Misdiagnosed my truck. Told me it's was the air compressor to then try to charge me 12 hours of labor for it. When ever other place charges 6 hrs of labor. so 5k to 6k. To find out it wasn't the air compressor from an honest place. I would rather tow it an extra 100 miles then to do business with them

Do not go here I am an owner operator they charged me $636 for a PM service a.k.a. oil change grease and check fluids. They charge you 2 1/2 hours for a PM service when any other place can do it for 1.25 hours of service They are nice to talk to you but stab you in the back anyway they can. I would recommend anybody besides them to do any kind of service on my vehicle. Then if you pay via debit card or credit card they charge you for the processing fee which any reputable business takes care of that themselves. Steer clear of this place at any cost!!

I called this company because I had my truck quit in the middle of the road. They told me it was going to be 2 hours before they could show up and I said it is OK as long as someone will come and help. So I started trouble shooting because the dash lights went off but the starter was kicking. I discovered the problem and started fixing it as it was an easy fix. 15 minutes after I had called, the guy showed up and I told him I am OK now as I figured out the wire that had disconnected from the battery. The gentleman (Mike) was so aggressive and started threatening me with calling the police that I was refusing to pay him and that he would tow my truck unless he let me do the job. There was no job to do as I was almost done fixing the problem. He said he was charging me $250 for coming in the first place so even if he did not do anything, I would have to pay him $250 for driving 5 miles. I do not like arguing and so I said I would give him the money anywhere. I gave him $260 and he was irritated and started cursing that I had given him $180 and that he needed all his money. He counted 3 times and kept saying it was $180 and at that point I was getting agitated. I asked him to give me back the money and I counted it while he looked only yo find out he was counting $100 dollar bill as $20 and he kept arguing that much. He said it was an honest mistake when it was so clear he wanted to swindle me. As if that were not enough, he said he would not give me my change because he did not have any change on him. He did not even want to give me my receipt and then he said, I can only give you $5 change as that is all I have in my pocket. I said, I need all my change and then he said, what is $5 you can follow me to the truck stop if you want it if not, then I am out of here. I just told him that he had taken my last money and every dollar is important to me. He followed me to the truck stop less than 5 miles and gave me my $5 change.This is the first time in as many years that I have had to be treated this way. I have called providers of services in the night and they came fixed my truck and never paid $90/hour but $75 and genuine time spent working on my truck. This guy took 42 minutes from the time I made a call at 8:20 pm to the time he collected money at 9:02 for the job he did not do, and still charged me $180 for 2 hours. He charged me $50 for Road Service Call and $20 for mileage a combined 15 miles to from where I was.If this is the way this company does business, people are being ripped everyday and someone must stop this company. I understand that Mike is just one person in the company, but Mike represents the company and the way he treats customers reflects a seating tradition.

Extortionists who don't know what they're doing. They charged us $700 to repair a radiator hose that I had to tell them how to repair. They took advantage of our situation. Avoid this company and call someone else. They were sent to us by Good Sam Roadside Assistance which made matters worse. I pay for that service and felt they should send some reputable, knowledgeable, fair, and ethical. Boy was I wrong!

Overcharged by 1 hour ($90.00). Repair driver was an hour late. Was charged $160.00 for a $50.00 tire. Won't be using them again. Recommend to look elsewhere if possible. The only thing good about the place was the employees attitude. Price is a rip off.

A complete ripoff! $900 for a trailer tire after specifically mentioning to use a recap or used tire. Will never use again, I would recommend looking elsewhere unless you like being overcharged. I would give less that 1 star but that is not an option.

Do not use them ,they are the worst ..overcharged for an air line 440 dollars.. biggest low life was Mike, they are thieves, they showed up to repair truck without being dispatched and told driver it was them who we called.

Failed to put my transmission completely back together and caused me to slam into a dock when the arm for the clutch forks slipped of the spline cause of a missing bolt and one that was half inch out loose!also found loose bolts around the bell Housing When this all happened a day after they brought my truck back!

Had a tire come off our horse trailer (with horses in it). Chris came out and was extremely polite and help get us back on the road!!!

24-7 is a very reliable business and everyone is super helpful. Mike really knows his stuff. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone!

GUYS AVID THIS SERVICE. THEY ARE LYING, AND THEY DON'T KNOW TO REMOVE DEFECTS. ALSO THEY ARE CHARGING FOR SERVICE MORE THEN OTHER. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE ANY BELT, ANY TIRES, DOESN'T MATHER, THEY CHARGE YOU 5 HOURS. PLEASE AVOID THIS SERVICE. I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE.
