Originally went to Dan young s and that did not go well so I ended up down at Tipton ford was out looking for a vehicle with 3rd row seating as my family had outgrown the car I had , I did not think I was leaving this lot with a car that day let alone the car I left with . Chris and Scott worked as hard as they could to make sure I was not only pleased with what I was leaving with but that I stayed around the monthly payment I was already at . I did notice something the day I left the lot with the car and they were quick to reassure me they would get it in as soon as possible and figure out what was wrong and as promised my car is fixed with no out of pocket cost , I even was very blessed to be able to drive a ford bronco as a loaner while they waited on my car part to come in !! I would like to thank Scott, Chris, and Mike for their patience and hard work during my purchase and I definitely would recommend this lot to anyone

What a wonderful experience, the easiest, most convenient way. I've ever bought a car.Toby was wonderful Friendly fast and very Knowledgeable the company was great. The finance department called sent over the docs through doc Sign. Fast and easy and the convenience of my own home.They brought the car for me to test. Drove to my home, which was an hour and forty minutes away. I loved the car. I bought the car and they even home delivered it to me. I didn't even have to leave my house. Totally awesome. If you need a new vehicle, go see Toby or use vehicle. They are great and they did a wonderful job. Thanks guys.Anita

Tipton Ford was great to work with. I was searching for a truck and went a few places before finding one here. When I got there to look at it Toby, one of the salesman, greeted me and let me take out the truck although he was one of two salesman there on a busy day. The truck was out of fuel so they put some more in it for the test drive and let me take it out. When we got back Toby said he wanted to get me in the truck at my price and they sure got close. They worked with me to get as close as they could to where I wanted to be and I walked out happy with the truck. It s been a few weeks and the truck has been great, they even gave me two free oil changes and tire rotations. Highly recommend, find Toby when you get there.2016 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali

Toby did a great job selling me a car. Scott in finance, was amazing getting the monthly payments I could afford with him doing his magic everything worked out great! I walked away extremely happy with the car I wanted, actually I bought the car my girlfriend wanted to buy a few days earlier, she bought a different car, so Tipton Ford sold us two cars in less than a week! We won't go anywhere else, we live in Anderson! Great staff, they will do everything to make you happy! Thanks guys!

Just bought an Equinox from Tipton Ford and the whole experience was INCREDIBLE! I'm in love with my new car, the customer service I received was some of the best I've ever had, and if I could leave them 10 stars I would! Chris and Scott made the process super easy and relaxed and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car!!

Everything about my experience was fantastic!! Skyler and Scott really helped me out in guiding me through the process and going the extra mile to help me with my car purchase. They both helped me the day before in how to resolve my current problem and were very responsive and helpful throughout and followed through with me the next day too. Everyone was so kind and they even made sure my new car was clean and gased up before I left! Exceptional service all around and would HIGHLY recommend!!!

My serpentine belt shredded on my way to Muncie. We would have been SOL had it not been for the above and beyond service of this establishment. We showed up 30 min after the service center closed on a Saturday. Nothing else in town was open. Their was a technician in the garage who graciously agreed to help us out. Thank you all so much!

I can t say enough good things about Chris and Scott and Tipton Ford! Amazing place to get a vehicle. They got me into an amazing suv, communicated flawlessly through the whole process and didn t try to get me into something I wasn t 100% happy with. Toby was an incredible salesman to work with! He never pressured us (I'm a tad indecisive) and was so polite and personable the entire time! We will come back to him again, in a heartbeat! Beware bought a 2015 Ford explorer. Had nothing but issues and the warranty seemed to never be covered. Put almost more in repairs then what we paid. They will seem friendly until you buy the vehicle then not fix or charge a unreasonable price. Don't buy here

I paid cash for a car on 3.2.24. The dealership didnt bother to send the Title to the BMV for another 3 weeks. I called and left messages that weren't returned and finally chased someone down at the dealership that could figure out what happened to my title. Cant recommend.

I would recommend this dealership to anybody! Devan was very quick to respond to my inquiry about my new Malibu. He remained very up front and forward throughout the whole process. He was very communicative, which was great! He met me an hour before closing, after emailing me and answering all the questions I had the day before, he was very polite, and helpful! He made this entire process very simple, and very, very easy. So thank you very much Devan, and Tipton Ford!!

