I really like this store. Clean. Nice staff. Limited Rv parking though. I will be back! Loved the classic cars! Visitors of all walks but these collectors made my day!

This store does deserve some of the bad press it gets. The sink water was either warm or lobster bath. The shower was either cold or lobster bath. The store is starting to show it's age with grungy counter tops and other worn areas. The three ladies working over night were not particularly friendly. They would look at you when you talked but they wouldn't listen to what you said. One was a manager of some sort. When I entered the store in the morning I was not greeted by anyone. Over all the store isn't bad but it's one of the worst love's stores out there and for no particular reason.

Very nice gas station. Staff was weird but they were cleaning, so I can't complain too much. Coffee was good, and it had a Hardee's.

Good standard truck stop - bathrooms nice and relatively clean, employees friendly (as 5AM truck stops go), well stocked....no complaints. Pump even had paper to print a receipt - something that should be the bare minimum but is actually quite rare these days. Can't speak to the food quality of the Hardee's, but it was open and serving at 5AM, so the posted hours are at least accurate.All in all as good as can be expected from a Loves.

01/20/24 @9:00pm. This love s truck stop gets a zero star. The nights shift employees are very unprofessional and they have bad customers services. I ll guess because I m not white they didn t care about my wife and I. The shower should just get an up grade. Any way we went to try to order some food from Hardee s and we stand there for 15 mins and no one else was in there and they just ignored us like if no one was there. They made us feel like Hispanic people don t matter. I won t be stopping in this truck stop ever again they are not getting my money.

Not a lot of parking, Hardee's burger was cold, management seems to be okay with construction company filling spaces with construction vehicles. The cluelessness of the majority of people when it comes to the lack of parking availability for truck drivers is astonishing and its absolutely infuriating when people who have other options fill spaces that trucks need.These guys have spent the last 2 hours out in the lane making it impossible for a truck to maneuver into the 3 spaces available all so they cam organize and clean out their work trailer. Absolutely inconsiderate.

This was a pretty nice Loves station. Fairly clean and well maintained. The only significant maintenance and usage issue was related to spoiling over trash can.

Shiny new Loves. All clean and busy little truck stop for miles and miles... small parking like a typical loves and the speedco is not yet open.Hardees is 24 hours, and very clean.

Seems the best place to be. Wish lots were bigger to accommodate all the tired truck drivers. Makes our lives easier. By far the best truckstop with the best facilities. I remember when it used to be the Petro, but no more, as those days have passed by. What we really need is more super truck stops like the Iowa 80. It has like 100 acres of parking.

Beautiful location with fabulous RV amenities! If you are traveling by RV to Northern Indiana, this is your place!

Maybe I came on a bad day, but Fuel area was pretty dirty for a new Loves and trash all over bathroom floor. Are maybe it's just people are animals and the employees can't keep up with there ratcher.

Terrible customer service from 7-10-23.Had $175.00 charged that's still on my charge card for $23 worth of gas! They were rude inside when I asked where that could talk to a managerTold me they put $175. No matter how much the gas is, it's still showing pending. No other gas station does that? If they do it's usually a dollar!Just got off the phone with the charge card company. Now I have to watch and wait which I've never had to do before to see if it drops down to 23 dollars!Also went to the Hardee's inside to eat the manager yelled at the poor young girl that was supposed to be at the counter. She came up very quickly somebody needs to manage this company location and teach people that they need to treat their customers and co workers. Kindly because without customers you have nothing.My wife and I will never stop at another Loves and purchase anything. Terrible customer service!We just came back from down south where all the people were so nice in all of the gas stations and restaurants. Welcome back to Indiana!If you don't like your job, get a new one if you have a job. Be glad you do and do it with a smile and treat customers like they matter and don't charge them $175 on their charge card for $23 worth of gas. I'm not a semi driver!

Hardee s is decent and Loves is kept clean, do wish there weren t 12-15 spots constantly taken by cars and tree trucks

Stopped here when we got a flat tire. The employees were incredibly helpful.I always try to stop at loves if I can help it.

This is a very nice Love's compared to some others. Way cleaner than their competitors. Super glad to find parking tonight. Stopped in at Hardees and the Chicken BLT was phenomenal @22:00 I usually don't eat at these fast food restaurants but it's super late and I'm too tired to cook. Over all, nice place and friendly staff.

