It used to be great. However, management changed, and it is hard to do warranties as no one is trained, and they don't really follow the policies they are supposed to. Rotor resurfacing is offered but the machine has never been fixed!

I was traveling with a trailer from Chattanooga tn and my alternator went out, I called this store and they made my day a lot better by delivering me a new alternator right to the side of hwy 31, and not only did they go out of their way to help me but they delivered the alternator within 15 minutes of my call, thanks for they help y'all saved the day

Fantastic and friendly service. The young man (Drake) was very courteous and professional. He even gave me a discount and installed my new battery in record time in the 90 degree heat.

I was several hours from home and after I had filled up my gas my vehicle started acting up. It act like it was slipping and then loses power. I pulled into a drive, turned my vehicle off and called my husband. I was instructed to drive back to the station. After talking to a couple local guys I was instructed to go to O'Reilly to get a computer diagnostic. CHARLES was the employee that assisted me. After hooking it up to the computer he asked if I just got gas. I told him yes, and he explained that sometimes when the tank lid isn't put on securely it could make the engine light come on, the gas will run too rich. Anyhow CHARLES knew his job, he was courteous and instructed me what to do. I was able to get home without any issues. I am very grateful for the knowledgeable service techs that the Tipton O'Reilly employes. Thank you CHARLES I made it home safe and sound.

My car battery died while I was away from home and not only did the very nice men working jump my car, they tested the battery and other things. Ended up needing a new battery and they installed it with no hassle! Kudos guys, you ROCK!

not going to lie.. employees are super nice but the guy here told me my cigarette lighter fuse within the fuse box would be located where(sig) is at..lol i knew that was wrong cuz that (sig) is for signal.. i went ahead and went down to auto zone .. i think if you are going to work within a car repair retailer you might need to know these things at the very least they're basics.
