Angelica, Justin and the team at Definitive Details did an excellent job on my Vette. The full ceramic coating, window tinting and tail light tinting all look great. Angelica got me scheduled right away and I was able to pick it up in better-than-showroom condition just a few days later. Great job!

Thank you and a major shout out to Definitive Details at the Bond Street location!! The did a amazing job on our Jeep before we headed down to a Shown and Shine competition at the Annual Great Smokey Mountain Jeep invasion where we were representing Metal cloak and were happy to let people know what a great job you all did! 0ver 30, 000 jeeps and people from all across the country were there from vendors to jeepers , and you made us stand out and look great!! Definitive is fantastic. I have had full paint Protection done on 3 vehicles and had countless washes and details as well as tinting on my windows, brake lights, and a matte black wrap on my tailgate emblem. Such a great place. I m so glad I trusted Definitive Detail with my car. They did a great job on my tint! I recommend this place for anyone! This place is amazing! Contacted them to price out getting my windows tinted. I believe her name was Kristina, was incredibly helpful with that. Had an appointment 2 days later and it was done within an hour. When I dropped off my vehicle, I asked about adding a strip to my front windshield ,and they were able to add that on without a problem. I can not say enough HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS! 100% recommend these guys to anyone. I'll be bringing my daughters car in for next :)

Came here to get my new 1500 Silverado tinted. Work was great but I was not a fan of the shade of tint. I was hoping it would be a little darker than what it was. So I contacted them again and they worked with me to get it redone. Very happy with how it looks now. Everyone there is super friendly and Angelica, who works the front desk and Facebook page, answered all of my questions/concerns very quickly. Highly recommend them!

Justin and his team have tinted several of my vehicles with the ceramic tint. Have had no problems. We recommend them to everyone looking to get window tinting have also used them for interior detailing of our fleet vehicles and ceramic coating on exterior.

This business is first class! The people were all extremely helpful. We had an emergency interior cleaning that needed attending. Angelica was so accommodating and quickly worked us into their very busy schedule. Superb cleaning for an awful carpet spill! Justin made sure to give quick service and great recommendations to make sure we were satisfied! I was looking for a place to take my company vehicle in to get detailed as it has been about 50k miles since the interior has seen any attention. I was only in town for about a week so I was looking for a location that would best fit my schedule. I reached out via email and received a personalized phone call back with a friendly voice on the other line to help schedule the appointment. When I showed up, the staff were incredibly polite and even drove me to my apartment when my initial ride was unable to pick me up. This truck gets lived out of and sees some mud, dust, dirt, gravel that not many vehicles see and of course when you live out of the truck there is plenty of trash that falls into hard to reach places. When I picked up my truck I was absolutely shocked. It hasn t looked as good as it does since back when I got it with 24 miles on it. For the price I paid, the results were well above expectations. Would definitely recommend. The staff here goes above and beyond. I really wish I took some before photos to see the transition, but unfortunately I didn t. I did however, forget that the interior of my truck was black and not brown.Services: Seat shampooing, Auto detailing

Communication could definitely be better. Got my brand new 2023 Tahoe the most expensive paint protection they had took longer then I was told . Then when they called to tell me it was ready they didn't call from shops number and could bother leaving a voicemail . After I got it back I Noticed some small chips that I had never seen before them having it . I was told by Justin to contact someone they use and if it was just a few that they would take care of it . Going forward I contact said person and now they don't have no clue and they never said that. I try in get hold of them to talk about it left voicemails and no phone call returned after 2 weeks.

Our 2021 GMC Sierra had oxidation and our front bumper was recently repainted. We had our truck ceramic coated and had plastic wrap on the front bumper put on. Wow, what a difference! Looks like show room condition all over again. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend. Two thumbs up