They lied and said they done a complete service on the 2017 Ram that I purchased the end of December. I took it for its 1st oil change and service to find out that my radiator coolant has been mixed. Call Tipton Ford to tell them and they changed their story twice abt it being serviced. Pretty much said that I m screwed. They have POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will NOT buy another vehicle from there.

Bought a 2020 mustang gt I saw that it had abnormal wear on the inside of the front tires when I was buying it and asked the salesman if it had been aligned he assured me yes it had. Took car home less than 3000 miles later I took it to a tire shop to have the tires looked at and the front tire that I had asked them about and had been reassured it was fixed was ready to blow. It was severe enough that the tire company didn t want me to drive it home. I asked them to help me with the cost of repairs that they lied and said they made, and they said no, asked for 200$ to cover alignment they said no. Now I m out 1200 for tires and alignment on a car I haven t ever changed oil in yet!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!Go Somewhere Where They Stand Behind What They Sell!!! This dealer does NOT!!!!!!Do Yourself a Favor and read the rest of the 1 star reviews there is a very clear pattern of unprofessionalism at this dealership. I wish I would have before my purchase. Go somewhere else anywhere will be better than Tipton Ford Defenitely not the best dealership in the world!!!!

Purchased a new vehicle from Tipton Ford. I think their slogan may be accurate. They are maybe the best dealer in the world. Fantastic service and value. I always dread dealing with car dealers when buying a car, not at all at Tipton Ford. I will be returning as a customer.

We had a great experience at Tipton Ford. Our salesperson was Toby. He was very knowledgeable and was able to get us into a new Bronco Sport at a great price. They didn t try to get us to buy an extended warranty like some other dealerships we ve dealt with. Once we were ready to buy, the process took about an hour. Very pleased!

We moved back to this part of Indiana all excited about being close to Tipton Ford. Over the years we ve purchased over six brand new trucks, and two cars for our company and our personal use. We would even buy a vehicle s sight unseen by making a phone call. Can t speak for the sales side but the service department has been horrendous. We have a two year old F150 that we purchased from another dealer. Anytime we ve brought it in for service including a simple oil change it s been an ordeal. This last go around included a sensor that they accused us of damaging by driving over something. Considering I m a grandmother that doesn t four wheel and no one uses my truck, that was a little insulting. Several warning lights had gone off on the instrument panel. They told us we had to buy a new sensor and it wasn t covered under warranty. We suspected that we had animal damage as we had a squirrel that got up under there. In addition we had some light issues. We told them to put the sensor back in and that we would take it to another Ford dealer. That Ford dealer in fishers Indiana confirm the sensor was fine that the wiring just needed fixed. Saved us over $500 . They also informed us that the rubber boot that covers the sensor is made out of soy oil. That s why the squirrels chewed on it and that we needed to get some type of product to cover that device and other devices. That s in addition to us actually trapping the squirrels and relocating them. This is not the only issue we had as we had a wiper arm out of alignment that would hit the post of the truck every time you had the wipers on. On three different occasions, Tipton tried to adjust it with no luck. I just don t think they have qualified staff.

NEVER!!!!!!recommend. Bought a car 3 months ago and the would not detail it, do the poly seal, or oil change and getting the title. Took me 3 months of calling every day and getting the same answer of someone saying they will work on it. They lost the check to send In for the title and had to get the plate late after we had been making payments on it and we never had the title. Finally after the 3 months of trying to get it into the shop they messed up my abs system by rotating the tires and they was not sopost to. The detailing was horrendous on it. Still had crums in corners, stains on interior and dust still on dash. Not only that they kept lying to us about when we could bring the car in and told us they would not give us a rental to take for the night until last minute. When we scheduled the car to have all the stuff done they didn't even have it on the schedule after it was put on it a week in advance. When we called to check on the car they keep putting it under another person's name 2 or 3 times. Lastly when we went to pick the car up they told us we needed to pay $117 for detailing. We said absolutely not because it was never done at the time of purchase. All they had said about that was oh. This place is the worst dealership I've EVER dealt with. Save yourself sanity and money and never buy a car here!!!!!!
