Didn t end up getting the financing to work out on my end with my own bank so I didn t buy the truck. However, this dealership was amazing to work with over the phone. They seem like really nice people and I would absolutely recommend them. Mary and Sam were great to work with and really honest. If you re somewhat local to them it seems like a great place to buy a vehicle.

My husband and I purchased my new car with the help of Seth, and it was a really great experience. He was upfront and we did not feel pressured to buy. He has also been very helpful in answering any questions I may have. 5 star service, and would definitely do it again.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Seth Feeler at Curry Motors while shopping for a new car. Even though I did not end up purchasing a car from him, I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and friendly demeanor.Seth took the time to listen to my needs and preferences, and he was extremely patient in showing me various car options and answering all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the different models and their features, and he provided me with valuable insights that helped me in my decision-making process.I also appreciated Seth's honesty and transparency throughout our interactions. He was upfront about pricing and didn't try to pressure me into making a purchase, which I found to be very refreshing compared to other car salesmen I've encountered in the past.Overall, I had a positive experience working with Seth Feeler at Curry Motors, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the market for a new car. Even though I didn't end up buying a car from him, I left with a great impression and will definitely consider returning to him in the future. Thank you, Seth, for your excellent customer service!

We had the pleasure of working with Cantrell Williams yesterday. We had a bad experience a few months ago and explained things to him and explained what we didn t want. He did the exact opposite and turned our previous bad experience into a great time. We were in a car test driving within minutes and he did an outstanding job with explaining things to us. We ended up purchasing a 2024 ford explorer due to his amazing work! Will definitely ask for him if we need help purchasing another vehicle!

We worked with Ivan. He is very personable, enthusiastic, a great salesman, and conscientious of our time. The dealership is clean and comfortable. Based on the photos the vehicle is what I expected and at the agreed upon price. Thank you for a great experience.

Currie Motors Ford of ValpoFeb 12, 2024sherron1This was our experience and we are sharing for others to be aware. We are Ford x-plan partners and have purchased several Fords from other dealers with no problems and positive experiences. We were very disappointed from start to finish with purchasing a new vehicle from this dealer. We traveled 4 hours to purchase this vehicle. We called them on the phone a couple times in the week prior. My husband told them which truck he was looking at and the price. No one said that was not the price. They said they would help us when we arrived. We arrived at 830 in the morning at the dealership and the salesman came out around 845am. We took the truck for a test drive and then gave them our keys for them to give us an appraisal. When the salesman sat down with the first offer, it was $20,000 more than we expected. We asked what they were offering us for our truck and what they were selling their truck for? It was 20,000 higher than what was listed on the website. We pointed that out. We were told that the MRSP sticker on the webpage was incorrect but that there was an additional sticker in the front of the truck was the correct price (see below). We pointed out that you could not zoom in on this price to see the amount and we should have been told this before we drove 4 hours. My husband also showed them a picture of this truck listed with the price 20,000 less on the internet. They told us this was a third party website. We told them this was all very misleading. The price online was also slashed making it look like it was on sale as this was a year carry over. The second part was when it came to trading our vehicle. They tried to offer us a low offer for a five year old truck with less than 33,000. They used a scratch piece of a paper, crossing off and overlapping each offer, making it confusing to follow. They had our truck keys from the start for the appraisal and then asked for a credit card as a sign of good faith for the deal, showing the sales manager that we were serious. I wished we would have said no at this point and honestly just left. The salesman came back making it sound like they accepted our offer but when looking at the paper, it was completely different than what we agreed on. When we said we did not accept their offer, they had our stuff, and kept saying to make an offer. We told him we just did.The sales manager eventually came over and asked if we would split the difference of $3000 and leave with a new truck that day. We agreed upon that and a 4 year loan instead of 3 years. We were told to wait there and they would be with us shortly. We waited 2 hours and 15 minutes to see the finance department. At this point we were ready to go, as we had a 4 hour drive home and had been there for almost 5 hours. We signed about half the paperwork before the finance manager presented the loan agreement and the interest rate. We found this odd because this is typically presented to you before you sign anything. We both have excellent credit, and the interest rate was 10.85% which was way too high. He told us there was no other option when it came to financing. In the end, the actual amount we agreed upon with the sales manager was not reflected in the paperwork and the terms were set up for 3 years instead of 4.If we had to do differently, we would have went somewhere else to purchase a new truck. Once we got home and had time to think about how the whole day unfolded, we realized they played us very well from the start. This whole process was very frustrating and not something you would not expect honest people to do.

I bought a 2023 Shelby convertible from Brandon, he was knowledgeable, competent and gave me a fair price! There was a problem with shipment of the vehicle, but they handled it professionally and kept me informed the entire process. I was very satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car!

I was planning to look and not buy but that changed pretty quickly. The 2021 Bronco Sport promised to fit our needs. Seth and team figured out financing, and I had to leave the dealership unexpectedly for a family commitment. Three hours later Seth delivered the vehicle to me at home (45 miles away from dealership) and we finished all the paperwork there. Everybody I dealt with was tactful, accommodating, and friendly. A nearsighted wild turkey helped to make this a truly memorable experience.