Hi everyone just to let you know that Definitive Detail is the place to go! Top Quality professional work done on our Brand New 2023 Honda Trail Sport. They also tinted our windows all the way around and they did the Protection Film plus had the car Ceramic polish done as well and they also Undercoated our Car. Your car deserves nothing but the best, the Crew there is awesome and Justin is the owner of Definitive Detail. I can't say enough good about Justin and his team. I was honestly a bit apprehensive to just leave my brand new car with a shop who I haven't worked with before, but any worrying was all for naught. They are an extremely professional team that takes pride in their work and handle your car as if it's a rare collector's piece.I did the 2-stage paint correction, Ceramic Pro Gold and wheels off package, thinking there's really no way a new car could get better and really just wanted to protect it, but they managed to make it look better than new. The attention to detail is wonderful. The paint looks and feels like silk, the windows are crystal clear, the soft interior has been steam cleaned and it shows, and the hard interior has been cleaned so well that it looks better than when we bought it! Definitive Details knocked it out of the park. I thought I took good care of my 08 BMW, but i never thought it could look so good. The inside came back so clean I thought about taking off my shoes to get in. The glass so clear, it's hard to tell its there. The outside, somehow, is the best part. They managed to erase 170,000 miles of Indiana off my paint. It was obviously polished by an experienced professional who takes pride in his work. Finishing it all off with a quality ceramic product was the cherry on top. They earned the rest of my vehicles for sure. Thanks guys, awesome work. Photos don't do it justice.

Justin at definitive details was AMAZING to work with!! I brought my Challenger (Mopar Edition - 1 of 100) in for a two stage paint correction and Ceramic coating gold package. They handled my car with kit gloves the entire time they had it. What really impressed me was how they treated EVERY car there with the same respect! Whether it was a basic detail or something like I got, they all received the same level of care and workmanship. I haven't seen a business that takes pride in their work like this in a long time. I am THRILLED with my car and the work that they did. Justin sent me updates, explained every step that he took, and even went over the after care. I never even knew a white car can shine and have the reflection it does! I HIGHLY recommend this shop! They have a customer for life!

Extremely happy with the outcome that Justin and his crew accomplished. They did a paint correction wash before the ceramic coating that took away the years of polishing swirls and scratches. Looks better than brand new. Well worth the price and thank you for the education of the process.

I worked with Jared most of the time while my car was in there and he was great to work with. He kept me up to speed on everything. He did a 2 stage Paint correction, ceramic coating, and paint protection film on the front. It turned out even better than I thought it would. I bought the car about a month before I brought it in to them and it had the normal swirl marks and imperfections in the paint from the dealer. It looks absolutely perfect now. No swirl marks anywhere on the car and he absolutely killed it with the paint protection film install. Justin and his team know their business! I'm a details oriented person and my research on various coatings and which shop to use really paid off! I brought them my 3 week old 2020 RAM 1500 ecoDiesel Limited. I plan on having this beast for a long while and really wanted to protect it for the long haul up front. I had the Gold package as well as the interior and the undercarriage done. I'm really happy with the hard, slick shell of the ceramic. So much so that my 2014 BMW 5 diesel will get the Silver package soon!

Paid $2700 for the ceramic pro ultimate and to get my windows tinted. They were supposed to apply a layer of coating on the glass which I don t believe they did since water doesn t bead off any of the windows. Had a piece of trash behind the film on my passenger side window when I pick up my truck after being there for 7 days. Texted them over a period of 5 days and 3 text messages yes it took 5 days for them to send 3 messages to tell me to bring it back for them to redo it. Picked up back up and now I have 8 bubbles behind the tint that they just fixed. Texted them again. Read my message but didn t respond. Poor workmanship and customer service.Services: Paint protection, Vehicle window tinting

Justin and Justin are the absolute best at what they do. The attention to detail and the passion that they bring to their craft is second to none. We are extremely selective with who we let work on our vehicles, we have very high expectations and not only have they met them, they have exceeded them. We started out by giving them a "test" by asking them to detail and ceramic coat a 2001 Harley Davidson Fat Boy to gauge the quality of their craftsmanship and their products, they took an 18 year old bike and made it look better than new! Since then we have had over 10 motorcycles, trucks, and trailers ceramic coated by them in the last 4 months. These guys work hard, take pride in what they do, and stand by their product. Small bit of advice to anyone considering having a vehicle ceramic coated, make sure to get the inside coated as well, makes a huge difference.

I had my Yukon XL detailed at the Bond Avenue location. They did a great job! The last time I had my car detailed somewhere else for almost double the price and it didn t look as good. Will definitely be giving referrals and will go back. Their customer service was fantastic as well they even called the next day to make sure I was happy. Best detailing shop in Valparaiso without a doubt . Just got my windows tinted, fog lights tinted yellow, and a custom windshield banner. I couldn't be more happy with the results or the service I was given by the team at this shop. I will be coming back to them for rear light tint and much more later on.
