Not your everyday auto parts store! They have auto repair items that you do not find at the other common auto parts stores! They have better than fair prices and are very helpful. I was able to get a deep-cycle Interstate battery size 31 that nobody else carried. Much appreciated!

Greg was Super helpful with bulbs and wipers today. We had stopped at another auto supply and the service was really poor. Can't thank you enough for keeping my neighbor safe on the road with brake lights. Small things make a BIG difference!!

They have alot of hard to find parts and if they don't ask for Greg he is your go to guy. Most of the time he can find or order the parts you need.

I'll never be back I've been working on cars my whole life I've always used them for machine work they really dropped the ball this time I dropped heads off to get cleaned checked decked and valve seals they did not do valve seals when I sent them back for valve seals the guy working there called me at 830 on a Saturday to argue with me and tell me I didn't tell him valve seals anyway I finally get the heads back they were not cleaned even a little bit still had all the metal shavings in the head carbon all over it toatally not cleaned at all and then acted suprised that I wasn't going to pay for the cleaning they tried to hit me with I wouldn't let these people work on Legos

I had a great experience coming here. They got my part fixed and the gasket that I needed to go with it. Everything was affordable also which was nice. The guys working here were very nice and knowledgeable.

These Kats are the real deal. I do all my car shopping here. Had a problem with a factory rebuilt starter I got from them, and they made it right, quick, no questions asked. New one is in and firing away! Thanks guys, all the best!

Dissatisfied with the service I received for my uhaul experience Found out late that only had the truck for 4 hours.They gave me a extra hour which was still not enough time.Email told me location and time ( 10 am to 2 pm ) to pickup and return. Truck was to go out the next day at 9 am , but I had to return truck by 3:30. Apparently they don't have a drop box for the truck after they close. Future clients need to know ahead of time how long they have the truck. If I knew ahead of time that I only had 5 hours, I would have made different arrangements. Do not recommend this location for uhaul experience

Bought a heavy duty clutch kit 16 months ago from lincolnway auto...lifetime warrantee . they promised it would be the last clutch I would buy for my jeep. I have bought a ton of parts there. It seems that my warrantee went out when they sold the business. Your name... John whoever you are, was mentioned several times by your employees. You lied to me John. I'm gonna do everything in my power to make you loose 10 or more times that in sales. You lied to me.
