I was a walk in customer and the customer service was excellent. I received reminder text and phone call. I was asked if I wanted an earlier appointment due an opening in their scheduled appointments.This was a fast and easy process to get through.Very happy with the quality work that was done. The receptionist was very polite and helpful as well.The waiting room was clean and had refreshments for the waiting customers.I am very impressed and pleased.I would recommend their services anytime

This is the first time I have been to the Glass Doctor but they did a great job on replacing my windshield! The receptionist was very informative and kept me posted on changes. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.I have no complaints with their service or quality.

Office staff was friendly and helpful, tech was fantastic. He provided options and reasons why to do the work in the best possible manner. Attention to detail and a high level of integrity are what sets a service company apart from the rest.

We drove from Texas back to Valpo and got hit by a rock on the way. There was a crack in our windshield that kept getting bigger. I submitted a request for an online estimate and they got back to me very quickly. I told them we wanted to get the windshield fixed before we left for Texas, and they got us an appointment for two days later. The windshield was fixed in one day! So speedy quick and easy. We have our registration sticker on the inside of our windshield and I thought we d have to get a new one when we got back to Texas, but they removed the sticker and put it on the new windshield carefully so you can t even tell it hasn t been there the whole time. Would definitely come here again!!!

Called around pricing a window replacement on my home, they had the best price and the fastest availability. The technician was polite and quick, also fixed a crack on the upper pane of the window. we are very happy with the service!

Second time this year using Glass Doctor for auto glass replacement. While it s not a place at which you WANT to be a frequent customer, they make the experience a good one-quality job and parts and EXCELLENT customer service, highly recommend!

HORRIBLE QUALITY & INSTALLATION. Had a shower door installed 2 years ago that has never stopped leaking. Glass Doctor came out twice to try to fix it UNSUCCESSFULLY! Not responsive after several emails and pics sent to them since the failed attempts. Very unprofessional by not responding or communicating about a job that was poorly done and never fixed. Highly recommend not using Glass Doctor for any project.

I had chip on my windshield that grew into a crack. They were able to get me in the next day and the replacement is indistinguishable from the factory installed windshield. Calibration was done quickly and all sensors work as well as before.Friendly courteous staff.

I was in accident and needed my quarter glass replaced. They got my glass there in a day and got it installed the next day. Great place, very responsive and excellent work done. Definitely recommend.

I paid for my windshield replacement out of pocket, so I shopped around for quotes for a while. Glass Doctor was by far the cheapest quote I received for my car. I called on a Friday when I was finally ready to make an appointment and they were able to get me in on that Tuesday first thing in the morning!I work during their business hours, but they made it easy to drop off/pickup at times that were convenient for me, even if they were closed. It only took 3 hours from my appointment time to the time they called me saying it was ready to pickup.Everyone at Glass Doctor that I talked to over the phone for getting a quote, scheduling an appointment, and giving my payment after completion was very kind, professional, and understanding. I hope I don't ever have to have another windshield replacement, but if I do, I will definitely be coming here again because of their timeliness, price, staff, and overall excellent quality of work.

I had a shattered back passenger window. I called around Porter Co and Glass Doctor had the best price and almost half of what the dealership wanted to charge me. PJ was very polite on the phone. She scheduled an appointment for me in two days and when I showed up the price was exactly what they quoted and they began work right away. It took a little over an hour and it was done. They have a nice clean waiting room with a TV and beverages. I also got complimentary glass cleaner, which was a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend them.

The picture window in my livingroom broke. They were able to come out 2 days later and replace it. Did a phenomenal job, made sure no glass shards were left behind on the inside of my home. Fairly priced. Would definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend.

This place is top notch. My friend had a rock chip in her windshield (within guarantee). They replaced it! We needed to go there twice, once so they could make a report and order the windshield. Kim from Glass Doctor was so very nice and looked up all the information from the time before. We went back a week later and dropped off the car, it was installed within a couple of hours. My friend could not be happier .

After the original installation, I wrote a negative review. The owners contacted me immediately and wanted to come out and look at the job. They agreed the job performance was below par and promised to correct the situation asap when weather permitted. They sent out a crew, replaced the glass and did a fine job repairing all of the mistakes of the original install.

I started with a request for an online estimate. Liz got back to me with a quote as soon as she got in her office! We set an appointment for Wednesday of the next week. Paul arrived on time and took less than an hour! Definitely worth the few extra dollars to have it done at my place of employment! Perfect service at every step!! Everyone was pleasant and friendly! Impeccable!!!

About a year and a half ago I went there to get my windshield replaced and got it replaced no complaints. Within a year it cracked again no fault of theirs, and was glad to get a replacement window at no cost. Soon after I had to drive cross country and the left side of the windshield squeeked the whole way. Then 3 months later top of the windshield seal came out and was slapping the roof. Because of all the issues with the 3 month old replacement windshield I would not recommend.

The staff was super friendly. Ask for Kim,she was awesome. Have a great waiting area that you can chill and watch Netflix while waiting. Only took a little over an hour for my windshield to be replaced, and they did an amazing job! Plus they were the only ones that offered a year warranty for it incase of a chip, scratch, crack, etc. You won't be disappointed, I promise!

I was personally called by the owner to see if he could help with my window sash problem. I had emailed them first and probably because I wasn't sure exactly what I was talking about was told they didn't provide that service. A few days later, I saw their number come up on my phone and I almost didn't pick up. For once I did the smart thing and picked up. I told the person on the other end that the company had already responded that they couldn't help me. I was then told I was talking to the Ron the owner and that he thought he COULD help me. I was shocked. And that was the beginning of a beautiful relationship He told me he could help find someone who could help me if what I needed was outside of their wheelhouse. So, I sent him pictures, he told me what my different options were, estimated the cost, and scheduled my appointment. I am a condo board secretary and I have informed my property manager and the other owners what a positive experience it had been. It's rare to get this kind of service and honesty. I highly recommend the Glass Doctor.
