I recently had my wife s car repaired here. The car needed front struts on both sides, new alternator and starter. The the wrecker arrive to pick the car exactly when I was told. The mechanic fixed every problem in a timely manner, with very reasonable prices. I only used this shop once. This is the best mechanic I have ever used. Highly recommend this shop.

Greens auto repair was so curious and nice to me. Called because I couldn't change my license plate they had rusted on so badly I couldn't change them. They told me to stop by and they took cate of it. In addition I had a vanity plate with a new bracket that needed to be installed and they took care of that also. Very pleased with Greens will always go to them for any nehanical things I'm unsure of. Nice people.

Depends on the driver you get, but the professionalism will vary wildly. One time I had Clint come out and he explained the process clearly along with known risks and was ably to quickly and safely get my vehicle towed to the mechanic. He was polite and courteous and provided a ride to the mechanic.In another instance Mike was the driver who was too lazy to get the key for my vehicle. He just pulled the truck up while it was in park onto the flatbed because he did not want to go 400 ft to the mechanic who had the key. When I offered to go he said no because he wanted the vehicle on the flatbed before the police responded. Not sure why the police would respond as traffic was able to move around my vehicle and the towing vehicle. If the police had responded, I am not sure what issue that would have caused. He caused damage to a tire, but the mechanic was privy to this and took care of it for me at no cost.Over all I would recommend Green's, but if the person towing the vehicle seems slower than a parked car I'd suggest refusing them and seeking someone else. I wish the gods to smile on Clint and to curse Mike with stubbing his toe daily.

I've never had to use a tow truck before, but I'm sure glad this place popped up on google for me. Rob was really nice and made a bad situation better for me :)

Josh did a great job dropping my jeep off at the shop. I waited 5 hours for a previous company to not show up. These guys came as soon as the call went in. Even texted me when the car made it to the shop safely. My experience with greens towing service was quick, fast, and easy. one phone call and that s all! I was assisted by mike who helped me get my car out of a ditch in my driveway! Last night we got locked out of our car with the keys and our dog inside the vehicle. Ian from Green's was there within 15 minutes, was professional, kind, and got into our car in just a few minutes. Jeff is a solid guy that helped me out in a terrible jam. Had a situation where I had locked my keys in my Jeep, it was late and cold out. They were there quickly and were able to get the Jeep open without any damage. Super friendly people, very well spoken and professional. I would recommend them to anybody.

Green's will lie about having a vehicle in their lot so they can charge customers extra fees. Record any phone calls you have with them. Double check their lot if they tell you over the phone that your vehicle isn't there. There's a good chance they have it.

I buried my SUV to the frame today while helping my kids build a tree house! I ve driven through this spot on my property MANY times before with no issues, but that wasn t the case today. I called green s and Mike is who came out! He was super professional, but also really chill and knew what he was doing! I was over 100 yards away and he was able to pull me all the way back to my driveway! This guy needs a raise! Thanks again, Mike! Thank you, Green s! This is and has been my go to in a tow situation! This is exactly why!

Couldn't recommend them enough!! Literally had a tow truck and arrive at the tire shop in less then 10 minutes. Very friendly and professional people all around. Will definitely be using their service everytime!

Seriously life savers! My son was playing with my keys while I was strapping him into his car seat and set off my panic button after a quick target trip, so not thinking anything of it took them away to turn it off and tossed them in the front seat, shut the door and walked around my car to get going. Turns out I locked my doors as well. Obviously panicking and turning into a mess I call the police and they couldn t get my car unlocked, so they suggested I call greens. They were at Target not even 10 minutes after calling and he immediately got me into my car and didn t charge me a dime for his services. Can t express how deeply I appreciated the prompt and genuinely caring customer service. 10/10 will recommend every time! Thank you so much!

We utilized the towing service. Having had bad towing experiences in the past, this one was a breath of fresh air. They arrived in about 30 minutes, hooked us up in 5, and we were home within 45 minutes of calling the company. Friendly, quick service, and reasonably priced. I would recommend!

They are the absolute worst. They are the perfect example of embezzlement and being in the pockets of the Porter county Sheriff. Maybe they should be investigated like Samson towing! I would give no stars if it was an option!

Needed a tow to get out of a snowbank called Greens and Ian was on call said he'd be there in 20to30 minutes. He arrived on time and rigged up the winch cable chains and hooks and preceeded to to pull me out.Throughout the process he was professional and courteous all the while dealing with inclement weather conditions. I used Greens before also had good experience will use them again if needing a tow.Service: Car towing

I'm not saying anything negative about this place, but just shop around for your repair work no matter where you go. We called around and were able to get work done on my daughter's car for $2,000 less. That's alot of money to her, that she won't have to pay off now.

I used them for both towing and auto service for two seperate issues with two different vehicles. Great guys that I still talk to for advise and suggestions. They may not be the cheapest but they're honest and appear to truly care.My family owns an auto body shop in a neighboring city and although some other shops are closer to me, I still make an effort to get to Green's. I know the auto industry well and when you find a good wrench guy you hold onto them. I highly recommend this shop for more than just towing.