The mechanics are a joke at this location!! Used to be a great shop. Today, the bays were all empty, and their 2 roadside trucks were all parked out front. Probably 5 guys standing around doing nothing. I asked for 2 steers to be replaced and was told probably 2 hrs. Then they pulled a fast one and snuck in someone else ahead of me for a trailer repair.. this is very unprofessional and unethical. I'll be sure to take my business elsewhere.

I changed the engine oil here. The repairman didn t put in the washer to the plug, which caused the engine oil to leak. When I called in, they told me very vaguely. I think they wanted to avoid responsibility. They told me any LOVE'S or SPEEDCO they can fix the oil leak, they mean to provide this service, not guarantee quality. But I need to drive there by myself, they don't want to discuss roadside service or deliver engine oil to me, I try Communication is useless. I understand that they believe that it is not necessarily their repairman s fault, but they did not say that they were responsible for their fault. If it was not the repairman s fault, I would pay for it myself.finally I chose TA to fix it

Clean Truck stop and Gas Station. It also has a Hardee's attached. The restrooms where spotless and the store was nice. You could find everything you needed and they have plenty of options for food and drinks. Store attendants were polite and helpful. Plenty of parking, right off the free way. No pokestops.

Disgusting. 2nd time I've came at night where the trash has been all full and over flowing. No cups for cokes. And workers just standing around out of sight talking. Sucks I live near here and this will be my last.

McDonalds review... I like Loves in general and this one is brand new, was looking forward to checking it out. On my way to Grand Rapids I popped in for my first visit to get some breakfast. This is one of those "kiosk" preferred stores and no one was at the 2 registers. Someone would only pop out to drop a bag of food for someone to pick up. I ordered. While waiting, another customer came in, didn't want to use the kiosk. Three people went by, not even a hello. Finally another lady came out with some supplies and he asked if he could order. No enthusiasm, no greeting, "what do you want?"No biggie, just a change in times I guess. I got my meal... Slower than other stores and only had 2 people ahead of me, took my bag and left. Heading down the road, I pulled out my bacon, egg and cheese biscuit to eat. About half way thru... Got a nasty, long, black hair, ended up wrapped around a tooth so I couldn't just pull it out, pulled over to get it out and about lost my breakfast. Not going back... Probably not even to the Loves.

Great truck/travel stop that even has a little enclosed dog park! The dog park sets this Love's apart from all the other places you could possibly stop in a good stretch of the highway. The dog park also has a couple of picnic tables so you can eat your food while your fur baby stretch their legs before continuing on your journey. Looks like plenty of semi and auto parking as well and features a decent size Speedco that is 24 hours. The Hardee's is also 24 hours if you need a bite to eat. Definitely my pick for best place to stop for at least 50 miles.

The service at Love's is usually top-notch. This time, not so much. The cashier didn't even acknowledge me during the transaction. She was too busy talking with the manager, who was actively scolding the team about leaving things on her desk right in front of guests... the other cashier was putting her hair up as she stood behind the register. Store also was not as clean as I am advisor's to seeing at Loves. Will probably try to go to other locations rather than this one

I frequently stop at this LOVES early in the morning. At a time when many other fuel stations fail to open because of lack of staff. And many if they are open are running behind on preparing for business. Supplies are often low or out of stock.At this Loves, the restroom, auto fuel area and store are always very clean and well maintain. Each lane of the auto fuel area has a five gallon bucket of windshield cleaner with a long handled sponge and squeegee. The personnel are always very busy cleaning and restocking supplies throughout the store and beverage area. The personnel are always quick to step another person behind the counter if there gets to be a few people in line. The personnel are also always friendly.Keep up the GREAT work :)

What's not to love about Love's? I've stopped at several over the last month between MI and AZ. They are consistantly clean, bright and friendly. Just wish they carried Ice brand sparkling beverages.

By far one of the nicest Loves I've been to, large parking lot, lots of spaces very roomy very well lit safe. The only reason I gave it four stars is number one, because of the knucklehead that thought it wa a good idea to put a roundabout at the highway exit and a second roundabout as you exit the truck stop, like seriously who thought that would be a good idea and it looks like this place was just built so it's not like that was there beforehand. Secondly, when I entered the building and I mentioned this because it's teaching moment. The cashiers at the truck driver entrance to the store were busy gossiping or whatever they were talking about but when I was getting my shower I complimented them on how beautiful this store was and plenty of parking Big Lots felt very safe here she's just kind of looked at me and smirked didn't say thanks welcomwe. I just thought it was very rude to say the least. But other than that very good experience thank you and Merry Christmas
