The best service I have ever received at a tire/car shop. Passing through on a cross country road trip, my tire popped and they were able to get me a tire swapped out and back on the road within a couple hours at a very cheap price. Incredible service and definitely saved me a bunch of time and money!

I have been taking my vehicles to Upland Tire for years. It is the only place I have taken my car to and never wondered if I was being scammed. Mike and his crew are amazing.

Our family vehicles get all their service here. Have since we moved here in 2021. My wife grew up around here so she's been a customer for decades. Hard to find a trust worthy mechanic anywhere. VERY glad to have a good one close by.

The staff was great and Mike provided a more accurate diagnosis after inspection that ended up saving me over $700 compared to Hunter Ford who tried to tell me more work was needed for way more! I have felt like Hunter Ford tries to nickle and dime you for awhile. I am very appreciative of Best-One Tire & Auto Care in Uplamd not doing the same thing and instead fixing my vehicle the way it actually needed to be fixed.

Fair, honest, hardworking. They communicate any issues and are always upfront with cost, time, and options.We've used them exclusively for our car care for over 8 years.I absolutely recommend Upland tire!

I have used Mike at Best One to service my vehicles for years, he employs knowledgeable and courteous mechanics who get the job done right the first time. Mike and the gang have always been up front, honest and very reasonable with price. I will continue to use Mike and his crew for anything I need done. Outstanding Service!

We purchased a set of tires for two different cars over a one year period. Amazingly, we ended up replacing seven of the eight tires through the road hazard warranty at Upland best one tire due to hitting things, tires going flat while driving, etc. They never even batted an eye. Amazing people. Amazing business.

Best-One Tire in Upland is appropriately named. They are the BEST ONE. We use them for all our families regular car maintenance, as well as major repairs. They are very honest (honest mechanic is usually an oxymoron, but not with them) and their rates are reasonable. The owners are Christians, and it shows. The mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend them to all my friends.

Price is great for regular maintenance and they answer the phone promptly. Easy to make an appt. Friendly staff, nice waiting room with a restroom and T.V. Very nice Greenway park trail right across the street is a bonus as I drive 20 miles from Muncie to go here!

Went in for an alignment was told I needed $1700 worth of front end work done. Decided to get a second opinion, unfortunately they lied. No work was needed and they were caught red handed. Took $40 of my money. Would never do business with them again. Be WARNED THEY WILL SCAM YOU.

Our family was traveling through IN and we ran over a screw. We found this Best One Tire on Google and pulled in. We had to bring in our two toddlers and birds (it was chaotic and we were frantic), but the people there were SO GOOD to us. They saw us right away and fixed the tire quickly so we could hit the road again. We can't thank them enough!

This place is always busy. Must be because they do a good job here. We make an appointment and wait while the service is being done. Everyone is friendly. Nice clean restroom.

Been a customer for years...my dad trusted Mike...and I trust Mike. Upland Tire always provides great service and I always feel safe in the fact Upland Tire is taking care of my car allowing me to feel safe on the road. Being female and not mechanical...I appreciate the feeling of never being taken advantage of...Upland Tire explains what needs and/or has to be done and we go from there...never pressured...but always taken care of. Thanks guys!! :)

Within a one year time frame, I have busted a tire 3 times! Because we got a road hazard plan when we bought tires at Upland Tire, it has only cost me about the price of one tire altogether. Although you have to plan ahead because they are very popular and busy, they take good care of you. They lent me a vehicle for my family of 6 to use while our van was getting repaired.

My daughter is a student at the college there in Upland. She texts me and says the light came on alerting her that her tire pressure is low. I'm 5 hours away and wasn't able to look at her tires for her. I encouraged her to take the car there to see if it needed a patch. The staff looked it over, aired-up the tires, and sent her on her way. NO CHARGE. It's nice to see people who still care and don't seek to take advantage of a vulnerable student.

My daughter attends the local universty and had concerns about the brakes with the "hand me down" car she has at school. Although there was nothng wrong wth the car, Mike (been there 24 years) took the time to explan to us what they did to inspect the brakes and offerred helpful advice and reduced a father's concern for safety of hs daughter. I will not hesitate to return the car to Best One Tire. I wish there was a Best One where in Chicago where we live!Jim

This is an excellent place for auto care. Great work, friendly people who cared for my needs and made sure I would be safe as well as my daughter's vehicle would be safe for her. I would recommend Best One in Upland.

The best service that I have recieved from an automotive business in a long time. The superior service starts from the atmosphere and extends to the quality of the information from the observation of the vehicle. As the transaction is accomplished the attendant ensures that all information is known to both parties. The business starts cand ends with a family atmosphere. I will and have reconmended this business.

Added more service bays and types of services available. Knowledgeable staff and fair prices. This place will be honest with you on the repairs you need done to your vehicle.

Good fast service reasonable prices. I was traveling and had a tire blow out. They fit me in so I could get back on the road.

Went in on a Saturday expecting to need to make appointment, but they got me scheduled in and even worked past closing as they had a problem while doing the work. May be inconvenient for its location but will take my truck back to them.
