customers are right there. They were very rude and short with me and when I asked if they could take a look at my coolant cuz I had to put some in the other day I just wanted to make sure it wasn t leaking. The girl was rude and said they check fluids. After they were done they didn t tell me anything about my car and when I got in I noticed there wasn t a sticker so I asked for one and the guy walked over and wrote down my mileage from the car and handed it to me. They were very rude my tire pressure was low in 3 wheels, didn t even check it and my light for a oil change was still on. The guy usually walks me though how to reset the reminder and turn the light off. I don t feel safe after that they checked anything and with how little they did I m worried even about the oil change yet in my receipt it says they did everything. I am so disappointed and to pay 120$ for an oil change that after you don t even feel safe with crazy. I hate to say it but I might just have to find a new place.Service: Oil change

This is for the jiffylube in valparaiso on rt30 next to parlor donuts. The staff was rude. I asked about a black Friday coupon that was emailed to me and he was sarcastically said "black Friday? Well today's not Friday so no we accept it" I told him that the email stated it was valid the 24th-26th. He seemed annoyed and again said it wasn't valid. So I showed it to him and he just said I don't think so but I'll scan it at check out. Then at checkout he scans it and doesn't say anything about whether it worked so I start to say "did the coupon work?" And after my second word he interrupts me and says cash or card? I usually go to the jiffylube in crown point and they are great but I was passing by this one so I went there this time. I'll never go back.

I went to JL the day prior to when I got the actual service. They were supposed to be open until 4. I arrived 1 at 2:30 and the service tech (female) said they were closed & asked if I could come back tomorrow. When I returned the next day the same service tech did the oil change. She seemed annoyed that I had actually returned. If there was a closer option I would def have chose that one. I'm sure the actual service was fine, but the people skills are def lacking.

Service personnel were very professional. Dyed hair cashier girlquestioned my coupon, she said it wouldn't work. I showed her the exp. date, 10/30/23. It was then she attempted to enter it and it was accepted, so no hard feelings, just a little attitude from her, but perhaps she was having a bad morning. 5 stars because of the service personnel.

These guys are phenomenal!! They installed my rims and tires AND (most importantly) the helped fixed my brakes! I was so happy with their service and undivided attention that I tipped $20. The manager Letica had a positively radiant attitude and Charles was an amazing hard worker! Cameron was also very helpful. I highly recommend these guys if you want to leave happier than when you arrived. They made my whole month and solved issues that i didn't even know were there.
