Amazing work! After my brother took his Porsche here I knew the only place to go when my Audi got a bad crack was to Accurate Auto Glass! Totally appreciated the constant communication after I dropped the car off.

Our auto insurance schedules windshield repair thru Safelite which is over an hour away. I contacted Paul at Accurate Auto Glass and he worked with our insurance to get us in the next day! Very kind and professional. Highly recommend!

Paul is THE MAN!!! I was dealing with a car window that was slow to roll up or wasn't rolling up at all. After months of struggling with trying to figure out why and not wanting to pay an arm & leg on repairing it, I just got into the habit of avoiding rolling the window down. Called Paul and after leaving a voicemail, he quickly got back to me on the same day. He was flexible and worked around my schedule. Within 5 minutes of looking at the window, he found the issue and quickly resolved it. Not only did he resolve the issue, he showed me what the problem was and what types of preventative maintenance I could do from having it reoccur. Paul is top notch! I will most definitely use him for future care and would highly recommend you check him out!

Paul, the owner, is fantastic! I have a 2021 Jaguar F pace, and the windshield was cracked from a car wash. After 2 mishaps with another glass repair company, I was referred to Paul by a Glass repair owner in Valparaiso. Paul was super friendly, knowledgeable, and got me in ASAP. My windshield looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend anyone trust him to repair or replace their windshield!

I was referred to Paul by another glass company. Thanks to Paul he fitted me in on this past Friday after I spoke to him that day. The fact that he went the extra mile to make sure my window got done was amazing service. He had great customer service and just cool overall. My window was fixed and tinted the same day as well. Our windshield cracked 2 days before leaving for vacation. My husband contacted this business the next day and the owner went well beyond to get the windshield, installed and calibrated the next day. Would highly recommend.

Paul helped me replace the windshield of my car. I was able to send him pictures of the damage, and through a short conversation, he diagnosed the problem, gave his expert reasoning, and quoted reasonable repair and replacement costs immediately. I had some flexibility in my schedule and it took a couple days for the ordered glass to arrive, but Paul met me at my local mechanic's shop to do the repair. The replacement was quick, and I was back on the road in 90 minutes. Paul gives a lifetime guarantee on the work done. Very satisfied and pleased with the work done.Thanks Accurate Auto Glass!

While on my commute in this morning a rock flew up and chipped/cracked my windshield. Was having a hard time finding a place that was open past 4 and or would come on site to fix. Came across Paul and called and in little over an hour he was on site and fixed the windshield in about 30 minutes for a price I could not beat any where else. Could not have asked for a better experience! Very professional and responsive. Going to recommend him to all!! Smooth finish, like the chip never happened!

Paul is awesome! Fast at responding to u! I just called him friday to see bout replacing a windshield for my GMC Acadia and it s Wednesday and he just left my wife s work and it s already done. He would of had it done yesterday but when he order it the first one came with a lil scratch on it and without any hesitation At all he sent it back and called us and told us he wouldn t put that in our car because he would want it in his. I bet we wouldn t of even seen the scratch but he did. That s as honest as it gets. He came to her job and replaced it right there. He passenger window wouldn t roll down and he fixed that too! Super nice guy and best priced. I will send any family members that in the future need a replacement. Hands down great service!!!

Paul comes to you! Called 2 other places in Valparaiso, he was the least expensive. Great service, on time and personable. I would use his services again.
