Amazing customer service. Was looking for a specific bulb that no one would give me a solid answer on price, so I called them and they gave me the best price out of every auto parts store in NWI. They even sent a driver to a warehouse to pick up a second one since they only had one. Highly recommend them for everything.

I was stuck with a broken steering knuckle in the tsc parking lot of valparaiso. Rob(mgr) had 1 of his drivers bring me the part I needed. Then I didn't have the right tool. Another call to Rob and he sent a 2nd driver to bring me the tool. I would give Rob 10 stars if I could. Another example is Brandon(sales associate). I needed a specific bearing race with 5 inch diameter. Although it couldn't be found in their system, Brandon called me immediately and let me know. I only shop 1 parts store now and that's CARQUEST VALPARAISO INDIANA! Great job guys keep up the great customer service! Also if you find something is on sale at a different store, Rob will match that pricing no problem. I just wish you had a lifetime membership program... I would be the first to apply! I don't know her name but she is a young lady that works her tooshie off. I placed 2 orders within the last 2 days and it was filled within 2 minutes. GREAT CUSTOMER CARE ALL AROUND AT THIS STORE!!

Told us their store in Michigan city had the part we drove all the way there and there was no part they should check before they send somebody 30 miles away was not happy

Best place to but auto parts extremely helpful. Good prices loaned me a phillips head to change my turn signal and break light.