BE VERY WARY when buying a new car here. The deal you get may end up quite differently than the one you believe you have. The new car you buy may actually have been substantially used. Suspect underhanded tactics and misrepresentations and please be prepared to act accordingly. We were sold a new Explorer Timberline in which the sale price was significantly misrepresented by presenting an MSRP as a starting reference, then negotiating downward using multiple, complex financing options which concealed that the actual sales price was really above MSRP and even further above the advertised price. The sales contract was presented hurriedly for signatures without even being filled out. When this was duly noted and rejected, it was simply explained as trying to save time. When we got our new vehicle home and were able to inspect more thoroughly, we were disappointed to find multiple short-term lease slips still in the center console of the vehicle. There was also pet hair on the carpet, dirty floor mats, and numerous other signs of previous use. When we inspected the contract details more carefully, we found that the vehicle had been placed into service and all manufacturer s warranties had begun nearly 5 months prior to our purchase date. IT HAD BEEN OFFERED TO US SPECIFICALLY AS A NEW VEHICLE and our contract shows it as such not as a previously leased one. Furthermore, the sales price had not been adjusted in any way to reflect this lost value. Nor were any of these details mentioned or explained to us. There was a whiff of mischief when the salesman presented a window sticker that showed the vehicle As is/no warranty. When I inquired how this could be so for a new vehicle, he simply explained that the dealer was offering no warranty in addition to the manufacturer s standard. When we returned to ask about the discrepancies, it was simply smoothed over by stating that the vehicle had not been previously registered to an owner. Clearly, convenient semantics were employed to blur the lines of what new meant. We were offered a free car wash in exchange for our trouble. In summary, we expected better but were thoroughly disappointed. I am no legal expert, but I suspect fraud occurred. Be very cautious when doing business with this dealership.

6 yrs ago I was new to the Ford family and bought a 2014 Explorer xlt. Well after 212,000 miles and will still be my daily I decided to add a new addition! I probably wouldn't have decided to do this if my girl Lou hadn't come back! But I trust her and she hooked me up with Trevor and together after several different test drives and him focusing on what I wanted and what I was asking for he was amazing!!! I am now the proud owner of a brand new 2023 Explorer ST and I really couldn't be happier with my choice. Trevor asked me what my wants were and remembered every single one through each of the vehicles I was looking at. When one didn't work he came up with an even better one!! A huge Thank you to Trevor for helping me with this process and I will definitely be back. Would also like to thank Rob in service for getting me set up with fixing my '14 and Mike Herma for paperwork and AJ for setting me up with my extras!! Amazing group I was able to work with the entire day!!!

My one-star review dates back to September of 2021. I was interested in a new car for my wife and went to test drive an Explorer. At the conclusion of the drive I asked the salesman about the price, since it was crossed out on the website. When I asked if it was cheaper than the online price he laughed and said, "Nah, we have to charge more..." He then asked me if I would like to know the new price and I said sure but I only have five minutes. He went to check with his manager and they both stood there looking straight at me. After a few awkward minutes I asked how much longer it would be and he said just a few more minutes. Again, he stood there straightening a stack of papers while the manager looked at me. Finally I said I have to go, call me when you have a price. I wasn't even a block away and the salesman called me asking to come back. After this I was turned off by the dealership however, I was willing to give them another try this week and I inquired online about a truck they have listed. The person in the business development office reached out and I said I was only interested in the out the door price. She ignored that request and kept pushing for me to come in and set up a test drive. I told her several times I was not able to do so with my work schedule and I just wanted to know the price. After a few back and forths she finally provided me with a price only to add, "This vehicle is actually in the loaner program at our sister store."

The place was somewhat of a circus, a living satire of your typical used car dealership. When the salesperson I had scheduled an appointment with was missing, the manager shouted across the room, "Hey, Jacob! Wanna sell a car!" Before I had even seen the vehicle, Jacob sat me down and began "talking numbers" , like he was in a scene from Wall Street. This charade took the better part of twenty minutes until he finally said he'd pull the car around... That was the last I saw of Jacob.Waiting an hour while I watched the veritable frat party ensue around me, I decided to go to the front desk and ask if there was an issue. As it turned out, the vehicle wasn't on the lot and was in the process of being transported from another location. This would've been understandable, except I had made an appointment to ensure this was taken care of in advance. With Jacob still MIA, and the rest of the staff avoiding eye contact, I decided to just leave.Found a way better deal at Napleton Mazda in Naperville. Their loss.

Awful. They have no qualms about selling a vehicle right out from under you. Inquired about a truck just before noon today. Immediately returned a call to Mary and told her I was a buyer, just wanted to get some more details about the truck. Waited two and a half hours for the requested info. Manager Cary calls at 2:30 and leaves a voicemail. I return his call less than five minutes later and reiterate everything I told Mary. Wait over two hours and hear nothing from Cary. I send him a text just before 5. He responds 30 minutes later and tells me there s other customers looking at the truck, and he ll let me know if they don t buy it. I remind him I ve been trying to buy the truck since noon. He spends the next few hours stringing me along, trying to get me to consider different trucks. Finally, at almost 9:30 he tells me that truck is no longer available. What a horrendous way to treat customers.

I talked to Seth about purchasing a new car versus getting a used one, Man was he helpful. He thoroughly explained to me the benefits of purchasing new in today s economy. He went over with me, the terms and financial advantages of purchasing a vehicle that way, instead of having to deal with a used vehicle, which may have ghosts which come to haunt you later. He was so informative that I will be sure that the next vehicle I purchased will be from him.

On August 9, 2023 I drove about 8 hours roundtrip to buy a certified 2020 F150 truck with a max trailering package from Currie Ford. I also paid for an extra key. Although told all the options were installed ( something the dealership certifies with a certified vehicle) , it was a Covid production era truck and the trailering package that I drove the extra miles for turned out to be nonexistant. The key I paid for is an aftermarket key that does not work. I paid for another Ford dealership to install the pro trailering package that should have already been on the truck. Also had to buy a working key. Currie Ford should reimburse me for the things that I paid for, but did not get. A disappointing experience, when you pay close to $37K for a truck with 21K miles.I called about this and no one has bothered to get back to to fix the problem. Beware of Covid era truck produced trucks. Even if certified.
