The entire process was seamless from immediately getting an estimate to scheduling and dropping off for repairs.Marla at the front desk was amazing at communicating, giving updates, and streamlining help from the insurance claim.Scott and his team were honest and immediately contacted me when a large piece of scrap metal blew into my car from high winds in a storm and resulted in extra damage.They took care of that repair free of charge.My car was in their care a total of 11 days and came back looking brand new. They even cleaned the interior.I hope to never need a body shop again- but if I do I will be calling CDE on Washington again.Thank you to everyone who helped return my car back to me in flawless condition.

Awesome experience!! I ve never had any work done on my car like this so naturally I was pushing it off and kicking it down the road. I was expecting it to be a stressful and painful process, but everyone from the front desk to the shop was absolutely wonderful to work with. They made it a quick and seamless process and kept me updated the entire way through! They worked with my insurance and made it easy to get connected with a rental car. 5 stars, 10 out of 10, outstanding service!

CDE Collision Center was absolutely wonderful to work with. I was continuously updated on the work as it was completed. I could call anytime, customer service was excellent! The work was completed and my truck looks amazing. Will recommend!

This location is the best! Everyone there is so nice and helpful. Their work is top notch! I've had my vehicle here twice (unfortunately) and I couldn't have been more satisfied. Great communication through the whole process as well. It is well worth the wait to have your vehicle repaired with them. You won't be disappointed!

Awesome customer service from the start. Marla in the office is so sweet and helpful. After she discovered I accidentally overpaid, she tracked me down to make sure I received my payment. I am so incredibly impressed with C.D.E. They got me in quickly after an accident I was in and repaired my car in no time. After getting into a small fender bender, I took my car here to get my bumper replaced. Their service was above and beyond! Not only did they do a beautiful job on my repairs, they were super fast and efficient! Their customer service was out of this world. My car was returned to me cleaner than when I dropped it off. Rarely review, but the service warrants it. Took the time to explain what was wrong with my car, kept me posted along the way, and returned it looking brand new. The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful.

I brought my vehicle in for damages from a rear end collision the staff was polite and professional. My services were excellent. We had a manufacturing delay for a part and they were upfront and transparent through the whole process keeping me updated with every update or delay. I was in an accident, and had to take my SUV to CDE for repairs. CDE was very professional, and courteous throughout the entire process! They send notifications to keep you up to date on what is happening with your vehicle, and they even beat the return date by a day! The quality from CDE is without a doubt the nicest work I ve seen you can t even tell I was in an accident! Absolutely love the way my car came back! As if nothing ever even happened!! They even washed and detailed my car and ensured that everything was perfect for pick up. Another great thing is that they kept me updated via text every step of the way. Very friendly and very professional, would recommend CDE Collision to anyone looking for excellent body work.

After a small fender bender I was recommended to visit CDE for the repairs and decided to give them a shot. What a great experience. They did an amazing job and it was done a day before it was supposed to which is awesome!What a great team! Diane and Kevin did an amazing job assisting me! staff seemed uninterested in repairing or scheduling our repair, instead telling us they are booked past may and would be better off somewhere else. which we were. apparently good advice for us. but seems poor business practice to push away any business.
