New Owner operator as of 2022.Bob has retired and is no longer affiliated with this shop.Took a stationary motor in for a new bearing on the driveshaft. Was told eta of 2 weeks. Called 3 weeks later and it had not been looked at but would get to it this week. Called a week later still hadn t looked at it but would get it in tomorrow. He call me back beginning of the following week with cold feet and doesn t feel comfortable replacing the bearing. Picked up my motor and drove it across the street to Mike s Automotive and they were happy to help.

One of my construction crew had a chunk out of the side of his tire. Didn't feel safe driving home on a Friday. They got a new tire ordered and installed same day. Amazing service!

This is my first time taking my car to a car service. Bob is very kind . My first impression of his warm, welcoming gesture makes me trust him. He did all the services very well and gave me a comprehensive explanation afterward. The prices are great too!

The best mechanic I've ever went to, bar none. It's truly like taking your car to a mechanical engineer, and the pricing for service work is incredibly reasonable, especially given the quality.I'd rather take my vehicles here than to the dealer!

I had a problem with my 96 Honda Accord. The AC wasn't working. Bob used a stethoscope to diagnose noises. He felt he had it right (almost always does!), but when the part came and was replaced, it was an incorrect diagnosis. He put in the correct part and would not allow me to pay him for the wrong part, as he said it was his error. If they gave a PhD in auto mechanics, Bob would be one of the first recipients.

I now live in Nappanee, IN and just paid my ins. co. extra for a two to Topeka to North Side 66. I have had nobody work on my car since I first took it there while living in Topeka over 6 yrs. ago ! The workmanship is excellent, prices are fantastic, and most importantly, the owner told me and I quote, "I am a Christian and when I lay my head on the pillow at night, I want to know I treated my customers with the best I can do for them" . Thankful for the business....
