Quick, easy, well organized process! It wasn t particularly busy at 10am today and i was in and out of here in under 20 minutes. They offer limited BMV services for an additional $10 above what the BMV charges. Convenient, but i am cheap, so i did pass on that. Staff is really friendly, upbeat, and explain what they re doing.

If anyone has had to pull a ticket and destroyed their vehicle rims due to the ticket kiosk for gate entry being set to far back behind a large curb (My damage is $1400). Please leave a review here and if there is enough complaints we can attempt to file a lawsuit as a group. I dont have a very long reach so this is somewhat discriminate. Customer service representative at head quarters let me know their equipment is more important than the vehicles bought with hard earned money that are being forced into testing and faulty design is not their problem. Judging by all the damage to the curb, there are many others. Please don't hesitate to make a complaint.

Very fast service and was able to renew my plates here. There was a $10 convenience fee for plate renewal and they mail the sticker to you. In and out in less than 10 minutes for both vehicles.

We went dir our emissions test when there was one car in front of us, & they were slow. Besides that, the test is pretty quick.

I don't know what I expected from an emissions testing place but the staff were quick, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. We were in and out of there in about 10 minutes with no problems. They even answered our questions about what to do next and what readings they were taking.They made it very easy.

Taken in immediately. Had hard time hearing the attendent. Told him I'm hard of hearing-still had hard time. Oh well. Test was done quickly and they offered to handle my new registration for $10 fee-no thanks.

Quick and simple. Although wish they had a BMV kiosk stationed closer so you could get your registration sticker there instead of having to go across town.

Good for getting the emissions test.They don't have any knowledge beyond that.Went there to register a vehicle I was in a hurry and didn't wanted to go to the bmv But they were not help at all. very disappointed.They used to have a lady employee who was very knowledgeable.I really miss her.

I came to this location for my car to have the emissions test done. The person who was there was very friendly and polite. Very professional and gave important information I needed. I recommend coming here to get your vehicle done for emissions testing.

Non corporate tmobile store. Staff knowledgeable and friendly, can't waive assistance fee tho. They had my trade in phone in stock, so I'm happy with my transaction.

Always fast, friendly and professional service here. Get your emissions test taken care of, plus you can also renew your registration on the spot ($10 convenience fee).

I was kind of dreading having to deal with this based on experiences in the past living in Chicago. I got there a little before 10 on a Tuesday and was through the whole process in less than 15 minutes, including paying for plates (an option I liked to save time). The two gentlemen I spoke with were over and above courteous. Great customer service and very friendly. Hope whoever monitors/manages this location appreciates the great impression their employees leave.

DO NOT TAKE A LOW PROFILE CAR TO THIS FACILITY!!!! You have to drive out on a steep incline with a curb in order to exit. Gouged up the front valance of my Corvette. No, I did not tell anyone there about this. It s a government scam so I m sure it wouldn t have been worth my breath. This is after they wouldn t let me step out of my car so the guy could get to my OBD2 plug without basically laying between my legs.

The experience was quick and efficient. Jeff and his team ran the tests without any damage to the vehicle being careful through every step. The registration renewal process was also quite convenient as well. 5*'s, no question.

Quick and easy in and out with friendly staff. I wish Porter and lake county would stop these tests like the rest of the state, but that s not the fault of the employees at this site.

The man who met me when I entered the station was friendly and kind. I was in and out in under 10 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. I was able to have my car inspected as well as order my license plate sticker.

Extremely speedy service didn't have to hardly wait it was super fast and convent. Also you can now just renew your plates and registration from there for an extra $10 which isn't a bad deal at all. When I went I talked with the manager (she was just the one helping me) she was nice and professional and helped me to know how much it would cost before I completely paid for it

Normally it's pretty quick getting in and out. This time there was a slight verbal barrier, but it didn't delay us to much. It's been a long time ago since I had to get out of my vehicle. Think he was just being very thorough.
