I will only bring my car here. Found them for tires and I have been a customer ever since. They truly take care of your car and communicate about anything they find. No pressure either. Todd has been always the one I speak to and he is completely upfront and honest. I appreciate all of you!

Reliable and timely service. Todd and Adam at the auto service counter are helpful, patient, and most importantly honest. They will talk you through your diagnostics, give you transparent prices, and help guide you on what is best for your vehicle and budget.The base price point at Heinold and Feller may be a bit higher than some places, but the quality of work makes it worthwhile. You can leave without feeling like you were sold unnecessary products or services.It is great to have a mechanic that feels like a great part of the community. This is the only place I will take my vehicle for mechanical work.Thanks Todd and Adam, and thanks to the Feller family!

Came in last minute to get a mower. Not only were they willing to stay after business hours to help us with the purchase process with the mower but also have it ready for us to take all in a matter of minutes. The store manager and his sidekick nick, the hippy who eats chicken wings were excellent to deal with. I ll gladly continue to send people there way.

Our friends recommend Heinold and Feller. We were given such great service as soon as we walked in. Also the technician was very thorough checking the vehicle to find the problem. Their work is excellent and at a reasonable price. We have found our new place to take our vehicles to. Thank you guys for taking good care of us and our vehicle.

Todd is your guy! I have been on an exhausting quest to get my steering fixed. I have had multiple components replaced and fixed and most mechanics were at a loss, even ford. Todd made sure that I was well taken care of and the correct components got fixed. I am happy to report after 5 other shops Heinold & Feller solved the problem. I couldn t recommend more, I will be coming back for any and all repairs on my truck. Thanks Todd and your team!

I ve had nothing but good experiences with Heinold and Feller. Everyone is always very pleasant to talk to and transparent about any issues with your vehicle. I always feel like they really understand what they re doing, and they always end up doing the job well. I would definitely recommend it!

Went in for tires after being turned down by another tire business. Heinold installed my tires and did much needed work to my truck. They kept within my budget and had my truck on the road quickly. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend for any automotive needs.

Absolutely great service! I needed tires and they had them available and were able to get me in on short notice. Then they were done in just over an hour! Always great experiences going there but they really saved me on this one!

I was referred to Heinhold & Feller for a simple adjustment to the brake on my Jonesred chainsaw which I bought in South Bend from a place no longer in business. John in lawn equipment could not have been more friendly, knowledgeable or helpful. He got all the specs for my saw for future repair/maintenance & I will be happy to make the trip to Valpo to do business with your company because of how everything went Friday. Thank you!

My Dad was visiting me from Arkansas and asked me where he could take his camper van in to have his brakes a looked at. So I suggested this place and we were very pleased with service we received. They got us in immediately as my Dad was leaving the next morning. There wasn t really anything wrong with brakes except maybe some air was in the lines but the mechanic was very thorough and assured us that the brakes were safe. Although they took time out to look, they never charged my Dad for the service they performed. I thought that was quite nice of them to do that. Thank you Heinhold and Fuller!

Great people to work with. They can arrange for pick up and drop off of your mower. Will call you with repair estimate and get your ok before they make the repairs. We have used them several times! Highly recommend!

As a previous loyal customer, I had a not so well experience and am not sure if I will return. I bought my tires online and wanted them balanced and put on my car. I asked to keep my two rear tires after the new ones were put on as I wanted them. I also requested they put black inside balancing weights. So, my car gets done with 3 tires with black weights and 1 white weight. Remember I just paid $190 for this where other tire shops are cheaper. My rear tires I requested to keep are not in the car either. Thankfully, they fix it the weights. I then leave, only to find out my locking lug nut key is not in my car and instead back at their shop. I have to turn around 15 minutes to go back and get it. Just an unprofessional visit and very unexpected experience. I would also make sure you get a quote 100% before you use them because I was shocked with the $190 for 4 tire balances and weights, like come on...Service: Auto tire replacement

Not only did they destroy my center cap after taking a torch to it, it took them 2 hours to change 4 tires. Then was told they couldn't do an alignment because there was no adjustment on the drag bar. Wanted to charge me over $600 to put a new drag bar on which the one on it is only a little over a year old. Sounds to me someone was trying to rip me off.I have bought alot of power tools from them including a zero turn mower, a professional series chainsaw and a very expensive weed eater but I will not be going back. They have lost my business

I originally went to Heinold & Feller to get an estimate on repairing my old riding mower, but unfortunately I soon found out it was not repairable, so the service guy transferred me over to Greg to talk about my options.He listened to what I was looking for & didn't try to sell me something that I really didn't need for my property size. He told me he would have the guys take one out of the box & get it ready for me when I had time to stop in.The buying & financing process was very fast & they delivered my new mower the early part of the next week.Everyone there has been very professional & helpful, I would definitely recommend going to them.reviewed by Paul Becker.Service: Lawn mower tune-up & repair

Old Husqvarna chain saw wouldn't start after 3+ years. Found ethanol damage to cylinder & piston. Suggested not to try to fix. Agreed. Appreciate honesty.

I don t care what I go here for these guys go above and beyond. They always help me with beating any competitors price. All the service reps are great in particular Adam. Great place! Took my American Sportworks Maurader 208cc go-kart from Dunhams here for warranty work. They did it all, no charge. Only slight complaint was the wait time, it took 3 weeks to finish, so i'd recommend making an appointment rather than just dropping your vehicle off, but other than that great place, nice people.

I had blown out a tire on my car the day before Thanksgiving and was in need of replacements. They were able to get me in the same day, had my tires in stock, and gave me a great deal for the work they did. I will definitely be going back in the future for any issues with my car.
