Brian is very nice and has a kind caring voice. Always makes me feel good talking to him because he gives me the feeling hes going to get the job done. He takes the time to explain everything plus gives you information on things you didn't even know were available. The prices for full coverage our so so amazing. Theres no way I could get better service

I have a number of policies with Brian. He came to meet with me in my home the first time. It was good to get to know the person now at the other end of the phone. I've been making considerable updates to my policies, payment methods, etc. recently. Brian and his office personnel have been a great help.

I came across Brian on my quest for a good home insurance rate, before I knew it, I had all of my policies under State Farm. I am sharing an insider s tip with you. I retired several years ago after almost 40 years with State Farm. During that time, I worked together with Brian for almost twenty years. Brian is one of the hardest-working, most dedicated, well-intentioned people I know. He is the type of person who will run through the wall, if necessary, to make sure your insurance needs are handled in a professional, prompt, and friendly manner. Brian is smart, knowledgeable, and focused on doing the best job possible for the customer. There are many outstanding State Farm agents in central Indiana but I can t imagine anyone who will do a better job in taking care of your insurance and financial services needs.

Policy holder for years - switching. Called them, left a message, no call back. Finally got them on the phone, spoke to me rudely and was very short when I was trying to figure out the rate. You'll actually just be speaking to the rude staff, good luck talking to the exalted Brian Rindfuss. Lots of other options, basically go with anyone else who actually tries to keep your business and maintain a relationship with you. I've seen better service from faceless insurance providers.

Called in for a quick quote on a rental policy and Jennifer helped me immediately. She even went out of her way to update some information that saved me money on something completely unrelated. Would highly recommend Jennifer.
